Budget padding indeed, the beauty of it all was that the padded fund was discovered and rightly appropriated for. Before now, the corrupt fusion between the leadership of the NA and the executive could have hidden all the padded fund for their usual stealing thing. If the big companies see the local Nnpc mega station doing better business than them, they would drop prices to eat into nnpc share of market and nnpc in turn would cut prices.

It is very simple, if the Mega Station owners claim they are buying at the same price as the independent marketers and will not sell at NNPC directed price, then they should pull out of NNPC mega station and go back to the their former status as independent marketers. Come to think of it, if they claim they are not enjoying anything as NNPC Mega Station Owner, then why not withdraw from it?

As for those that will comment on money returned, that is a good thing. But our constitution has penalties and jail terms for those who are found guilty. Governance and administration of justice have been separated in the constitution so that the government can not apply justice in which ever way it feels comfortable with. That is abuse!
And PMB has sworn to uphold that constitution. So if he publishes a list of non-convicted corrupt persons, hope it starts with his name for fraudulently breaking an oath he swore to uphold.
