They will issue the requested details because they do business in Nigeria. EFCC is a recognized FG owned agency in Nigeria and mastercard / visa is expected to comply with their investigative efforts or risk sanctions in Nigeria.

I actually think a throne maintained by some clan for 800 years plus needs to be broken apart, unless we are assuming only them deserve that role forever. What's special about them? Kano Emirate covers the 44 local government areas of Kano, and with the creation of the 4 new Emirates, Kano Emirate will cover 10 local government areas. Which of the Chairmen is the Emir supposed to report to? If the Emir is overseeing all the LGs in the state, it only makes sense that he reports to either the governor, deputy governor or one of the commissioners, as he can't be reporting to the 44 LG chairmen.

But what's the role of the emir then when there are already local government chairmen and commissioners? Just asking.

Ofcourse the bill should have been rejected. Where is the electricity to charge electric cars in the first place? Nigeria relies majorly on oil revenue, if everyone chooses not to fuel their vehicles and prefer electric cars, where will the national revenue come from? What the movie called "What Killed the Electric Car". It's about how the idea of electric cars in the US was killed when they first started making waves around a century ago.

Just like not all roads are federally-owned and maintained, not all roads are state-owned and maintained. Local governments are liable for what their roads look like. You can't blame Fashola, Ambode for the state of roads in Agbara, mafoluku, ajegunle etc. Though their influence could halped, but that's really not their direct responsibilities.

Some people are naturally bipolar - no matter how nice or harmful anyone appears to them. Bi-polar disorder is a controllable disorder with the right medication promptly used..
