nigerians no even dey shame. the 6th most producer of crude oil in the earth, depending on a private citizen to help them to build a refinery, before they can refine their fuel, or continue to import the essential commodity and be impoverishing the citizens, yet we have functionable governments over the years. what if after dangote build the refinery and decides to peg the price at #1 k per litre ? |
Omoluabi16:lol. but if the gentleman told you guys, you would have branded him a wailer, just like you branded the Igbos that told you guys that Oga bubu, has nothing positive to offer nigerians, as wailers. i guess if propaganda could build a nation, Nigeria would have been more developed than USA , under buhari's riotous government , where lair Mohammed was there doing a yoo man's job for the government, while you guys were busy clapping for them, drowning every voice of reason, until they ran the nation aground. |
abegi, all these comparisons are actually un-necessary, because Nigeria leaders are cheating nigerians, subsidy or no subsidy. most world governments practice different types of subsidies to help their citizens, especially the poorest among them, to benefit from their natural resources. but Nigeria leaders refused to repair our refineries or build new ones, because of greed and corruption. Nigeria is the only country that produces crude oil in large scale, without refineries, why ? Nigeria leaders are still subsidizing their luxurious lifestyles, that's even more expensive than the so-called fuel subsidy, because they always get all their needs, free of charge, and still loot the nation. but the little that the masses are benefitting in the form of fuel subsidy, has become what is threatening Nigeria 's existence. Op if they tell you the fuel prices of other nations, they ought to tell you what those nationals are benefitting from their governments, unlike nigerians, that benefits absolutely nothing from the government. |
E2000:lol. because the majority naively imposed the leaders upon themselves, hoping that the leaders will help them to defend their source of livelihoods, only for the leaders to greedily turn against them, and oppress them. |
Op, it's like you are looking for tables to shake with this your headline. why not caption it ; God need help instead of Allah need help, to avoid some people who may term you as being blasphemous, even without first reading the body message with its beautiful write -up ? but i totally agree with what you said . the world is evil because of false worship from evil worshipers, who pretend to be worshipping God but are busy destroying humanity and God's creation. even Christ's golden rule of treating others as you want them to treat you , is no more adhered to by the so-called worshipers. Humans actually help God, by helping one another. |
Blazebond:bros, there is no justification for such double taxation, when we already have other various yearly vehicle documents renewals . at the end of the day, we may not see any tangible thing, achieved with the accrued revenue . nigerians must stop encouraging our leaders with their oppressive policies . |
Tntsi:lol. that 1k yearly levy is even a starting point, don't be surprised that by next year, that 1k levy will increase to 5k levy, and you may have to settle touts before you can procure it, to avoid dehumanizing harassment of govt officials. hope president BAT, will not have to embark on economic terrorism against Nigerians ? the annoying thing is that, the political class always urge the masses to sacrifice, while avoiding any little sacrifice that can upset their luxurious lifestyles. what a country, with strange leaders . |
president BAT, should just work towards national peace and cohesion by releasing Nnamdi kanu , whom the legitimate Court of the nation have rightly ordered for his release from illegal detention. except the government of Nigeria is actually comfortable with the world calling Nigeria - a rogue and lawless nation. after all what crime has Nnamdi kanu committed, that could be compared to the wrongs of the real terrorists, that the government is releasing in the pretext of repentant terrorists ? |
Revolution2022:exactly, the political class don't want to sacrifice any of their least comfort, but want the masses to sacrifice their basic means of survival, and the same suffering masses are stupidly praising their heartless oppressors. no nation can experience genuine transformation and development, while under the leadership of hypocritical ruling class that abhors any sacrifice of their comfort and luxury for the benefit of the same nation, they allegedly want to transform. that's why am not expecting much from president BAT. the much I expect from president BAT, is to ensure the safety of nigerians by improving the security of the nation; ending the needless daily killings of innocent nigerians across the nation with impunity. # nothing to celebrate yet. |
it's like the criminals in their midst are using Islamic blasphemy, to settle personal quarrels among themselves, to the extent that whoever that's is accused of blasphemy by the enemy could be mobbed, without any opportunity to speak out and defend himself. it's time the Islamic leaders do something to stop these needless killings, in the name of blasphemy, hence the various levels of government lack the political will to stop it. |
though am not a fan of this mad man called Putin the bully . but this is a fake news, because Putin is never a coward and his running away so fast could demoralize his supporters, whom he has successfully deceived that he is fighting rightful war of national survival, waged against Russia by the western nations, notwithstanding that he was the first aggressor against the independent nation of Ukraine, and that prompted the war. anyway the political elites always start wars while the masses pay with their precious blood to fight the war . |
SalamRushdie:don't mind them, some of their praise singers are already supporting this ill-advised policy, by the government which is ultimately targeted at critics of the government's misrule. if the government is serious to go after the real terrorists, they have more than enough information to do so, through multiple identification schemes like; the BVN, NIN, driver's license, birth certificate, etc. half of Nigeria 's population are not even in social media, so does it mean that they will be denied essential banking services. this is like chasing after shadows. |
pafra:is it not too early for you guys to cry and condemn president BAT ? after all, despite the hardship and nightmare that bubu's APC put us through for 8yrs , some nigerians based on outdated and archaic tribal and religious political leanings, still have the guts to go near to any APC logo and vote the candidates. therefore nigerians must stop wailings and excercise patient to see if indeed our president BAT could perform better than the cow-dealer. the best that i expect our president BAT to do in the earliest period, is to end these daily senseless killings of innocent nigerians , across the nation. pls we are no more wailers because we have moved on . |
sreamsense:lol. but this very lawyer is not even from LP but PDP, it's like LP is given you guys nightmare. don't worry, relax, whatever will be will be. allow the court to give their judgement, to whomever they are convinced won the election, instead of talking out of point, in defense of rubbish. |
ticker:pls can you educate us on why Igbos will never rule Nigeria ? are they not Nigeria citizens anymore ? one Nigeria indeed. |
Ajagunakin:lol. let's hope president BAT will not disappoint people like you , who believe so much in him, as for me am not expecting so much from him, too quickly. meanwhile do people still spend much on your so-called oloshos ? if spending on oloshos could prevent you from investments, then you are still not a responsible citizen. |
Ajagunakin:is it not too early for all these praise singing ? i don't blame you guys, just because Oga bubu's government have lowered the bar of leadership, to the level where timely appointment of government officials, are now regarded as achievements . let's see how president BAT tackle the most vexed issue of insecurities across the nation, then we can shout hosanna, to the highest. |
The OPM pastor, at least have a good heart to help people, but he ought to learn how to do so within his capacity, and avoid much publicity. God will always love and reward a cheerful giver. |
Ogene001:pls, stop this craps, if the abokis have been destroying the fabric of Nigeria development through glaring nepotism, do you still expect Oga tinubu to continue in that way, just to please the abokis ? am glad that Oga tinubu is making the right decisions so far . but we are still expecting him to take decisive actions against insecurities and stop these senseless killings in Nigeria, and he had succeeded in winning my support. |
Abujaexpress:lol. nothing is an anathema in Nigeria anymore, the standard of governance have been brought very low by Oga bubu's APC government, to the extent that nothing is impossible anymore, in Nigeria politics of today. senator yari can go ahead and excercise his right to vote and be voted for, as an elected senator of the federal republic of Nigeria. if it's the will of Allah for him to be senate president, so be it. it makes no sense to be claiming that it is the will of Allah for the president, vice president, chief justice, to be Muslims, only for you to realize it no longer the will of Allah for another Muslim to be senate president. |
but can we honestly affirm that Nigeria is actually practicing democracy ? with the endsars massacre in mind , what wrong have the military ever committed against nigerians that this so -called Nigeria democracy and her false democrats have not committed against nigerians and much more ? so what is there to cherish about the so -called Nigeria democracy and her false democrats ? sincerely speaking most nigerians were actually better secured and well -fed, during the military era, than during this so -called phantom democracy . |
since when this man told us that Oga bubu is Nigeria 's much awaited messiah, only for Oga bubu's government to turned out to be a protracted nightmare to nigerians, am no longer taking his visions and prophecies, that serious as before. |
Generalmystic:okay, thanks a million, and God bless you richly. we must survive whatever this APC government decided to throw at us. |
Generalmystic:this is my best thread of the year so far, highly innovative. Op . hope there wouldn't be any negative mishaps by using this formula ? |
nairalee:that is why those that's very close to Oga obi's LP, ought to urge him to forget about reclaiming the mandate through the same fraudulent judiciary, it's just a waste of time and resources. let's allow the fraudulent system in Nigeria to exhaust itself. |
tesppidd:lol, in Nigeria corruption is free, just like happiness is free , the choice is left for the individual to make, based on conscience, not because govt will sanction you if you're caught looting the treasury . so sad that Oga bubu's APC actually legalized corruption, instead of the promised fight against corruption. |
