TheSuperNerd: Oh thanks goodness! Thanks for the good news man... I am not watching.
I hope we can win this and go to Cameroun for real war because these away goals are already in Cameroun's favor u less we can go there and get goals too. But I am disappointed in this team starting from the coach, Bala Nkiyu. What had he been doing after the Ethiopian game. I pray we scale through. |

goldfish80: Manchester City starlet Tosin Adarabioyo at centre of tug-of-war between England and Nigeria
Manchester City starlet Tosin Adarabioyo is at the centre of an international tug-of-war between England and Nigeria. The highly-rated central defender has been tipped for senior international honours and represented England juniors all the way up to Under-19 level. However, the 20-year-old is being targeted by Nigeria, his country of heritage.
Adarabioyo was made available for loan by City during the final 48 hours of the transfer window following the signing of Aymeric Laporte. But a deal failed to materialise with the youngster named on the bench by Pep Guardiola for City’s win over West Brom on Wednesday night. The Super Eagles had planned to watch Adarabioyo play sustained senior football before deciding whether to tempt him with a place in their World Cup squad. https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2018/02/02/22/48D3C6D300000578-0-image-m-6_1517610313063.jpg The highly-rated central defender has represented England all the way up to Under-19 level Nevertheless, Nigeria’s concrete interest in Adarabioyo remains, leaving the Football Association in a fight to keep hold of the defender, who has made seven first-team appearances for City. https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2018/02/02/22/48CB364700000578-0-image-a-9_1517610412536.jpg Nigeria have successfully persuaded Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi, who have both played for England at junior level, to change their international allegiance in recent years. Players are only fully committed to a nation once they’ve played a competitive fixture.

I'm so happy this evening because;
1. Falcons have a new foreign coach
2. Falconets have qualified for France 2018
3. Kelechi Iheanacho & Wilfred Ndidi scored today for Leceister city
4. Amaju Pinnick is making us happy with his new NFF reforms & philosophy |

I must confess that Amaju Pinnick is working. For the first time ever, the NFF have considered hiring for our Super Falcons, a foreign technical adviser in Thomas Dennerby. Now let's get it right with our local coaches. |

These super eagles team B ehhh... I tire for them. If they know that they won't score today, they should not raise person bp. Come to think of it, only Sunday Faleye has a fighting spirit. The others are poo. Ezenwa have not faced tough opponent. Let him continue feeling like local champion. |

Please and please; 1. Austin Ejide & Dele Aiyenugba MUST NOT go to Russia 2018. They have passed their prime. 2. Rohr should consider Francis Uzoho, Sebastian Osigwe & Maduka. Let's play them in our next friendlies |

Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with female football in Nigeria. Let's not pretend that all is well. Our football authorities must look inwards. 1. Women league must be revived even to the grassroot level 2. Find sponsors for female league & make it juicy 3. Organize Grade A friendlies for female national teams |

There are certain things on my mind 1) NFF! Never make that mistake again biko. How could you guys be so careless 2) Nigerians na so we hate Victor Moses? I vex ooo. Haba? He came a distant 4th in the BBC African footballer of the year. This can shatter his morale in representing Nigeria. 3) Joel Obi should be rushed into Eagles. It seems Barcelona are putting eyes on him |

Rohr should focus on; 1. Goalkeeping department. Try out Alampasu and Ajiboye. It seems Uzoho has caught his attention. That's good. Away with Akpeyi and Ezenwa 2. Defence department. The Oyinbo wall looks shaky of late. I don't trust Omeruo. Let's try to lure 2 German youth internationals. Already, Echiejile knows his place is under threat. Brian Idowu and Tyrone Ebuehi are making us proud. Ola Aina has to sit up if he must be in Russia 3. Midfield department. Etebo might not be in Russia. No thanks to his height and low playing club. All eyes are now on Ogu. It seems Rohr prefers Agu to Etebo. Let's introduce more skilful wingers in this department. 4. Attack department. Let's try out Onyekuru and Kayode then bring in Desser. Before I can conclude. Ahmed Musa is a topic for another day but since we have Iwobi, Victor Moses, Simon Victor, Ighalo, no wahalla 5. Team bonding is another issue. Use friendlies for that. |

TheGoodJoe: Nigeria boss Gernot Rohr praised his team's resolve after the three-time African champions had looked doomed to defeat.
"There were two completely different halves. The opening period was very hard. One could believe the match was already over after Argentina scored their second goal," said Rohr. "But we managed to perform a comeback.
"After we scored we rearranged our play in the break and performed much better in the second half. My players are mentally strong, they showed strong will. I'm very happy with their perforance." A great coach motivating his lads and changing the course of a doomed game. Rohr is a miracle. Everything is working well for him |

junnyjake: Akpeyi, I'm sorry but when next we're about to camp, I'd travel all the way to South Africa, pay off one of your teammates to injure you, just to make sure you don't even cross the mind of the coach at all.
These are the importance of friendly games, I doubt Rorh would ever make those drastic changes in a competitive game even though he knows what to change. Bros you harsh oooo |
