Banks makes more profits from POS operations than any other services...So they prefer to give out new notes to their POS vendors than regular customers. POS agents can walk into the bank at any time to collect new notes even if there is a long queue...

Will you give preferential treatment to your POS operators if you're a bank owner?? The answer is YES!!

The north through Buhari is making serious attempts to scuttle the chance of the South wresting power from the hands of the north. The north feels the South since 1999 has had an upper hand over the north in the occupying of Also Rock. They're not comfortable with this. If a southerner wins, that would make it 22 years out of 32 years since the return of democracy to Nigeria.

They've succeeded in planting the seed of division in the South again. They did this by refusng to give Obi the pdp ticket. The candidate of the north is Atiku.

They know obi can not win, especially on the platform of a small party that has little influence in the north and in the hinterlands of the South.

The only true opponent the north has is the Yoruba candidate, Tinubu. That's why there' are massive moves against him. Buhari and his people are ready to wreck the chances of the APC in next month's election.

They made new naira notes inadequate and created artificial fuel scarcity to turn voters against APC in anger, so they could destroy APC and Tinubu's chances.

By all means they want power to remain in the north so that Fulanis herdsmen can continue wreaking havoc unchecked around Nigeria.

The igbos are happy Tinubu is being checked not knowing it would affect them also. The real tragedy of it all is how yorubas are also cheering obi on and disparaging Tinubu, not knowing they're playing the North's script.

Is this how we'll allow the north upstage the South again?
As at last week, I was one of those against Tinubu but I've done a lot of thinking since then especially with this gratuitous fuel scarcity and money policy and I've come to see those moves for what they are: A plan to keep the Fulanis in power.

Today, this evening is the first time I am holding the 200 Naira note as my own. I saw it with people but never owned it to give it a good scrutiny.

Holding this one now and giving it an up close look I have to say, I approve of the new 200 Naira. Even though it's only a change of ink, this color change fits it perfectly well and I love it.

It's the best designed Nigerian currency for me, and pictures do not do enough Justice to it.

Which POS vendor is with new note?

I was still paid with old note today, I withdrew only 3k at the POS in the market to buy fish after spending the new notes I took to the market .

I am saving the remaining new notes with me which took a miracle for me to get everybody at the market were transacting in old notes, every body was talking about this new note issue how they can't see the note.

The point is a big disaster is going to happen on Tuesday and it's the common man it will affect, the fish seller, the ugu seller, the aboki selling orange.

Then some of you will understand.

It's easy to speak Grammer online saying Nigerians like free things are we supposed to pay to get the new notes abi what are are you saying sef.

When everything collapses next week we will understand.

To be candid to ourselves, CBN shouldn't be an agency of government that is supposed to tackle vote buying, if govt of the day wants to curtail vote buying, agencies like EFCC, ICPC,DSS, POLICE even INEC itself are the one who have jurisdictions and definitely not CBN.

Go to banks, up till now, banks are still given out old currencies over the counters, yet the money would expire next 4 days, Saturday & Sunday inclusive.

Why must citizens suffer because CBN wants to vote block buying?

Oga no citizen is suffering because of New notes, deposit all your old notes in the bank, visit the nearest POS vendor and get the new notes, it's that simple. Banks prefer giving out new notes to POS operators than loading them in their ATM machine because they make more profits via POS services (words from an insider)
