I am into Adult Education in Lagos and I start with just N500 and my mobile phone,no office or space.I have tried to quit but people keep begging me to keep it on.You don't need that amount of money if you know what you want to achieve.I used to make as much as N50k monthly teaching just 5 people per month.

you may doubt that but it remains the truth.I was able to raise capital from my adult education classes to start my current computer sales and training centre.

So bro, just do your home work and you are there.Mail me on d242m@yahoo.com for tips
There are schools and there are schools but there's the school.

I'm not trying to set-up a 500-naira school in my house, on my mobile phone, etc.

And I wouldn't like to see people coming around to encourage me to hang on.

Go figure!

Go figure!

I want to set up an adult education centre in Rukpokwu area of Port Harcourt.

I have done my home work very well by discovering that so many youths in that area don't even know how to write their names. huh

As for competition, there's none for now but I can beat any competition considering my over 10 years teaching experience.

I need up to half a million naira but I have only secured a space/house for the take off.

Tell me your terms and conditions if you can afford to give me the loan.

Meanwhile, I wouldn't like to go to any financial institution because I need the loan before the end of this week.

We can talk on raymondedeh@yahoo.com.

As far as I'm concerned, the OP is either not serious or lacks all it takes to create credibility on a forum like this.

He has to learn how to respond to forumites despite all odds.

I will laugh at you when we end up spelling Brazil or Uruguay.

Meanwhile, Brazil vs Uruguay match has not ended. The match is 3 - 1 now and anything can happen in the next 45 minutes.

For the records, we have beaten Brazil convincingly and soundly in cadet championship before and we can still beat them again.

Our best is yet to come!

The team is bad. If they are not bad, they would have qualified ahead of venezuela
My friend, go and watch the Round of 16 matches played so far and you will find out that football is not Mathematics.

For instance, could you believe that Spain would travel home this early?

Germans will underestimate us at their own peril because the flying eagles that trained yesterday is born again.

What is all these noise about Nigeria beating Germany or not. Football is played and won in 90 or 120 minutes plus penalties. The Germans are not better than us. They won their group, so what.
For me, all i know is that the Flying Eagles are beating them soundly tomorrow.
By the way, here are today's scores:
Egypt 0-2 Costa Rica
Ghana 2-1 South Africa
Hungary 2-2 Czech Rep , Hungary won on penalties.

You can't say it better than that! The kick-off time for the match is 7 pm(Nigerian time).
Stay glued to your TV as the Flying Eagles send the Germans to the cleaners!!

Most probably, this team will lift this trophy for the first time for Africa.

They were all ready to frustrate Siasia.
They are all laughing at him now because
they never wanted him to succeed but he who laughs last
laughs best.

Siasia will certainly laugh last and shame all his destructive critics.

I won't tell you what happened before and during those two matches
until after the tournament.

SIASIA CHARGES HIS DEPLETED SQUAD TO GO ALL OUT AGAINST SPAIN

“This is a big tournament and you must learn to take your chances. There is no use creating 50 chances and wasting all of them. You must get to a situation where you can put away five of seven chances," Siasia, himself a former striker, told his players,

“Nigerians back home are expecting us to go far in this competition and even win the trophy. We cannot continue to throw away begging opportunities. Against Spain, we must be up to it right from the first minute and show the seriousness that the match deserves”, Siasia told his boys early Sunday morning.

Siasia, you have said it all. The boys have to live up to their billings. I know you have given them all
they need to succeed. It's time for them to show that you really trained them well. Your last training camp was in Spain.

I think by now you must have studied the Spanish team closely and critically.

Go for goals but watch your back!

SMS Guru, i'm guessin your instict made venezuela beat us 1-0 better warn it grin!
Anyways, i trust Siasia to bring the best out of the boys, seeing the second half against venezuela made me believe they can go all the way, against the odds, what they need is motivation and Siasia has that in extra abundance.
That said, it is important they keep full concentration when going forward, cos the spaniard can be very dangerous ion the break.
We can't afford a loss, not at all, so here's hoping with hardwork we pick this one against the odds!!
My instinct told me that Siasia has always lost or almost lost his first match in every tournament.
My instinct told me that we have always had problems with South American opposition.
My instinct told me that Venezuela is a dark horse in this competition and having beaten/eliminated
Argentina during the qualifying series makes them more dangerous.

My instinct never lies.

Today, Spain will underrate us at their own peril. I won't be surprised to see us beat Spain silly today
because they have a way of underrating Nigeria and they have always paid for it.

I will definitely watch the match from start to finish.

Its 2:30pm not 4:00 undecided
Please the match comes up at exactly 3 pm Nigerian time.

The OP is correct by saying 4 pm local time because 4 pm in Egypt is 3 pm in Nigeria. The
local time there simply means Egyptian time because the locality of the tournament is Egypt.

Nigeria will beat Spain by 3 goals to 1.
My instinct never lies.

You will definitely see a "born again" flying eagles. I can bet my money on it.
PropertiesWhich Legal Body Adjudicates Landlord-tenant Disagreement In Nigeria? by SMSguru(op): 10:30am On Sep 27, 2009
Hi Folks,

I have some scores to settle with my landlord in Port Harcourt. The man is just misbehaving.
I paid him for a year and six months but he gave me a receipt for only 6 months.

I don't just know what is wrong with him. If he needs money, he should tell me so that I will help him.

Some landlords really think that tenants don't have their own houses so they treat them with disdain.

Please, who/which body or organization is responsible, especially in Port Harcourt, for handling Landlord-tenant issues?

I need help because the man is really getting on my nerves without just cause. He's just acting as if he's on drugs or something.

PropertiesI Need Your Legal Advice On This by SMSguru(op): 11:19pm On Sep 23, 2009
My landlord in Port Harcourt gave me a rent receipt, through my younger brother, which states that I paid for 6 months whereas I paid him for 2 years.

More so, he signed the document as the tenant in stead of signing as a landlord.

What are the legal implications of his actions?

I really want to deal with this guy legally because he has refused for the past two months to fulfill the agreement he had with me in regards to putting the facilities in good working condition.

What do I do because the guy claims to be wise but his actions have been those of a fool? He can't even read or write.

All Chelsea haters should stop whining and face the reality.

Chelsea stands for class. Chelsea stands for champions.

Chelsea stands for cr de la cr.
