I am in Nigeria. But I have cut down on eating starchy food. Eat only Amala or tuwo in very small portion once a week. Eat more of vegetables , seafood, dairy products and any beans meals ..... Take lots of fruits.

The total number of Israeli soldiers killed in Gaza since they lunched ground operation stands at 126 as at today 181223. Yesterday I posted that it was 121/122, so between yesterday and today, they have lost 4 soldiers and that is not too bad for tiny Israel that is fighting all Muslim terrorists from all Arab and Muslim nations across the earth in Gaza.
