But my brother, if I show you some crazy price differences in this stuff from 2018 till date, you go open mouth.
You'll see something of 100k today, if you go back to order for a new stock next week, you fit see crazy price increase.
Hisense 1hp AC that was not up to 80k in 2019, it is now 133k general price (individual gives different prices though).
And things are increasing, not coming down.
This country is not helping matter at all.
This MAXI below (4 burners + 2 hotplates) - total 6face is over 250k.
I just hope this is not the one you talked about, if na this one, this country is gone.

Plumbing piping is done (Main house and SH)
Electrical piping is almost done.

Suspending wiring which is supposed to start mid-week till after plastering/windows or separate burglaries/temp doors at least for the entrances.

The cost of things actually fighting against my quest to wait before venturing into the finishing stages. I fear if I wait to gather enough, the cost of things may likely deal with me as it has dealt with me partially for the delay suffered in the hands of the previous contractor.

My head is calculating........

These are very different, these frames have an extended pillar which allowed the burglary to go through each of the aluminium pillars and thus provides the needed support. This is a feature with these new profiles.

let's say a window is above 6ft, what I do is to divide the burglary into two equal design. That way, I ensure that the design remains same without looking out of shape.

the pictures I posted are for 4×4 window. When it gets bigger, it gets modified.

You need to know the title the land comes with, then contract a reputable surveyor or lawyer to help verify the documents.
The land survey is very important, especially if buying from individuals.

To save yourself a lot of stress, go for lands with at least excision sir.

A reputable/qualified Surveyor or lawyer should be able to handle the verification with relevant government agencies.

in my opinion, once a window is above 6ft high, your best bet is to use horizontal lines so for it to be sturdy and not wobbly.

Anyway look at these samples of burglaries
