For fresh application kindly note the requirements:
*Application verification form (given by Servicom)
*Application form online (2 passport photograph)
*Passport payment slip (2)
*Acknowledgments slip
*NIN slip (photocopy and original)
*DOB certificate (photocopy and original)
*State of origin certificate (p & o)
*Guarantor form filled & stamped by court (attach ur guarantor's passport photograph stamped together with the form)
*Data page of guarantor photocopy
*NIN slip of guarantor photocopy
*Verification form (given by Servicom).

Now we wait 32/5...

I received a text message that my passport is ready for collection. However, the pick up date on the enrollment form stated 26th January 2022. Should I go ahead to the passport office or wait till the stated pickup date?
It's DIY, 32 pages (renewal). Captured on the 29th of November, message received 16th December.

Collected my passport today at Alausa, DIY. The collection date on my slip was 26 Nov, the passport was issued on that day. Had to sit for almost 8 hrs before my name was called. Worth the wait though

Please is there a commissioner of oath or Notary public at the alausa capturing office, if no Please where did you sign your Guarantor's form?

there's high court around the corner just ask som1 around there and it's 2k(negotiable).

Op I don't know what you're going through buh know this, there's still window of opportunity when alive, suicide is never a solution just a torment for loved ones especially if u choose that particular path to leave. I didn't go with my guarantor's NIN? Is the data page not identification enough? I just had his passport and data page of his int'l passport.

Funny enough the NIN no is on data page of new passports yet they still requested 4 d slip, Well u can try u might be lucky.
