Yes.. Arrest her! Wives of men who assault helps are usually aware but keep quiet or even encourage it because of obvious reasons.

I have seen and heard women keep quiet and pamper their husbands who sexually abuse their own biological daughters.

It is almost impossible for a man to abuse a child once and his wife is not aware. They usually are,but do not report to the authorities because people like you will still blame the woman for not covering up her husband and saving her marriage,you will accuse her of denying the man sex hence pushing him to abuse little girls.

He forced her to resign from federal government job she was doing.. After a while, she got tired of staying at home and being at his mercy for the smallest thing money could buy, coupled with the fact that he was physically abusing her.. She got a job in a private hospital but my dad won't have it.
One day, he seized her nursing licence and certificates and set them ablaze, claiming she was almost dropping out when he took over sponsoring her.
My mum and her parents couldn't do anything.
He continued abusing her until she lost one eye and sustained a fracture on one arm.
They separated for a while as she had to seek medical attention.. when she recovered, she returned to her husband's house😀

He still abuses her and she has become used to it.
