I call on
@frankrobbn1 @austacus @SOPwriter and anyone that can guide me through my reapplication.
Holllowu, I am sorry for my late response. Although, I believe some gurus here have effectively answered you, however, I think I should add my ittle contribution from my own point of view.

Now, Let's do the math:

N2M+N3M=N5M
Then the CAD equivalent of N5M is approximately 18,400 CAD.

You said your first semester tuition is $9,500: based on CIC, you are expected to have a year tuition +$10,000 (living expenses) all set.

Now, $9,500 (for second semester)+$10,000=$19,500.

$18,400-$19500=-$1100
-$1100+$1000=-$100
Now you see where part of your problem lies?

Also, your aunt's $1000 USD won't fly; they know she won't spend her last grand or mess up her credit card for you, so, forget the fact that she's a US citizen, your Mum as a sponsor will even fly better.

My advice to you, is to look for means to top up your Mum's account, that should be your priority now.

Secondly, no one knows other criterias that was considered based on your application denial until you order for your GCMS note: it could be SOP, choice of degree or financial capability doubt, so, order your GCMS note.

Lastly, I want you to calm down, you really do not need to rush, get things straightened and self-evaluate your application before clicking on that submit button.

Good luck.

EducationRe: Guide To Writing Visa Sop (Statement of purpose). by SOPWriter(op):
SOPWriter:
I have decided to take my time to correct the rife practices of my fellow countrymen, regarding the common mistakes they make in their statement of purpose: I have reviewed much numbers of SOP and I could discern what is ubiquitous, therefore the necessity I have laid on myself for this selfless address. Aside the tips I have benevolently stated on this forum, I see the need to be of adequate assistance to as much as possible numbers of persons who will appreciate this kindness, by adhering to these corrections.
So, I will list out these ‘common mistakes’, then point out the bloopers:

UNNCESSARY PIECE OF INFORMATION: Although this is not only practiced among Nigerians (I have sighted this fault in other nationality citizens as well.); we tend to state things that are completely irrelevant to our application. A Nairalander once sent me his SOP, before he did; he was bravado of his piece, saying he only needed me to see how good he was. To cut the long story short, he sent me his SOP, and I was flabbergasted to see “I own an apple laptop valued $1,000, two iphones that worth $500 each, making $2,000. U of R is a good school, as they will help me look for Job when I graduate with first class. Canada is a good place where you earn a good standard of living, unlike Nigeria, where people live in poverty”. I stared for ten seconds, especially after considering how he had boasted of his SOP. “My people”, learn to stay on point, stop stating things that have nothing to do with your studies!

IT IS NOT ABOUT THE LENGTH BUT THE VALUE OF INFORMATION: This is mostly applicable to Nairalanders (the guy I used as an example above made use of 3 pages), you will hear something like “I wrote a superb SOP of 4 pages, three thousand words”, and when you read through their SOP; all you will see are piece of information that will shoot them in the leg: it is the value of details that matters, and not the lengthiness of a written/typed piece.

WRONG USAGE OF GRAMMERS: it could be funny sometimes while reading some SOP; many applicants turn to overnight Grammarians; then starts filling up their SOP with words that is completely inapplicable in a writing context; wrong usage of words, bad grammatical structure, counterfactual spellings, etc. They completely forget they could be communicating with a native speaker who might be familiar with these words and get irritated: Use the words you are familiar with, grammars are not mandatory, effective communication is.

I took 30 minutes of my precious time to write this short piece, and I hope it assist someone to attain his/her goal.

RECOMMMENDATIONS:
1. Never underestimate God's grace in this process, Pray like you never prepared and prepare like you never prayed
2. Ask Questions from people that have crossed the path no matter how stupid they might sound (with regards to this, please feel free to ask me your questions)
3. Prepare very well and early enough; give the GRE, TOEFL or any other relevant exams, secure funding no matter how small (Applying early to schools with good GRE scores increases funding opportunities)
4. Stay Focused and DON'T BE DISCOURAGED (I was discouraged by some persons because I had a US bank Statement and was once denied a B1 Visa to attend a conference)
5. During the Interview; Be confident and honest (In addition to your answers, VOs lay emphasis on you demeanour too)...prepare well!

.....Special thanks to @fairheart and to everyone for ur contributions I learnt from them

I got this mail few days ago from CIC,

I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted in its support. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states:

16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

In the current application package, you submitted a bank statement purportedly issued by Zenith Bank that has been determined to be fraudulent

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):

40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act

40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1): (a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted on this letter for all correspondence, and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be assessed based on the information available, which will likely result in a refusal.

Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.

Please experts in the house, advice me on what to do. Im confused seeing this email..... My fear now is hope JAILING is not applicable Sha
My personal advice is coupled with the question: are you guilty of this claim? If not, then visit your bank to send the SOA to the embassy directly.

On the other hand, if you are guilty, then I will suggest you do not complicate issues by replying to this email; just face the consequence of your action (5 years ban).

Harvard freshman deported after officials ‘find posts from his friends that oppose the US'

A Lebanese freshman student beginning classes at Harvard University next month was deported on Friday night after he was “deemed inadmissible” by US immigration officials during an inspection at Boston Logan International Airport.

Ismail Ajjawi, 17, said in a written statement obtained by the Harvard Crimson that he was subjected to hours of interrogation by US Customs and Border Protection officials who also searched through his phone and computer devices.

After several other international students questioned by CBP officials were allowed to leave the airport that night, the teen said he was instead further pressed about his religious views and practices in Lebanon.

At one point, an official allegedly began “screaming” at Ismail after finding posts online from his friends with “political points of view that oppose the US,” according to his statement obtained by the newspaper.

"I responded that I have no business with such posts and that I didn't like, share or comment on them and told her that I shouldn't be held responsible for what others post,” he wrote. “I have no single post on my timeline discussing politics.”

Harvard has since announced in a statement it was working with officials and the student’s family towards the goal of having him “join his classmates in the coming days”.

The university reportedly employs teams to resolve visa-related issues at the Harvard International Office, which has been in contact with Ismail.

The teen is also a recipient of a scholarship from Amideast, a non-profit group that has begun providing him with legal aid.

In a statement, US Customers and Border Protection spokesperson Michael McCarthy declined to specify what information led officials to deem the teenage student inadmissible to the country.

“Applicants must demonstrate they are admissible into the U.S. by overcoming ALL grounds of inadmissibility including health-related grounds, criminality, security reasons, public charge, labour certification, illegal entrants and immigration violations, documentation requirements, and miscellaneous grounds," he told the Harvard Crimson. "This individual was deemed inadmissible to the United States based on information discovered during the CBP inspection.”

Guys, please be careful with your social media activities, discussions, debates, comments (political, economic which includes views about fraud, international, cultural, religious) especially if you have any plans of studying or visiting the US. Do you know the funny thing about this young man's case? The comments were that of his friends on social media, not even his own comments but because he was friends with them, he got caught in the web.

While you may scale through the interview and think you are good, the US continues with their background checks, combing through everything they can access. Students are getting turned away at the POE for stuff like this in their droves and it is no joke. Don't ruin your future because of reckless comments, likes, shares or having friends use your page to promote anything deemed unacceptable to the US.

He who has ears let him hear!

My 2cents.

TravelRe: American Visa Application Fee Increased For Nigerians by SOPWriter: 4:26pm On Aug 27, 2019
AutoJoshNIG:
Effective worldwide on 29 August, Nigerian citizens will be required to pay extra as visa issuance fee.

The US Consulate announced this in a statement issued earlier today.

In a statement, the US Consulate in Nigeria explained that the extra cost will be applicable to only those whose visa requests were granted.“Effective worldwide on 29 August, Nigerian citizens will be required to pay a visa issuance fee, or reciprocity fee, for all approved applications for non-immigrant visas in B, F, H1B, I, L, and R visa classifications,” the statement read.

“The reciprocity fee will be charged in addition to the non-immigrant visa application fee, also known as the MRV fee, which all applicants pay at the time of application. Nigerian citizens whose applications for a non-immigrant visa are denied will not be charged the new reciprocity fee.

“Both reciprocity and MRV fees are non-refundable, and their amounts vary based on visa classification.”

SOPWriter:
In my opinion, I do not think the fee increment has something to do with keeping international students out of the United States. There is probability that the SEVP needs to improve their services to visa applicants, therefore the need for the price adjustment; in order to generate more revenue.

Modified: I initially thought the news ended there, not knowing it continued

Means you didn't read the post.... Its stated bin there the reason which is reciprocal because Nigerian government had earlier done same for US citizens..... except if I didn't get what you were trying to say

Hello house, good evening....... Please I need help deciding what to do..... I have previously been denied visas to the following countries
Uk(tourist visa) 2011/2013
US (tourist visa) 2018
Canada (student visa) 2018. The thing is I already declared all of the refusals to the school... But don't know if to declare the US refusal to ukvi as I can't find the refusal letter . Thought about not stating the US refusal since I don't have the refusal letter but I am scared of being found out and punished for it..... Please I need your advice on what to do. Thanks
SOPWriter:
Hello,

Your previous denials have nothing to do with the approval you are hoping for. Regarding your question; visit your ustraveldocs page, and print the application status of your previous US Visa denial, since you can't find the blue paper you were given at the embassy.

Also, include (inform, list, state, clarify, elucidate, etc.) all these denials in order not to be charged for misinformation, which might result to ban.
Modified

It appears the second line of paragraph that should read out my post was mis-understood, therefore the reason for the modification. In addition, my post did not mention the levity or gravity of a refusal evidence, besides; questions answered, points laid, and advice rendered; we should suspend the scotch, collaborate, and assist one another when it is most important.

Good Luck

Good day,
Does having an Express entry profile affect your chances of getting a student visa? Does one need to quote the UCI in ones Express entry profile? Or get a new one? Note that the Express entry profile score is below 350, therefore may not get any invite.
I will appreciate your response. Thank you
Q1) Express entry and F1 application are individual application and one doesn't affect the other.
Q2) Yes, you should.

Moreover, your score appears to be too low, considering the last CRS score which was 457, I think you should focus on your F1 Visa, notwithstanding, if you have a way of improving your score, you can go ahead with either your of plans.
