Yes but I can't ignore that strong first statement.

okay

DeSepiero:
The very first sentence states it "do not love or cherish the world ..." Why is this so?

you should read down other verses

Alondra:
good to know

so what's the inspiration/gist behind the name 'Alondra'?

Alondra:

Alondra:
I'm not the one behind that moniker, tho I can guess you are a believer of the god of thunder

of course, see... Mark 3:17 And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:

Alondra:
To me its funny I don't believe in gods more or less demigods

hmmm... and what do you think is the inspiration behind the name?

Alondra:
Nymphomaniac
Sychopaticgoat
Egusisoup
Boiledplantain
Sonofthunder ( saw this few seconds ago)

is it funny? or more of peculiar?

from what was posted, I believe the op/journalist both have poor comprehension skills as regards the t. b. Joshua prophecy.... they should both go back and read the man of God's statements.

Good day Seun, all Mods and fellow Nairalanders.

I write this message with a feeling of sheer bitterness and pain as I'm at the verge of losing my well-deserved N-Power opportunity on the altar of incompetence and corruption, if nothing is done soon enough. Obviously I am not enjoying my Christmas.

My name is Monica Egbean Abolagba, a 26 year old lady living in Effurun, Delta state. I'm an electrical engineering graduate of FUTA, who served in the NYSC between 2014/2015.

In mid 2016, I applied for the Federal Government initiated N-Power Corps programme, took the online assessment test and was listed as one of the successful candidates. Below is a snapshot of my selection success.

Next we were directed on the next steps through a PDF e-book on the N-Power portal which I read and adhered to. So I updated my details as required and have since been checking my dashboard on a daily basis for updates on deployment as instructed.

I kept checking everyday only for someone to tell me a few days ago that delta state was done with the physical verification process of which I was not aware about. I quickly rushed to the LGA only to confirm the aforementioned.

My good people this is unfair. I've been jobless since I finished service in 2015 and I was really hoping on this. I've been crying since I heard this. I don’t want to miss the opportunity. We were told to check our dashboard for information which I did diligently every single day and yet no information came as can be seen from my dashboard screenshot below. What was my crime? Is it a crime to want to serve my country? I'm hoping that something can still be done. I am calling on well meaning Nigerians to assist in getting me verified or reaching out to the N-Power authorities.

Thank you very much. Lalasticlala please help me push this to front page let me get help.

Have you now gone to the local govt Secretariat/council?

Miracles are real and I have a personal experience among many. In 1997/98 I was diagnosed of tumor in my bladder. I was urinating blood. The doctor had to insert a tube into my thing as they viewed the tumor. I was therefore scheduled to go to Israel for surgery. But my family went into fasting and prayers for several days and God answered our prayers. We returned to the doctor who checked again and confirmed that the tumor has disappeared. It's close to 20 years and I am still free of all tumors and never urinated blood again. God perfected what He did forever.
Praise the Lord!

Hallelujah!

... tell the world.

About the Programme

The Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme is the flagship entrepreneurship programme of the Tony Elumelu Foundation, founded by the entrepreneur, respected investor and philanthropist Tony O. Elumelu. For the next 10 years (starting from last year) 1,000 business ideas will be selected across Africa, to be nurtured and funded in the tune of $5,000 grant and $5,000 loan.

The selected participants are grilled with a 12 weeks online training which will enable them gather information about their business ideas and at the final day, prepare and submit a business plan. This business plan, along with business registration/incorporation, corporate account, etc, are all prerequisite to the funds disbursement.

About this thread

This thread is meant to guide people applying for Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme (TEEP). My intention is to talk about the programme and also encourage people with bright ideas, but without funds, people seek in funds for their existing businesses and people who are willing to learn.

With this thread, I hope to guide future participants as I also intend to pick individual questions (TEEP questions) and dissect them one after the other. This thread is coming from someone planning to apply for the programme next year and that has helped three participants get into the programme.

dude what happened... you abandoned us?

if you can stop waiting for man but God, he'll intervene.

In my dream, my neighbor's brother lied against me that i raped his niece while he was the one that did it. so i was disgraced and embarrassed. then the truth came out and he did it. through that medium of embarrassment, i evangelized and many people gave their life to Christ. In that same dream, i told God that many people didnt surrender to him. so the scene played again, but this time, i was beaten mercilessly, and when the truth came out after heavy beating, in pains i evangelized to crowd that gathered to watch them beat me and so many people surrendered their lives to God. Please what does this mean?

someone else will give you detailed insight... but before then, pray against shame, disgrace, implication.
God bless.

How is the learning from the life of James, the brother of Jesus valuable for our spiritual growth?

I thought you will be teaching us on this... where are our pastors and ministers?

Lennycool:
You do know there is no evidence Noah's world wide flood and the story was copied from another book two thousands years older than itself.
The flood is a lie, ad is many things in the bible

stop detailing... thread's about the great crossing and not a flood.

by the way, where is malvisguy212 hiding?

you mean to say he actually mentioned Abacha?

Scholar8200:
In the light of this quote, can someone define what is meant by Christian Liberty?

that we have the choice, power, ability, to be perpetual victors over sin/the world/Satan/the flesh, or sore losers to the above listed?

KingEbukaNaija:
God's nature is at least 9 dimensions

do you care to buttress more on this... and please quote me when you do.

Seun:
That's base 2 arithmetic. What the OP is saying doesn't really make any sense.

really? Do yo care to explain how the OP isn't making any sense?
