For a strip foundation without reinforcement ( iron bar) no blinding is really needed

225mm head course, means a 9" concrete beam place ontop of the building serving as the final course to receive the roofing truss ( tie beam and rafter).

Light reinforcement means Nominal reinforcement ( a minimum reinforcement of say 2Y10 down and 2Y12 up), though you need the 1/8 iron tie rods spaced @ 4ft (1.2m) center to tie the roof truss to the building.

Concrete foundation footing is what people commonly or mistakenly called blinding.
Blinding is a weak concrete no necessarily of the strength of the main structural member intended to protect, which help protect such member from the surface of the soil below.
Concrete strip footing can be define as a type of shallow foundation ( shallow foundation <= width or with depth < = 1.5m) which carries uniformly distributed load ( load from load bearing partition walls). we have normal strip and wide strip ( due too poorer soil and low bearing capacity),, wide strip requires reinforcement against shear stress.

Often times I see women agitating against physical abuse, without any vestige of attempt to decry verbal abuse, they are quick to chide a man for domestic violence, without reprimanding the woman. Women also are perpetrators of domestic violence, just that they are in the minority. Physical abuse are fallouts of verbal abuse, if verbal abuse leads to physical abuse, why not address issues from its source. Why should a man always be the one to walk away? Why should a man always be the one to condone her foul mouth? If women wants a man to ignore a woman's invectives, the woman should feel disposed to ignore the man's slap as well.

My brother pls don't be influence by their sentimental & bias sermons. The truth is bitter, not until women gives domestic violence a holistic approach, from verbal to physical, then they ain't ready to deal with it. Eradicating domestic violence requires collective efforts, emphasis shouldn't be laid solely on physical abuse, verbal abuse should also form an integral part of it..

Back then in school, was he into girls? Hello pls I have been trying to turn on my laptop (compact) since yesterday, but it's not responding. The indicator light at the charging port is on, but the power button can't seem to switch it on. The laptop was working yesterday, I was even copying some files from document to desktop, when phcn interrupted supply. When they brought back the light I tried to turn it on, but it didn't work.
