Quite interesting read. Eve was the very first female who succeded in emasculating the very first man, Adam! This has always been satan's ploy to try to rubbish divine order. For any organization to work, there must be structure and order failing which there will be chaos.

One of the major issues causing problems in the world today, is the turning upside down of God given gender roles. As someone who lives in the diaspora, i've seen how much this issue has affected society at large. I even wrote about it in one of my FB posts!

In fact in those days if you were not "sorted out" after a grevious act of disobedience you began to doubt your fathers love for you. You began to think that you were a bastard.
Satan's suble attack on the male gender is gradually making him redundant in the family. In so called civilized climes women & children have ursuped the Biblical role of the man. You see them everyday 'emasculated beings' who have been processed by the system.

I do not believe in violence towards women neither do i believe that they are inferior in any sense but there is an order ( a chain of command if you will) that has been laid down by the maker! I also do not believe that you should beat achild for every offence but a situation where the man has to 'fem' because of threat by wife & or his kids gives cause for alarm.
God's Word is very clear on these matters for in many places it talks about employing the 'rod of correction'. This is very important in the formative years of a child for without the 'fear' that a father brings into the life of a child,that child often does not turn out right. Some women even go as far as contending with the man when he is correcting the child! Hmmmmm........not good!

I feel particularly sorry for ladies who through being unsubmissive will not stay under the covering of a true man for indeed not all men are men(a topic for another day) but opt to raise children singly. Hear it TODAY if you haven't before....... you are raising fractured children no matter how much 'love' you show to them!

Lastly a lie from the pit of hell making rounds is that you should be your child's best friend! I am yet to see biblical basis for this. YOU ARE THEIR PARENT! Yes show them love but be lovingly firm & discipline them as the need arises. They will thank you for it when they grow up into well adjusted adults & not dysfunctional fellows that are maladjusted! Eve emasculated adam because he was a weak man, henpecked, women can only emasculate weak men.

Adam by nature was a weak man, he was too weak to even disagree with eve, his weak nature was confirmed when he made this statement "the woman who thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, & I did eat". By virtue of this statement adam was implicitly saying he was incapable of holding the headship position. A woman placed under his care! this statement infuriated God & made him to intensify the curse he placed on man.

It's quite unfortunate that the first man God created was henpecked & weak willed. But being a weak man isn't by choice, is more of nature, I think it's inborn.

You can use head beam for steel roof. Its always better for the steel truss to be placed ontop of the columns direct because if place out of column position it will create or constitutes point load which will increase the bending and shear on the head beam.

The arrangement should be done by the structural engineers at the designing stage....It is better to project reinforcement from the column out of the head beam to serve as the connector (connect roof truss to the building), when the roof truss fall on the beam directly a shear connector is placed on the roof beam before casting.

sancrete block is a vibrated block (mainly hollow) produced from the combination of cement and fine aggregates (sand). it is sancrete because of the absence of coarse aggregates (gravel, granite etc). sancrete is produced with a mix ratio of 1:8 and with a compressive strength of between 0.5-4N/mm2.

It is really interesting when one hears a lady proudly says 'ladies first', thinking that she adds a privilege for being a female. Some people, men and women, take it as a social rule, unknowing its real indications. But the phrase is a constant reminder of the fact that ladies are not trustworthy, not reliable, they are deceitful, cowards & treacherous.

So when next u hear people saying ladies first, it simply means never trust a woman, because they are not trustworthy.

It means women should be the first to fulfil their own part of any agreement, because the chances of a man reneging on a promise or an agreement is very slim, compared to that of a lady, so ladies should go first since they ain't trustworthy...

1.5m for foundation including dpc 150mm thick, 3 course above ground level, wire mesh, 15 foundation columns etc.

2. superstructure to roof level = N1.5m for a wall of 3m high, 225mm thick, ring lintel, 15.super structure column and head course

3. roofing and nogging = 1.5m with well treated hard roof truss timber, long span roofing sheet, pvc

4. finishes such as plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling, windows doors, burglary proof etc. 2m.

Sir is head beam course necessary for buildings to be roof with timber? Or does it play another function apart from receiving roof members? Thanks.

I think the best way to tackle the issue is to put in place a good drainage system in place. WE can't eliminate underground water at close proximity to foundations but having preventable flood around the foundation.

The best way is to fill the compound to the a level that flood doesn't flow into the building.

Therefore the Higher the area created by the Footing, the smaller the pressure.

The male lascivious drive by nature is very high, it takes high level of self control to put it under check, which is almost impossible. Maybe that was why God didn't lay emphasis on knowing a male virgin physically. Because the sex drive in male isn't limited to humans alone, but all mammals & even spirits. We were told in d bible how angels transformed into human form just to sleep with women, animals are not left out, lizards, goats, buffalo, just name it. The sex drive deposited inside d male system is very high, compare to dat of a female. it takes high degree of self control.

So I wouldn't say allowing only men to marry more than one partner, means d society is cheating on women by limiting them to one man. I would rather say is to probably create a balance by offsetting d overdose libido deposited inside d male system by nature.
