MelesZenawi:nkita tagbuo gi there..... be brave enough to mention your city or state. e-diot....onye ogbahara.... |
1. Those who aren't politically on the same page with the current governor. They NEVER see anything positive going on about the state. They are SADISTS. Most of them are either from APC or APGA. They assume if you point to the positives of the ikpeazu, you support bad governance. They are politically immature. They CANNOT differentiate constructive criticism from mudslinging. Mind you I supported APGA but I have decided to help the governor achieve whatever he can positively achieve for abia state. 2. Those who haven't recovered from the "Abia vs. Anambra" threads a few years back. Where Abia and Anambra demystified themselves and the hype attached to each other. This is sibling rivalry gone wrong. Till today, some of the survivors still attack abia for any reason no matter how negligible. They claim to positively criticize but it isn't hard to see their dubious nature. 3. Fake abia monikers and online imposters. These ones are out to cause mischief and disunity among ndigbo. They CLAIM they are from abia (they wish) while at the same time DEMONIZING anything abia. They care less about investigating a picture or news related to abia. they have conditioned themselves to be negative towards anything abia. Let us also take note of the following: - trying to blow off another's candlelight won't make yours shine brighter. - criticize any government in a balanced and constructive way - Abia is one of the top 5 states in Nigeria's Economy by states. (pls Google this before you comment), this feat can be our strength and also our weakness. - Show brotherly love and respect to any south eastern state (Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo), don't demonize them. Only imposters do such. Lastly, Abia State is "GOD'S OWN STATE". So in essence, JUDGEMENT BEGINS IN THE HOUSE OF GOD. Abia state should be the first to be thoroughly cleansed from bad governance, other states follow. Onye aghana nwanneya Biko nu.... |
Enskynelson:what state are you from? |
Goalnaldo:it seems? it depends on who you listen to.... Educationally, Economically, Security wise? Abia state surpasses majority of the other states in Nigeria (including some south east states) |
001emeretus:another loser on the lose..... is your state cleaner than abia? |
drmikeadams:nobody said abia is the cleanest state or has the best governor. Your hate and stupidity only assumed so. Stop demonizing abia because your state is NOT IN ANY WAY BETTER than abia. Anyway people naturally envy what is above them. is your state governor the best governor? is your state the cleanest state? |
MelesZenawi:Everytime you keep demonizing aba, are you okay? is your city/state cleaner than aba? are you okay? |
drmikeadams:ibu onye abiriba, ibukwa onye ohuhu... itugburu onweghi n'ashi.... compound liar... |
drmikeadams:legendary lies....either you are an imposter or a sadist.... where in abia are you from? k'ebe amuru nna gi? |
MetaPhysical:see this hungry man talking.....lol... aba alone will feed your state for the next 20 years without blinking an eye if you are not bold enough to mention your state simply shut up....impostor...lol |
drmikeadams:which state are you from? |
LivingSage:stupidity has a way of exposing itself. read, they won't read. the picture is that of OPM General Overseer sharing food to the poor and needy in River State. |
A lot of people posting RUBBISH against Abia state. ikpeazu may not be a first choice governor, but stop using his setback to de-market abia. Abia is bigger than most states (including some east) states in Nigeria using educational, security and economic indices. |
ComrDaprince:stop this nonsense. If your footage is indeed true, is that the only section of aba that you could post? is it only aba that has waste issues? Have you been to Makoko, Mile 12 or Agege in Lagos to see the stench there? What about upper iweka in onitsha? are you paid to de-market aba or what? are you okay? |
Funaki:Joseph and Mary were historically second cousins based on anthropological accounts, though not explicitly recorded in the Bible. Albert Eistein married his first cousin Australia, south America, some areas in North America, north Africa and southeast asean countries allow cousin marriage northern Nigeria allow cousin marriage in my opinion, cousin offspring is genetically dangerous... Igbo don't allow cousin marriage..it is a taboo.. I don't know for Yoruba. Advise you brother if you confirm your suspicion. a sincere prayer for forgiveness from God and complete seperation of your brother and cousin will remedy the situation. no more visitation. |
Unik3030:why are you are this pathetic? who talked about ranking in Nigeria? oh I get it....you are to shallow to even properly investigate. |
Unik3030:you rant too much....yes the World, but I actually meant the DEVELOPING WORLD. this includes southeast Asia, South America and far East Asia, so we aren't just referring to Africa here. pls read research works on world economies of the 50s and 60s. stop fooling yourself. |
iberrylee:so where are those "firsts" now? how are they faring today? with all your firsts, the Eastern region was still the fastest growing economy in the world (not even Africa) if you know your modern African history well. take your ewedu firsts and get out of this thread. |
UMUAHIA1stson:what do you benefit by mudslinging abia state? is your state better than abia state? why are you so cowardly in representing your true state rather, you use a fake umuahia moniker? Ha vuru gi asu? your state in the next 100 years can never be as Industrious as abia state. nkita tagbuo kwe gi nge-ahu. |
https://www.sunnewsonline.com/re-isheagu-regicide-asaba-and-igbanke-were-igbo-akiri/ we know ikwerre and other borderline Igbo communities like agbor, ukwuani are Igbo subgroups, however, IF they say they aren't igbos, we need to respect that. either way, they are inconsequential to our cause. |
MelesZenawi:They are neither miscreants, animals nor fools. Quit the rant. They have their pursuit and they are following it dilligently. Let them be abeg. You may not agree that ikwerre is an Igbo dialect, but indeed it is. The difference is that majority of them have decided to carve a new ethnicity for themselves. They can go ahead after all, ancient igboland comprised of villages and clans who were highly autonomous and Republican. Going from ngwa to ohuhu, or from orlu to awka, was like going from one country to another. |
ikwerre are INCONSEQUENTIAL lots. My personal conviction is that they are Igbo, but WHO AM I to proclaim such if 90% of them say they aren't? As of today, Ikwerre are rather igboid than being IGBO. H'abughi ndi igbo as it stands today since 1979. They may be igboid but not igbo. LET THEM BE. They are not indispensable. They are a drag to the Igbo cause. NNAMDI KANU's biafran dream includes Igbo and non-igbo (igboid) eastern groups... how I wish this igboid groups are severed from the movement. But then, in some of the IPOB meetings I have observed in the past, I see this igboid groups being represented. Let IPOB be, you never can tell which Igbo aspirations the 'gods' will favor, whether through IPOB or Ohaneze or so so and so. Die this ikwerre issue. they are inconsequential to the Igbo cause. |
MelesZenawi:not all of them deny being igbo..... so take them as they come, although in an inconsequential manner. |
read Tonto Dike's remark about her igboness and also marrying an igbo person: The Guardian Guardian Life Everything you need to live well WHAT'S NEW Tonto Dikeh Denies Saying She Can’t Marry An Igbo Man BY AKINWALE AKINYOADE 06 MAY 2019 | 6:00 PM Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has denied viral reports that she said in a 2012 interview that she can’t marry an Igbo man. The mother of one has taken to social media to deny the claims with a disclaimer. She wrote: “DISCLAIMER: I have heard and read a couple of times about this topic and I am actually totally shocked at this!! I have never granted an interview saying such nonsense, I am practically Igbo. I always said it years back that I didn’t have any Facebook account and anything at that time that came from Facebook under my name was not from me. I only just joined Facebook a few years ago. Also I made a disclaimer eight years ago on Twitter about this issue. Also, as said by the invisible Tonto that I was raised by a poor father and had to sleep under bridges to make a living! Too bad. That’s far from my case, I came from money and lived an average childhood with everything I ever needed at my feet, went to the best schools in my community!! Don’t get deceived by the media, if I said it, I will boldly stand to it!! No media house can make claim to this interview so please my people these are not my words. #Enough is Enough.” This is coming on the heels of Dikeh being in a long war of allegations with her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill. Their accusations and counter-accusations against each other have been extending for so long that the Actors Guild of Nigeria recently threatened Dikeh with a sanction if she doesn’t take her marital issues of social media. Bonesking:are you okay? |
I had two ikwerre acquaintances back on my NYSC days in far away kebbi state. to be honest, these guys are lazy self-entitled opportunists. Once they need help or support from you they speak Igbo and try to impress you about their igboness. But when Igbo bashing comes, they suddenly drop their "igboness" like a hot potato. funny enough, they do such with an Igbo accent. they deceive our sisters that they are igbos when trying to woo them. I feel closer to an ibibio or efik person than these losers. Although I must admit, I have seen an ikwerre person openly castigating his people for denying their igboness. ikwerre and ukwuani people's identity crisis no be for here. if you say you are igbo, no problem if you say you are NOT Igbo, no problem. the fact however is, that you are INCONSEQUENTIAL in the igbo scheme of things. You officially DENIED your Igboness in 1979. Bye Felicia. |
selemempe:obviously alot of young ikwerre people are ignorant and misled. WAR NA BAD THING O... |
MelesZenawi:then you are parasites right? bearing our names, following our customs and traditions, wearing our clothes and have our market days. monalisa chinda on BBC igbo says she is ikwerre-Igbo, same for Tonto dike, why? ikwerre are Igbos seeking a new identity for themselves. Good luck with that. nobody is begging you but stop trying to be parasitic with our identity if you truly ain't Igbo. after all, obigbo and egbema are proudly igbo. you won't be missed Biko. |
alfredilly:young man, I understand your age won't help you figure it out. living in bondage was an Igbo film produced in 1992 by Kenneth Nnebue. You indomie children of today, you always think you know whereas you are completely ignorant. keep insulting your elders at home not me |
MelesZenawi:you are right, we are not. not only your environment, but your attitude also is a pigsty. leave abia out of your misery. we have our problems, faces yours without mentioning our beloved state |
Abia1stboy:next time, lie with finesse. IMPOSTOR |
Abia1stboy:impostors spotted. pls take your curse with you. |
