BornnAgainChild: Buhari brought nothing other than badluck to this nation...confusion everywhere...2019 were art thou...approach by fire
Oya pray!!! Yes 2019 will surely come and nothing will happen, your single vote will not make any difference. Nigerians are the problem of themselves. No government on earth will progress without support of the people. Nothing strange is happening today in Nigeria that has never happened before but my observation truly show that things are really changing gradually as every sane person will expect. Things happening, being revealed and challenged is good for democracy. It's in this country that a wanted criminal was smuggled into the country and was given a presidential pardon and heaven didn't fall. The case of the allegations by Ibe Kachukwu also show the change we are talking about, exposing corruption and it's tendencies are the first approach to checkmating it. When Sanusi the then CBN governor sometimes raised the issue of fraud in the NNPC, he was suspended from office and later removed as the apex bank governor. Look at the issue of budget badding as if were, this are some of the corrupt practices that has been going on secretly in this country without Nigerians knowing. If the government is fighting corruption don't mean they will not be corrupt cases and corrupt people, it happens and it's exposed simple. Let not forget that they are so many people in this government mostly inherited in the ministries who don't want things to go well simply because of the change. If we don't put our hatred, religious, political and tribal differences away from our national issues we will never progress. Before we talk let always try not to forget what has happened in the past so we can measure how we are trending presently. |

Biety: See who is talking,a man that should be seeking for forgiveness is blasting others.
Shameless mr corruption. Don't mind the stupid man, how can you compare less than 3 years to 16 years.. This GEJ will ever remain clueless. How can he say the PDP for 16 years redeemed the power sector with how many Megawatts despite the huge amount spent on power within that period starting from the $12b by OBJ. It's a pity that some fools still come out here to applaud him. Whether PDP likes it or not, come 2019, they can never never win the election. When you accused APC for lies and propaganda I was expecting you to have listed them one after the other. This campaign approach of calling names will never take your failed party to anywhere, if you want to know ask your party men in Edo state. |

brainpulse: It's so glaring from every indices that Kachickwu wanted to be the sole administrator of NNPC so that he cam solely influence decisions as he wants. Do you mean that during GEJ tenure the NNPC board is made up of only two persons from the north? And in Buhari government we have just a difference of one between the north and south yet people still complain of one sided appointment. I think we have a problem of memory in this country. We southners always want to do everything possible to discredit this government. GEJ appointed a bayelsa woman as the minister of the almighty petroleum ministry and I can't remember the northerns complaining. I think not until the southners give up sentiment and hatred, this country will never move forward. |

lastmessenger: is there anything the governor said that is not true?eave the messenger and concentrate on the message. Everything fayose said is just the reality of how this government is being run.his anti corruption fight is selective The acclaimed opponents accused of corruption are they not corrupt? So because they are from opposition they should be set free from corruption. Is like a theif accusing the police of arresting him and leaving others alone. We should appreciate the fight against corruption no matter our perceived one sidedness. The PDP boast of gaining power come 2019, till then, they can do their own system of fight against corruption. I can't see anything wrong with this government approach. PDP are just noise makers, what they could not perfect for 16 years in power they are expecting the APC to do it in less than 3 years. Make God punish Fayose. |

INDEED THERE WAS A COUNTRY When sanusi the then CBN governor raised alarm about $20b not remitted to the federation account the only thing your GEJ could do was to suspend him from office and later removed him. We should be grateful that we have a government with people who are ready to blow the whistle when things are not right. Exposing corruption is the first step in the fight against corruption. We are also talking about contract being awarded it doesn't mean the contract has been paid for. This GEJ defeat go kill all of una. |

By nxt year, the rice will be bagged as kebbi rice and sold to Nigerians at a very cheap rate as against 2019, then after the election everybody will go back to the statusquo and we continue our suffering, thats if we make a wrong choice 2019. Its unfortunate most nigerians are not that smart and the politicians knw. Na so una still carry rumor of plastic rice. Talk your own, 2019 you make your choice and others make theirs. Throwback: Buhari should act fast to redeem what is left of his anti-corruption image.
Lastly, where did Kachikwu allege that $26B is missing?
He said contracts totalling $25b were awarded without consulting the board. He did not say the contracts were not awarded, nor did he say NNPC cannot account for $25B.
As for the matters he raised, the president should look into them, to rescue his own legacy. Thank you guy, one thing I still appreciate is that the deeds are being revealed to the awareness of Nigerians, if it were in the past nobody will talk, everything will be concealed for the selfish interest of the looters. One thing is sure in this administration, you are free to go into dirty deals which is unavoidable but surely someone must come out with something about it. The era of conspiring to loot the country is gradually getting over. I pray the NA in their own capacity will do justice by investagting this. |

I foresee mass boycott of Nov election which Nnamdi KANU is really praying for. Nigeria government should send more troops to Ibo land because that's what Ipobs are praying for too. Only intelligent people will understand where I am heading to. Nnamdi Kanu indeed is a great strategist that's why Nig govt has been falling into his trap since 2015. I have said it time without numbers, that most APC Governors and Buhari ministers know Buhari has nothing offer the Country, they know Buhari is daft and clueless. It's not about Buhari, it's about APC. If you actually look at those APC members who appear to be against the party, you won't be surprised that they are simply those who came from the PDP. It's a political party and not an individual members that have agenda for governance. It is a party that wins an election not an individual. |
