This is Enlil Aka Satan. Educate your self. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDM_mOKdJSM?si=dXsQq-0u8v7GiuWQ This is Inanna AKA Lucifer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tncmy36_rco?si=B3mQzjdsdv6HkryY |
oridavid:Check out my comment of tgis video on YouTube. You really need to unlearn so many things. You keep muddling things up there by missing It. Satan, devil and Lucifer are not one being. They are actually 3 different beings. They are what the yorubas call orisha. They are not God. They are the masculine and feminine aspects of life/God. Satan is the orisha or love he air. I think he would be Olokun in Yoruba mythology. Devil is the orisha of darkness and cross roads. I really dont know where you Christian get the idea that it is evil? He would be Esu in Yoruba mythology. Lucifer on the other hand is the he orisha of love, war and death. She would be Osun in Yoruba mythology. ...my Yoruba folks can correct me if I am wrong. You really need to relearn |
oridavid:6 There was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them. This is job 1:6. What is it you don't understand from it. He was among them, because he was also a son of God. Or what capacity do you think he was there? Or do you think he is a dual opposite of God? |
What is an angel or what are Angels? It simply means messenger. It could either be a man or a divine messenger. A messenger delivers a message from a higher authority to another person or group. Jonah was an angel sent by God to the people of Ninevah. To the Satan, did the Bible ever refer to him as an angel? The book of Job calls him "a son of God". In the original version of the story, the God there was Marduk and Satan there was Enlil, who was the Lord of the wind. I think our delusion will be cured if we actually did some independent study rather than display our gross ignorance. Satan is simply a personification of a principle with God. This happens to be the wind. |
Gabrielshow24:Common man Those people did not see him. They where only repeating what Christians are saying at best or their works has been tempered with by Christians. They are very far from the story in the Bible. The first book of the Bible to be written is 1st Theselonians. There is no mention of a virgin birth, Jesus parents or his miracles. If he actually existed. Paul would have had some information on him. But he is silent On the life , death and resurrection of the man. Why? |
Jashub:Lol. I have read the 7 Harry Potter books, are you telling me that Harry Potter is real? I have also read a lot of spiderman comics, are you telling me he also existed? Nah, the Bible is the claim, I want something outside the Bible that confirms the story. Josephus never mentioned anything about Jesus, his work has been tempered with by Christian scribes especially Eusebius who was the master forger. There is just nothing outside to confirm the stories in the Bible. So the only conclusion is that the Gospels are fictional. They fall under the category of theological fiction. Did the virgin birth not even tell you it was a myth? Common that was easy for me to conclude it was fiction, just like persues of clash of the Titan. |
Jashub:We have documents written by plato one of his students. Please give me what somebody who actually met Jesus said about him. That will convince me. I am waiting. |
Gabrielshow24:You know what you did not do? You did not provide any evidence. The gospel is the claim. Provide the fact you speak of. You are just appealing to emotions. It does not work. It is the supposed "son of God" we are talking about oh. Don't loose sight of that. He can show up and nobody actually noticed to write it down. And he did not write anything for us. Common man. Provide the historical fact you speak of and I will rest on this matter. If not, maybe it's time to consider the probability that you are wasting your time believing a lie. |
Jashub:There are tons of first hand information on Socrates. That is not even contested. His parents and siblings are all well known. But not so much for jesus. |
Gabrielshow24:Jesus is supposed to be the light. I am the light of the world. His mother is the light bearer or Lucifer. In the original tale Inanna was the one who rose herself to the pantheon. She wanted to sit with the God's. Eventually she stole the Message from Enki and was later included among the senior Gods, Ninmah was withdrawn. It's all Babylonian epics. She is Lucifer not Nanna(Devil) or Enlil(Satan). Because both were already part of the Elohim. The Elohim is made up of 7 Gods....Enlil, Enki, Uti, Nanna, Ninhersag, Inanna and Erishkigal. |
Gabrielshow24:They are just making Christians feel good about their beliefs. There is no Jesus of history. He never existed. He was written into existence much like Harry Potter. Christianity is about Inanna and Dimuzi. Mary and Jesus. All ideas from Greek philosophy. The idea of virgin birth, logos, eating the flesh of a God, etc. all Hallmark of paganism all what God forbids in the Tanakh. There is no body who claimed to have seen him and heard him speak. Nobody. The silence is deafening. All evidences that Christians peddle are either fabrication or conjectures. |
gohf:You can say that. It is all the worship of mother (Lucifer) and her son. That was done through our the levant. Tamuz and saminaries, Inanna and Dimuzi, isis and horus, etc. Christianity just rebranded and went with it. It is all paganism. Lies packaged as fact. |
Gabrielshow24:Something that has life. And can be..... |
Jashub:I laugh in Swahili. Do you know how many books I have read? The truth is that there is no data to support the existence of Jesus. None at all. There are no contemporary source. Nobody saw him speak. So, I don't usually waste my time over such discussions. Christianity is about Lucifer and her son. The same worship of mother and son that was done all round the levant. Christianity is not unique. Why waste my time on it. I just worship my creator the way my ancestors did. It has been so refreshing. |
Gabrielshow24:. Yea, maybe for story telling. It can suffice. "Satan came to my house today"....my uncle once told my dad. I was like what the hell? Until I discovered his land lord came to cause trouble after owing 3 months rent. Satan is just a personification for obstacles/adversary. It is not a being. |
There has to be a first time, before he can come again. How does fictional characters come to life, only in movies. I think it is beetle juice. Staring Jack black. He was a writer and the characters in his books came to life. Outside that ....it's reality. Doesn't happen. Because there was NO Jesus to begin with. Was created by the Roman church. Come back home. We have strayed to far from our roots. |
The problem with this idea is that it is misleading. There is no being called Lucifer because Lucifer is not a proper name of any being. It is a title. Infact it is one of the titles of the Mary, mother of Jesus. It literally means "light bearer". It was first used by Jerome in his latin Vulgate. (I am writing a book, titled Lucifer:Greatest deception) I elaborated on the Lucifer and how Christianity goes all the way to the worship of Inanna, and all the sex orgies and all they were having all over the place in my book. I made all the expositions. Lucifer is Inanna, she is also Aphrodite/Venus/Ishtar/Isis....etc. she is the queen of heaven and the morning star. She is the goddess of war, death and destruction. She is a deceiver and an enemy of Marduk. She is not Marduk spouse, contrary to what Christian will want us to believe. |
In other to find the meaning of a word in the Bible, the best thing to do is find out when it was first used. Satan occured first In the story of Balaam. Here it is used as a human who stood as an obstacle. The second time is when it is used in the story of Job. In job, the sons of God came to prostrate themselves before God and Satan was with them. Meaning he is a son of God. In those passages, he came to take instructions from God. Meaning he needs God's permission to act. And by extension. He works for God. Satan is not mentioned again in the Tanakh till we get to the Christian scriptures by which time he has become evil with his own will outside the will of God and in opposition to God. I find this odd to say the least. In my opinion. Satan is not a proper name of any being. I think it just means obstacle. Which could be anybody or anything. End of the day "All power belongs to God". Whatever happens whether good or evil happens because it is the will of God. |
Nabi Asli has a lot of videos on the life of islams prophet on YouTube. You can feast on it. Very educative. But if you want the truth watch the teachings of Jay Smith. I think that is his name. Will confirm soon. |
Are there any references to Jesus in the Hebrew Bible, or Old Testament? Of course, christians would like us to think so, but it seems like a STREEEETCH to me. Here’s why… Jesus fulfilled none of the major prophecies about the Messiah, who was supposed to: Free Israel from foreign domination. Bring all the Jewish exiles home. Rule Israel. Rule the world. Create world peace. Bring about universal worship of the biblical god. Obviously, Jesus did none of these things, not even close. Furthermore, the much “easier” prophecies that christians claim Jesus “fulfilled” are a very mixed bag. Some of the “fulfilled prophecies” claimed in the New Testament appear nowhere in the Old Testament and seem to have been made up. The bit about a “virgin” having a son was a mistranslation of the Hebrew word for a “young woman.” Furthermore, the young woman was already pregnant at the time of the prophecy, and the prophecy had nothing to do with the Messiah. The author of Matthew comically turned the mistranslation into a ludicrous “virgin birth” fairytale. The author of Matthew also misunderstood another prophecy and had Jesus ride into Jerusalem on a female donkey and her colt, like a circus act, when the prophecy meant just a colt. Even more laughably, the author of Matthew created a fake genealogy for Jesus that was made nonsensical when either he or a redactor added the “virgin birth” nonsense. Since Joseph was suddenly no longer Jesus’s father, the fake genealogy “proving” that Joseph and Jesus were descendants of King David didn’t “make a lick of sense,” as we say in the South. Then to top off the utter nonsense, the author of Matthew invented a ludicrous ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. According to christian theology, the “suffering servant” of Isaiah was a prophecy about Jesus, but Isaiah explained multiple times that the suffering servant was the nation of Israel. The authors of the gospels were the Keystone Kops of religion. |
oridavid:I have watched it. Check out my response on it. |
SarcasticWords:You don't understand anything. I really don't know where to start your education from. How about I start from the meaning of the word "epic" it is a story with a message. I was trying to make people understand the story, before figuring out the message the writer was trying to pass. Of course, it is not an actual story. It is not real history. That I know you and Buda don't know. |
budaatum:what is my point and what is your point? |
budaatum:God created the heavens and the earth. He now proceeded to create man in his image. "Let us create man in our image after our likeness"...he told mother earth. Man? What is man? She echoed. You would soon see. Give some dust, she obliged. Some sticks, some fruits for the organs and cucumber for the male member. Wao she said, That's all me....what about you? You said "us" what are you bringing? And God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and low and behold it came to life and became conscious...Man was born/made/created. Wao He is beautiful they both said. I will create a garden and put him there to nurture him. The good Lord planted a garden and put the man and his bride they had also created. Off all the fruits in this garden you shall eat, but the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not for the day you do, "you shall surely die" In that Garden was a serpent. A wise old serpent. |
I want to use this thread to explain my own take on the Genesis story. This is a rejoinder to an earlier thread still in front page. It was about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. I want us to look at the story from a different perspective. The perspective of the writer. I will not introduce all that stuff that the Christian introduce. I will look at the story alone. There are different layers to every epic story. So let's jump in. What if the serpent was working for God. What if it was doing God's billing. Was it not God who made it wise? Sure he was. Maybe it was wisdom for that purpose. "Go and teach them about life" God must have told him. Like a wise old man, he agreed. Did God say you can not eat if this tree? Well I think the time has come ..eat it and your eyes will be open. You will be like God. (Which they were), you will know wrong from right. Man ate it and went from a robot stage to the human stage. Where he understood that there are two realities. Two road. One hot the other cold. One rough the other smooth. He understood an important principle of life. The principle of duality and polarity...he also knows now that with his birth, death will come. But he also knows one very important thing. He was God just having a human experience. Though God punished him for lying that he did eat from the tree and pass the blame to his wife. He was cursed. God has to make the experience hell for him. He also learnt to treasure the life. He also learnt to love and hate. May it was all God's plan. If not it won't have happened. At the end after God has dished out his punishment he sent them all out. Everything worked together onto good. |
There are 4 Gods in Christianity God the father God the son God the holy Spirit God the devil. And for some reason, the first three has formed an alliance against the fourth but still can't defeat him. To the extent that they left the earth to him. Shame. What a shame. |
oridavid:That's what the Tanakh teaches. God creates and God destroys. He forms light and creates darkness. He is responsible for both. It is the Christians that have a separate God for Good and another for evil. It was never so from the beginning. The Jews are strict monotheist. The Christians are not. |
oridavid:I mean everything is dual to us but singular to God. When we see light and darkness....God sees them as the same. When we see destruction and creation....to God they both mean same thing.. |
The fruit of the tree open their eyes to the principles of duality. Everything in life exists in pairs. Hot and cold Up and down Beautiful and ugly Tall and short. Good and bad. Birth and death. Etc. The most interesting part is that they are all from same source. While to God it is a singular, to us it is a duality. The God who creates is the same God who destroys..Nothing happens without his OK. |
Kukutente23:Writers do it all the time. The fact that I set my story in a foreign land does not mean it is true. People write fictional stories and make the setting a foreign land. The gospels was not written by any Jewish authors. They would have gotten the geography and tradition correct. Traditionally the sanhendrin don't meet at night and during a high holiday. They also have the power to condermn and pass the death penalty which is usually by stoning. The gospels smells of Greek philosophy from the virgin birth to the logos to the resurrection, they are all Greek thought. I will open a thread let's thrash this out. |
