it is called pre plastering stage and it depends on you expectations
1. Electrical piping and cabling (cabling could be delayed atimes due to cable thief's but all pipes must be ensure intact for running of cable at a secured time)
2. All mechanical conduits: plumbing, AC conduits, etc.
3. Windows or window subframe (depending on installation method)
4. All necessary block work, such as inspection chambers, fence and any ancillary structure so that plastering can be done at a stretch
5. Smart home conduits (optional)

After pre plastering:
Plastering stage

Plastering
Doors (depending on type of doors)
Window hoods and all cement art work.

Finishing
Ceiling
Wall screeding
Tiling
Doors
Sanitary fittings
Furniture (kitchen cabinets and wardrobes and shelves)
Electrical fittings
Etc etc

It is good not to condemn anyone until you hear his sides of the story. But.my plea to everyone is never do advance payment with this guy @ checkitaut to deliver materials for you but rather do POS payment in sighting your goods. Honestly I will not take the fact that he does a good quantity delivery believe me he is the best when it comes to right quantity and quality specification. But when it comes to money and integrity please be careful.

Note - It must come before the 25th.

I was a mediator on the matter and he got a very fair deal to convert the cash he’s meant to refund into supplies (just 1 granite and 1 sand) but he still blew it up.

I think he has dipped his hand into many difficult stuffs. I pray he’s able to retrace his steps and come back stronger and better.

They make monetary policies and guidelines they are regulators, the banks take their origin from the CBN and they can be snuffed out by same if they default...every directive that requires legal backing from the financial sector they advice the government to enact such enabling laws through the national assembly.

Yes they do not make laws but they draft the Bills.

Is this why CBN lost 2 cases of recent against citizens they froze their acctounts in the court of law?

Anything embedded in the concrete must be properly supervised.

I didn't pick the plumber/electrician that did the conduit piping. Everyone (or most) on this thread know the history of the project.

Oga mi, how I wish I grew up in Lagos, because some of my Lagos fright, is because I spent almost all my life in the more quiet east, where there doesn't seem to be much hurry as compared to Lagos. So to adjust to the pace of Lagos is the major fear for me and my family, because they will also relocate if I have a lot of work in the Western part of the country.

But i love Lagos for its bustling business climate and the fact that there are more opportunities there, especially in real estate and other businesses. But let the says go by first, God will help us all make decisions when he wants.

I also don't like Lagos that much in terms of sanity, hence my love for the suburbs of Lagos where serenity still reside.

It's just pathetic, tell the plumbing engineer, to get concentrated hydrochloric Acid, this will dissolve all the concrete in the pipe, leave it for 24hrs, you might need to cap it in the duct, with this you will have your pipe back instead of re-piping, let him check for leakage too, I don't trust mushin guys,

We all know that the pipe in the attached picture are inferior.. for decking piping high quality dignity pipe is recommended!!! Now we have to start laying pipes on the floor… something I hate much.

Nearly all the pipes are blocked!!

Was on site to see for myself, it was an eyesore.

Most of the plumbing pipes are blocked and unusable.

Some broken (Both electrical and plumbing pipes)

The plumbing engineer is left with no choice than to re-pipe some places.

Alot of other issues here and there.

Let me sort what's sortable first before anything else.
