Let the court decide based on evidences. Tinubu's records showed that he attended CSU. The problem here are the discrepancies like.

1. Who was/is the CSU president at the time Tinubu obtained the certificate.

2. Typographical, font and header errors.

No 1 and 2 are not discrepancies, they are facts.

1. The CSU president took money from Tinubu to sign the certificate.
2. The certificate they signed was a fake one.

What Tinubu's lawyers are doing is to rope the school so that they can cover for him. The school itself is facing two bad options.
A) Protect Tinubu and expose yourself the more as a corrupt institution or
B) deny Tinubu, and swallow the shame.

Option B is what they have decided. It's better to move on.

I had a classmate who submitted fake WAEC results when he got admission. He wrote all exams and everything. He was later rusticated but didn't tell us at the point of graduation. He didn't get a certificate because he was unable to clear. Brilliant student but didn't get a certificate.

Tinubu went to CSU and graduated in 1977 or 1979 🤷🏽‍♂️

He didn't get a certificate until 1997 when he was issued this certificate in dispute. The one he submitted to INEC.

As it stands, CSU said they cannot say whether or not the certificate he got was original. Something fishy must have happened in 1997, those who signed his certificate has questions to answer. Nora Daniels who signed it was sacked for financial misappropriation.

I am of the view that Tinubu attended CSU but didn't graduate. He was not issued a certificate. The CSU officials who signed his certificates or affidavits were induced. There is an alleged forgery he has to answer.

It's all about spread and jurisdiction.

It may not make all the sense but it does make some sense that the president who will be the administrator of Abuja should get at least 25% of the support of the people. That is not difficult to ask. And this is just for the first ballot. Because where there is a second ballot, neither 25% in 24 states nor 25% in FCT will be required but a simple majority.
