Manchester City starlet Tosin Adarabioyo is at the centre of an international tug-of-war between England and Nigeria.
The highly-rated central defender has been tipped for senior international honours and represented England juniors all the way up to Under-19 level.
However, the 20-year-old is being targeted by Nigeria, his country of heritage.

Adarabioyo was made available for loan by City during the final 48 hours of the transfer window following the signing of Aymeric Laporte.
But a deal failed to materialise with the youngster named on the bench by Pep Guardiola for City’s win over West Brom on Wednesday night.
The Super Eagles had planned to watch Adarabioyo play sustained senior football before deciding whether to tempt him with a place in their World Cup squad.

Why is England always favoured in World cup draws?

African teams were really favoured in the groupings. We just need to work very hard to achieve good results.

Argentina & England are OK but not Denmark please. Have you forgotten USA 94 Nigeria v Denmark 1-4. I will be so pleased playing England. They are an over hyped team

Rohr should focus on;
1. Goalkeeping department. Try out Alampasu and Ajiboye. It seems Uzoho has caught his attention. That's good. Away with Akpeyi and Ezenwa
2. Defence department. The Oyinbo wall looks shaky of late. I don't trust Omeruo. Let's try to lure 2 German youth internationals. Already, Echiejile knows his place is under threat. Brian Idowu and Tyrone Ebuehi are making us proud. Ola Aina has to sit up if he must be in Russia
3. Midfield department. Etebo might not be in Russia. No thanks to his height and low playing club. All eyes are now on Ogu. It seems Rohr prefers Agu to Etebo. Let's introduce more skilful wingers in this department.
4. Attack department. Let's try out Onyekuru and Kayode then bring in Desser. Before I can conclude. Ahmed Musa is a topic for another day but since we have Iwobi, Victor Moses, Simon Victor, Ighalo, no wahalla
5. Team bonding is another issue. Use friendlies for that.

Akpeyi, I'm sorry but when next we're about to camp, I'd travel all the way to South Africa, pay off one of your teammates to injure you, just to make sure you don't even cross the mind of the coach at all.


These are the importance of friendly games, I doubt Rorh would ever make those drastic changes in a competitive game even though he knows what to change.
