Is this one a country or a time bomb waiting to implode. Daily Inclinations and further stretching of the Nation's elastic limits indicate an expectation of a sudden implosion. It's a tough situation we have here on our hands as youths.
May God help us all.
Nigerians have two problem
1 we are always referring to past and current situations and think less of the future that is why civil war hatred cannot die when we are not the first country to fight a civil war
2 We the citizens only hope for a better country
We are not working for it.

My dear, more Nigerians are killed here in Nigeria than in foreign countries.
You don't get the point

That better life that you are running away to get in Europe and America with all the racial abuse , can you get it here ?
The answer is yes

If all the Europeans Americans and Chinese ran away from their countries when it was tough they would not have what we are running to today
Its already clear that many nations don't want us around anymore and you can't blame them

Let us return to fix our country we don't have another one

Go to southern Kaduna and say the same thing and see if you'll make it alive.

Do you know the numbers of southern Kaduna indigenes that have been killed in the past months?

Did you hear that secondary school students were kidnapped by suspected gunmen yesterday in Kaduna?

The truth is Nigerians are no longer safe even in their own country and homes.
If everybody is running away from the country who will fix it

Nigerians should stop being cowards and face their government instead of running

Soon we no go get anywhere to run to na then our eyes go clear

Im from Bayelsa State, the same senatorial district with GEJ (I’m saying this for emphasis). I also said if it’s Tinubu the north trust to hand over power to then so be it for peace to reign. If you know me here on Nairaland, you’ll know Tinubu isn’t exactly my type of person so therefore I’m not putting his name front for selfish reasons rather for the peace of the nation.
Talking of the SE, are they ready ? Have they extended hands of cooperation ? The two front liners ie Okorocha and Uzor Kalu will be rubbished at the anti corruption tribunal and court of public opinion, Peter Obi will contest as vice under Atiku besides the north dont particularly like him after that lie from ElRufai that he deported northerners while he hasn’t really endeared himself to the SW since 2019 so who really is the SE pushing forward in a unified front ?
Its the turn of south east simple
Politics › Re: The North Should Please Forget 2023 Presidency by spy24(m): 7:36pm On Aug 23, 2020
MASTAkiLLAh:
Nigeria is very tense right now as we’ve been irrevocably divided along ethnic and religious lines in the worst way since the civil war.
Recent happenings have even exposed the deplorable state of things to be much worse than we anticipated, the ElRufai saga and the command by Ishaq Akintola a Yoruba Muslim to northern Muslim lawyers to avoid this years NBA conference (under what authority). Nigeria needs to calm down, Nigeria needs to heal and the only way we can do that is for all northern political gladiators with presidential ambitions to shun such dreams (across party lines) and for the presidency to jettison the continued implementation of the 97% vs 5% policy. We’re all one Nigeria but the government and its policies are making people think of a different option which by international law they have a right to.

The north should please forget about presidency in 2023, if Tinubu is the person they trust then we will go with him for peace to reign because if we follow this present trajectory, I personally don’t see Nigeria as one country by the end of the decade.

Igbos are the bitter and hateful ones with the Yorubas the favourite recipient for their hate and toxicity. Just ask Kanu and his IPOBian lunatic followers.

It will not be long before modern Yorubas, less tolerant than their parents, return the unwanted hate of Igbos in kind even as we had been nothing less than tolerant and welcoming of Igbos always. Simple as that. No hate at all.

You want to target and attack me all the time then understand if I don't bring you roses and cookies in return.

Even look at 2023 and the ceaseless and nauseatingly hateful attack against Tinubu by Igbos alone 24/7 as if the man ruined the States and destiny of every living Igbo. Is the man the only candidate or is he worse than those Igbos praise and follow like Atiku, Kalu and even the scammer Kanu?

Yorubas will thrive in this new and highly tribalistic Nigeria if we begin to acknowledge who our enemies are and begin treating them accordingly.

You're a typical and unreasonable IPOBian anyway so I dont expect you to see anything wrong in how Igbos go around hating, insulting and fighting everyone only to expect support, cooperation and tolerance in return.
oga stop making it look like yorubas are detribalized
the real reason why most south southerners and south easterners dislike you yorubas is because of you peoples political greed, ( which is true if you follow nigerian politics closely ).

The only thing we are trying to let Ndigbo know is that Presidency can't be dropped on their lap.
If they think they deserve it, they should work to earn it.
It's not about propaganda, threat and bullying.
No region has ever gotten Presidency on a platter of gold and Ndigbos own won't be different.

Simple as that!
was the presidency of 1999 not droped on the laps of the yorubas ?

candidtalk:
You're talking nonsense. Let Igbos go and get the PDP ticket. APC owe them nothing and Igbos themselves saw to this by declaring they did not need the APC and will never need the Party. Igbos never heed the warning of not burning bridges.

The APC Party ticket is for a Southerner and not for SE, SW or SS. Let all those interested contest. Yorubas are sure of themselves and know they deserve the ticket for all they put into the APC.

Igbos should contest for the APC ticket valiantly as others are prepared to do and stop trying to reap where they have not sown, and even did their best to destroy, with blackmail. If your IPOBian brain prevents you understanding this then that is your own problem.
too much bitterness is not good for the soul cool

Lol. We can always trust you people to be sentimental, tribalistic and hateful above common sense and logical reasoning.

Pray tell us who will get APC tickets if indeed it is zoned to the South. Igbos? SS?

If the APC try to disenfranchise the Yorubas then the Party will suffer for it. Know that Northerners are not hateful enough to cut their nose just to spite their face as Igbos are prone to doing.

The North is pragmatic politically and knows the worth of the Yorubas to the APC. Unlike Igbos who are politically worthless with no reward at all to be gained supporting or empowering them.

If Yorubas won't get APC ticket I guess they will hand it to those from regions with no electoral value at all to the Party and will guarantee an election humiliation for the APC. Nonsense.
see who dey call person tribalistic
your comment alone is enough to tell that you are a tribal bigot
and by the way i am not igbo

what is the common sense and logic in giving yorubas the presidential position after 16 years as president and vice.
