yes i do, full guage, you can use your caliper upon delivery to confirm the accurate guage.

For those who don't know what is a caliper or how it look like, below it's, to determine and confirm the guage your aluminum supplier actually supplying you is accurate.

I know many aluminum sellers/suppliers won't be happy with this comment, but this how we do it here.

0.55mm full guage is good for you, sant or flat, nobody is seeing or knowing what roofing sheets you used in covering the building because it is hidden, so normal corrugation is ok, it will be complete one meter after corrugation, so your calculation can be accurate.

Our designs are flat roof... we do the 0.55 metra always.

Normal corrugation is the defualt and more common and will do the job, especially since its hidden but someone explained something to me about the metra providing more water run-off hence less susceptible to leak. It made sense so I stuck with that since then.

On 0.77, I'm sure you know its an overkill but yeah you can if cost isn't an issue. But do the metra.

Yes there are tiny cameras but most of them are for indoor use… they don’t have much protection against the weather…

The best is to get something that will blend with your outdoor wall painting… like the image below

I also think that it’s better to let criminals know that they are bee watched.. seen the cameras might even deter them from coming in.

Let’s hope there’s us an alternative, having this in a neighborhood will definitely make people assume someone is keeping some billions indoor.

If there’s a way for Camera to be fixed indoor and outside without it being too obvious, it will be well appreciated.

Something like this easily be placed everywhere in the house and nobody except you will know you have cameras Indoor.

Why cameras like this are okay
1)Visitors would be at ease
2) in case of robbery or Police, Efcc harassment (which we do not pray for) we can always have an evidence without this people trying to clear evidence up because they don’t even know they’re being watched

I wouldn't install cameras if I won't be having someone to watch them 24/7, it does not aide security, but helps investigation after the deed has been done.

If it's for security, then someone must be stationed there.

Unfortunately I’ve engaged him right from the beginning of the construction of the security house in May. We adopted that strategy because it seems it’s the only way to work with you then since there’s no solid plan of work.

That’s why I quickly finished the fence wall and left the security house to be tackled by him because he has your ears.

We only played along as if there’s nothing. All that matters to me is getting the job done. Who get the credit is not a thing of worry.

The last request from the project to complete security house was 45 pcs of 6 inches block. The don’t need sand or cement. I have them on site since May 2021

And we’re buying it because I don’t have 6 inches blocks on site. I have 9 inches produced since May 2021.

What you posted again were made possible by my supervisor, not you. Without him, nothing you have been posting so far would have been possible.

That you released part of the money I paid you for what he requested doesn't mean you did it.

When was the last time you were on site to supervise any work? You claimed nothing "serious" was happening on site that needed your presence. Result = Uncompleted projects as at September 25th.

I did all that was expected until change order was made. I made a request that we revert back to original design when it looks like the steel trusses guys is delaying us so that we can roof since May and keep up with our timing but you won’t agree with me. You want steel.

Not at all. To be honest, there were no excuses. All the delays were excusable delays because my contract clearly specify that the contractor is not responsible for delays caused by subtrades or other activities outside the signed contract.

We waited more than 2 months to lift just the roof trusses.

I’ve never had to wait 2 days to install wood on a roof and I told you if this will be an issue, please let us revert to using wood as I don’t know how to lift up roof trusses by myself.

The guy has been paid and he has completed his work even as far back as 30th of April (https://www.nairaland.com/6450270/construction-journal-xl6-trillion-atrium/3#101257976) which clearly shows funding is not the issue. Or can we roof a house without a truss? Or do you think someone who has completed the fabrication of trusses as far back as April 30th wasn’t paid to do his job? Or maybe he ran away?



I understand how you feel sir but I did my very best and I’m very sorry for all the inconveniences caused.

I know you paid me to sit my ass down on site and do my job but I’m sorry I couldn’t fulfill that part of my obligation to you after the major civil work has been completed.

- increasing window height (about 45 blocks were installed)
- plastering Roofing Wall
- plastering atrium wall
- meeting an independent plumber on site to explain how to install a drainage
- measuring security house
- waiting for security house drawing
- installing atrium window
- removing atrium window
- reinstalling atrium window
- increasing fence height
- screeding atrium wall
- installing tiles on roof

To be honest, I actually felt at those time like you’ve ran out of fund and I was praying in my heart that God will replenish you.

When I sent sent someone else to handle the roof, did your AWOL steel guy not appear from nowhere all of a sudden?

So without your so called steel guy, no one else could do the job? I got you a professional within a day after you kept claiming you couldn't reach your steel guy.

Why did you take up extra jobs that you recommended if you knew it would affect your concentration? Were these jobs not towards the end of the main contract? (all the extra jobs were as early as May 7th), main contract was to end by May 8th. So how did these jobs you recommended stopped you from delivering the main project by May 8?
