Me : Good morning VO : Morning pass me your passport and I-20 VO : Oh Michigan Tech Me :Yea VO : Mechanical Engineering for your master's degree Me : Yea VO : Same mechanical as an undergrad? Me :Yea VO : What was your hardest course (wasn't expecting this) Me : Advanced Heat and Mass transfer VO : Why this course and which topic? Me: I was thought most of the theoretical part of the course in school although it had a practical part. Xo due the theoretical knowledge I have only for this course makes it difficult for me. And the topic that was quite challenging was Radiation. VO : What part of radiation? Me: Black body and di-electric. VO : Your Aunt is sponsoring you? Me : Yea sure VO : why is she sponsoring you. Me : Fiammmmmm everything I wanted to say don fly comot, was mixing words at this point. I just looked at the VO and told him am tensed up, he smiled I took in two deep breaths and with a smile I delivered my speech. Apart from the fact that she sponsored my part of my undergraduate study, she's a business woman and we have similar interest, she owns lots of American vehicles which she uses for business mist times I maintain these vehicles because I have the necessary tools and skill, so I them told her about my plans to gain more skills and setup my own auto repair shop. She believes in my abilities and thinks with proper training and certifications I can do better and manage my own auto repair shop. She also bought the idea on the condition that I will also maintain her cars.(smiling). VO : What's s she into? Me: She's into real estate, oil and gas, she owns alot of gas station in the country. The VO just reached out his hands to the white paper, saying the usual stuff and the words doing the usual in from one ear and out from the other. I just collected the paper and left.
Thanks y'all once again, for those preparing for their visa interview I wish you success. Preparation begets confidence, confidence begets success. Congratulations! |

Disclaimer: The BELOW information is based on individual experience and not a vouch for APPLYGCMSNOTE: I WILL TRY TO KEEP THIS POST AS SHORT AS POSSIBLEI decided to create this thread as a result of unending number of people with the same question: How do I order for my GCMS note? The truth is, only Canadian citizens or PR holders are opportune by the law to make such a request.A GCMS note as a record that provides detailed information about the file of an applicant can be ordered through numerous organizations in Canada, and I will be giving detailed steps to achieve that. One of the best services to make use of is Apply GCMS. They are about 30% cheaper than other services and have been able to gain people's trust as a result of their quality of service. STEPS
I) Visit the site ( www.applygcms.com/order-pricing.html) II) Select your package (GCMS NOTE, costs $18) III) Make Payment IV) You will receive an email requiring you to submit a consent form (usually needed to make request from IRCC) V) Scan and send the form VI) Your order will be confirmed in 24HRS VII) Then you wait for 28-30days to receive your GCMS note through email. Rampssss1: Good morning Everyone
Please asides @Chosenone31 has there been other cases of Visa denial after one has been sent to do medicals?
This is because I've always been of the notion that once you receive medical instructions you application is as good as approved pending the medical is passed. Yes, it's mostly a positive development. His case is the third of hundred. |

Chosenone31: I was asked to verify my SOA after my medical Request mail was received that they were fraudulent which I did. I just got this correspondence now after BVL mail yesterday. Please, I'll appreciate your advice. Firstly, I am glad you weren't banned over this "fraudulent Statement of Account". Probably their uncertainty about the SOA and God's mercy that saves from trouble resulted to the update request. The point is: the VO already made decision about your application but the ban was undecided, therefore the reason for that email. Looking at the screen shot: although most of the reasons stated there has to do with your statement of purpose, I would still suggest you order for your GCMS note in order to specifically tackle your reasons for denial. I wish you Good Luck. |

A speech given live has other significant differences from an online presentation. First, with a live speech you need to think about establishing a positive relationship with the audience while you do your speech writing. Plus, your physical presence (your appearance, posture, etc.) makes a difference with a public speech. Also, you may need to work in breaks for your audience and a question and answer session.

Bassmana: To those on AP, the best thing you can do now is to take your mind off it and channel your energy into something else. I have been there and I know how crazy it could be. Let me tell you how mine went. I was placed on AP for 10 business days (2 weeks) and the moment was full of 'drama'. My status showed AP for three days after my interview and then changed to DENIED. I was confused because my interview went well and the document withheld for confirmation was MY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE (BS). Strange? I know right. Then afterwards, it changed back to AP and then ISSUED.
To be honest, I knew I had done a lot of hard work to get myself to that point and couldn't allow stupid AP put me down. The moment I saw DENIED, I started preparing myself for another interview because I told myself I AIN'T THROWING IN THE TOWEL ... WE DIE THERE! I was now praying for my certificate to get returned so that I could start a new process. Na long story but let me stop here.
Be that as it may, you guys have been through a lot before getting to the point of AP. Take mind off it and focus on something else! Definitely, it shall end in praise.... Nothing do you jare.. bless up
Sorry for any typo, typing on motion blah blah blah You cannot tell the positive effect of this on people in this category. Thanks for sharing! |

One difference between speeches written to be given publicly and presentations written to be viewed online is that the former is given before a live audience at specified time and place. The later may be shared, viewed, and reviewed at the reader's convenience.

Do you have to give a speech publicly any time soon? If you do, you need to know how speeches that are given publicly differ from presentations that will be viewed online. You need to know how to write a good public speaking speech before presenting one.

Jephehe: SAD NEWS!!!
It was hard for me to say bye to Mr Peter who came to Canada 2013 on study visa and Returning to Naija where Buha is in charge on Aug 2 with DP status.
Peter was kind to me when all effort to change my campus proved abortive, with him I met the President of the School. Peter arrived Canada and forget to follow up his studies and fake friends advised him to seek for Refugee status, which did not go through he used all his life lines including judiciary refusing to hear the case, no one went through till he was issued Pre-Removal Order was issued to him. The last line he used took him up to the minister of immigration and he refused to get involved. The only thing he is hanging his hope on is to marry a Canadian but still no way to get a legal stay. During this struggle he was working in big companies which he saved some change that he travelled with to hell no Naija.
Abeg my brothers and Sisters make una learn from this summarized story of Peter because of time for my break I cut cut the story but just learn your lessons.
Please write wetin you learn.
Make i go continue my hustle.
Greetings from Ontario,
Greetings to Baba Buha,
I wish all approval. That's sad; but I will not shy away from the lessons to be learnt. Thanks for sharing here. |

MOBAN444: Pls house is it a rule that one must write an LOE also SOP? False! SOPWriter: The theme of a SOP is geared towards the first time visa applicants. In this case, the applicant will more likely talk about how the advance studies is going to complement past academics and how it will brighten up the future career scope. In addition, various other topics will be addressed such as capability to finance your studies and living cost, why particular program, why Canada, why particular institution, etc.
The theme of a LOE is geared more towards the re-applicants (whose visa application was earlier rejected). In this case, the applicant will start first-half of the letter by explaining what went wrong in previous applications and on what ground it was rejected. It should also include the way you have been able to address the previous problem in your preceding application. |

TWoods: You never had a sponsor, like many here, you simply “borrowed” a statement of account to enable you get a visa. Basically you lied.
Best advice , stay in Nigeria and finish school with the passion you claim to have for education. Going to the US without a clear idea how you will fend for yourself is not a wise move. You’ll simply end up in worse trouble. Good luck. The Song: "I fought the law and the law won". Have all things planned and get it set. United States is a place of abundance of opportunities not a land that magnetize money. AP doesn't mean denial, it's a verification process, so, stay hopeful people... |

Not all schools require IELTS result, however, most schools who does require an English test will not accept 5.5 band score, therefore, I will suggest you keep the result and search for schools whose admission is not based on an English test, especially for Nigerians. |
