BRATISLAVA: Ugly truth.
A lot of them have sisters, and while they spend time castigating and slut shaming murder victims, they forget the twisted guys like themselves looking for how how to kill other girls who aren't their sisters as judgement, because of some misplaced entitlement they have. When it (their entitlement to all the beautiful girls they crave) doesn't get met, they begin to justify evil. Too many bitter incels and red pill advocates.
The guy sounds like a good guy, because it's his sister that other men have killed.
May the deceased get justice. A casket carrying a corpse usually looks like a mere piece of wood to many ,until the dead body is that of their loved ones! |

Ishilove: I don't quite agree. I grew up in a family where my parents had separate bedrooms. It is when I started visiting social media that I discovered some couples have just one bedroom to themselves. All my childhood friends grew up with parents with similar ideals and all of them, my parents included are still waxing strong till date Same with me My parents still have separate bedrooms. Many of my uncles and aunts operate same with their spouses. It's this age of social media that makes it look abnormal. |

I SUPPORT separate bedroom in marriage. My parents had it and still do. My husband's parents still do. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with separately bedrooms.
My husband and I have separate bedrooms. Some times,we sleep In each other's room but we maintain our separate rooms.

2 degrees in 2 federal universities in Nigeria.
And I can't relate to this sexual harassment thing that ladies always lament about.
I may be wrong but I still think that majority of ladies who claim to have been victims were unserious students, refusing to study hard, looking for favours from lecturers who decided to take advantage of them.
If not,how does a lecturer single you out of a crowd of students to fail you?
How did the lecturer even know you? Attend lectures like others, burn the midnight candle, study hard, write your exams well. Don't go about meeting lecturers on personal basis. Never had any lecturer 's contact except my project supervisors in final year.
Sexual harassment? I can't relate. Una sorry oooh |

Christianity Etc › Re: Family Tithing In The Diaspora by spiceadole(f): 4:05pm On May 12, 2024 |
rexbuton: Please this topic wants to tear the family apart.
We are doing well, each of us earns almost 85k per year, I'm in IT, she's in healthcare, and we both work full-time. I am a Christian, I have never defaulted in tithing in the last 5 years. Not once. She says tithing is my personal 'problem'. She uses the word problem specifically. She doesn't pay tithe.
This is the present sharing agreement, I bring 70%, she brings 30%. This 70-30 covers the cost of living, groceries, nursery fees for our baby, and other bills. before this sharing, we both bring equal amounts for the house mortgage and the car. When her family needs money, she insists that we share it 50-50 based on her culture.
For my cybersecurity certifications, I pay from my less than 20%, but I have never complained. God has been faithful. My belief is that my tithe covers for the family. The good news is that I won a large sum of money from my savings, tens of thousands of dollars. I intend to pay tithe, and channel most of the money to my professional development so I can earn more. I don't think I deserve that money I won, that money was from God. She thinks otherwise.
What's your opinion? Some people are so fool .ish that living in the diaspora does not make them have common sense Which one is tithe? Your wife is right .. That's your personal problem. If my husband decides to start paying tithes anytime,he is in his own. |
Health › Re: Itching And Bumps On My Penis by spiceadole(f): 7:26am On May 03, 2024 |
Hungrychicken: Good morning good people of Nairaland, I want to share my own experience with itching and bumps on my private part. I want to share this so that any one having similar issues would have a better understanding of the problem. Because, I also read a few posts from other people here too that helped me.
It started around mid February, I was having eczema on my back and little bit of itching on my penis. So, I got some anti-fungal and tropical drugs for the itching and eczema that had started to spread on my body. After a while the eczema cleared but the itching continued. I spent so much already on the itching so I just ignored it. Since I wasn’t sexually active.
After a month, it developed into bumps around my scrotum, gland and buttocks. This bumps would later itch like hell, and very sweet sensation, not painful no pus. Just sweet itchiness. The sweetest part of the itching was on the bumps.
I searched on Nairaland and started to hear similar stories and thought maybe it was scabies. I went to a Teaching hospital , and had a clinical diagnosis of scabies. Treated with ivec, benzoyl, etc but the itching and bumps were still not cleared. I decided to go for a lab test 2 days ago, urine m/c/s. The result came out as Staph Aureus and yeast infection or so. The pharmacist says 25,000 naira for treatment, injection, and drugs with cream. I pray this get treated ones and for all.
This is for someone going through a similar problem. It might not be scabies or it could be. But First, get tested at the Laboratory to be sure. To avoid spending on whatnot. I also need your thoughts in the comment section. And the test result interpretation. Thank you! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
A photo of a similar situation is below for better understanding. Also, my test result. The condition is SCABIES. buy 5% Permethrin cream and apply for at least 1 month. It will clear. That lab just wants to chop your money. Staphylococcus aureus in your private part will not make you sick It's a normal flora. |

Did u get preg the normal way?? .... why not mention IVF. You had to wait till u have exhausted all option before u thought of IVF. I wonder how long the husband has been waiting ehn.
If na me be the husband, sharp sharp I don impregnate woman for outside, or i don even adopt sef. Na me go com dey train pikin for old age? Have you ever considered male factor infertility? It's the leading cause of subfertility among couples. That's why the man waited.. He knows he can't impregnate a woman naturally..He had to be calm and patient for IVF to work. Most IVF are as a result of male factor infertility as there is no really cure to it |

nairalanda1: IVF and hormones makes it so.
Here is how it probably went...she probably got some of her eggs stored years ago, and every now and then tried IVF with her hubby, and it worked after several rounds.
The world record is 69 years old , by one indian woman. (Yes, she was severely criticised for doing so).
(Just checked, she was 73.) May not be her eggs...Most use egg donors..Legit. Congratulations to the family |

- I miss the eyo festivals in Lagos Island. I grew up in Iju ishaga..Had my primary and secondary education at 2 private schools around Fagba Bus stop. I remember the sound of the Oro,as well. Remember how my father would warn me and my mum to stay indoors and never try to peep out at night. I am now resident in the UK. Cheers |
