I have given my Reasons already bro. Kindly read previous pages eh.
[font=serif] I have seen your reasons and it's all political. Honestly I feel your where you are coming from especially when you said you would support PO if he wins. I also sympathise with you, owning to the verbal attacks you have come under while supporting your candidate. One fact is based on what we are seeing now, if PO was not in the race, it would be a smooth ride to Aso Rock for Atiku. |

Lush100: . That's why I like spy. All ways on point. Same thing with Nketiah and G.Jesus. G. Jesus should focus on staying in the box so that he can have the nerve and calmness to put goals at the back of the net. Only when we have park bus team can he be going wide to drag them defenders around. U be my man. Chop. I prefer we sell balogun for a high fee . If we can not get a fee in 50M region, I say we should integrate him To be honest I will rather we sell Nketiah than Balogun. Balogun is a better all round striker. He is like Jesus and Nketiah in one body, plus his confidence is sky-high. He is the one pushing Reims higher the league together with his manager- an Arteta type young coach. In a better team he will create and score tons of goals. He is of the same grade as Saka at the same stage. I love Nketiah but if we must offload a striker it should not be Balogun. Best scenerio is to integrate him. Thanks for the mention. |

The race is now to win simple majority Any projection that excludes Peter Obi is flawed. He is not Kwankwaso. All the candidates can have 25% in 24 states. The demographics is too polarised for that possibility to be. The winner will be by majority. I don't think there will be a second ballot. |

Jodera: if you notice my arguments, I use stats mostly on attackers cos it favours attackers more than defenders. When I mean favour, it means that what the stats tells about attackers is mostly tells the story but for defender it's mostly the opposite. And even the stats, I mostly go for the ones that gives a clearer picture (big chances, key pass etc). Hardly you'll see me use something like chances created or just passes
For example, if striker A takes more shot which yields to more goals and/or he gets more big chances than striker B, it means he's doing something right attackingly compared to striker B. But if defender A have more Tackles and interception than defender B, then there's high chance defender A's team is always (or mostly) defending than defender B's team.
Reason why I'll always bring stats out for Gabriel Jesus or Salah in defending him(after some analysis) but hardly you'll see me bring stats to defend Gabriel against Mustafi. Stop explaining.

icedfire: I have been watching and reading in the news about people struggling and some fighting to collect new naira notes from the ATM and I just laugh thinking it’s all comedy.
I called my aged mum in Nigeria today and I sincerely cried . My mum is almost 80, she is retired and she was in the bank today to get her small pension. She has no money like ZERO money at home to buy groceries. She got to the bank and the queue outside was terrible and it wasn’t even dispensing yet people were queuing for ATM that wasn’t dispensing . I told her to speak with the security guys if they will allow her access to the bank , they still denied her access . Eventually she promised to sort one of the security guys at the gate when she is done if she was allowed in the bank. She was finally allowed in and I was happy that the hurdle was over .
She got in the bank and it’s another long long queue , it got to my mums turn and she was trying to withdraw just #20,000 of her OWN money and they told her they can only offer her #5,000 , I was on the phone with her and I was boiling .
The terrible part is that she was NOT given new notes . The #5000 she got were old torn 50 naira notes amounting to 5000. I was screaming over the phone at my mum not to collect the old naira note that it is useless, and then she said how will she eat if she didn’t get the money. I started crying . Like how can you be rich and be poor? How can you have money in your account and it is not accessible?
E no go better for Buhari and every other individual that is supporting this evil government. If not that my mum is stubborn and doesn’t like to stay here, we wouldn’t have to deal with this nonsense . I just bought her ticket to come here next month and this time she didn’t even argue . If you guys like , vote whoever in February, I don’t care. I just want my mum alive till March 7 when she leaves to come down here. With that bolded you will cry more. That's probably what you said 3.5 years ago. Now you are crying. For a new Nigeria with tears of joy support 👇🏽

Negatives 1. Jorginho can't function effectively as a lone DM 2. Zero goal threat. assist sef na once in a year 3. Neither physical nor fast 1. I don't think this is correct. Jorginho is mostly used to a back 3 and a diamond midfield where he plays as the base. In an Arteta set up he can play as the lone DM but more importantly as one to break the press. 2. Totally agree 3. Physical but not fast. In terms of speed, I actually prefer someone who reads the game than one who is fast. Jorginho reads the game better than most modern DM. Though stats means little and don't tell the whole story, but they give you some clues. |

My Thoughts On The Jorginho Deal
I felt very much disappointed when the rumours broke out. But I also knew that my disappointment was based on my expectations for Moises Caicedo joining us. Unfortunately Brighton rejected all the offers and improved offers made up to the tune of €75m. That's absurd considering that they got the player for less than €4m just a year ago.
The next question is, does it worth it spending such amount for a player who is largely still a potential? The answer can only come as a matter of time. The likes of Tchoemeni and Camavinga have excelled despite having similar statuses.
But that deal was always looking unlikely to happen as Brighton insists he is not for sale this window.
Then comes Jorginho.
What has he got? Experience, leadership and a typical stereotype for the lone DM Arteta loves. We are told Arteta even wanted him when still an assistant at Man City. There was also an approach last summer. This was Arteta not Edu.
What else? £10m plus £2m as add ons- if we win the league and a 1.5year contract. Not bad.
We now have two experienced players to fight for one position. If he fails to perform, we offload him next January (knowing we still have Partey). If he performs we win the league. Either way we save money to do a proper deal to either go back for Caicedo at a much lower price or settle for Declan Rice.
It's a risk worth taking. |

Validated: 4 weeks to Nigeria Presidential elections, the Tinubu's renewed hope has fallen apart as Buhari's CPC and nPDP technically pull out of APC. The trillions hoarded by Tinubu and his accolades are quickly turning to mere toilet papers as CBN policy put a fatal noose on the old naira notes.
Tinubu's attempt to meet Buhari over the weekend was rebuffed as Buhari instead welcomed the CBN governor. It is believed that CBN may have released less than N500b while it is retrieving about N3.3Trillion from circulation, most of which were hoarded for vote buying.
The above leaves the presidency to a straight fight between Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar of LP and PDP, respectively. This is so obvious even to the blind and deaf. Tinubu has no selling point and his only hope has just been thrown into flames. After Buhari saw how he used Ghana must go and twarted his plans to anoint Lawan as the APC consensus candidate, this is after saying that he singl handedly made Buhari president, Buhari is now hell bent to frustrate Tinubu. "As na him make me president, make him come make himself president make I see" 🙈 |

Tonye Cole and some other aspirants have been challenging Fubara to a debate. They have all been ignored. It's like a heavy weight champion who refuse to fight his challenger because he is certain of victory? That's stupid. Besides which politician is certain of victory? Which politician will claim he is not certain of victory? The main reason they refuse debates because they are not confident of themselves and is to avoid being exposed. It's so simple. Debates gives you an opportunity to stake a claim that you are better than your opponent. |

Buhari has allowed us to have the worst fuel scarcity reminiscent of the abacha days. He is the petroleum minister. A president with some sense would have read the marching orders to nnpc to contain any fuel scarcity until after the election. Instead we have the DSS running round stations arresting people for selling in Jerrycans, Mile long queues and no end in sight.

Elder0001: Anybody who believes cbn deadline for expiration of new notes actually affects politicians is not in touch with reality. I spoke with my mom this morning, and she told me about how she and my dad have been bypassing this shit to get new notes which people claim to be scarce. If they can be doing that, there's no reason for me to believe tinubu, atiku and others haven't done much more. Asiwaju already has billions of the new notes with him, forget the recent public wailing, he's just doing that to make people think the policy is affecting him. If folks like Tinubu and Atiku want 50 billion of the new notes today, they'll get it.
Cbn and Buhari are just deceiving themselves. They should extend this stuff indefinitely until all old notes are mopped up because this policy isn't affecting the people they are planning to punish. The plan of CBN is to get the cash in the bank and hence they only released few of the new notes in circulation. CBN knows how much of the new notes is in circulation and they also know the banks that have them. There's no way politicians can circumvent the process unless there is complicity with the same CBN |

johnjunior39: Swears bro, I honestly feel like Xhaka didn't see that scene very well, lol.
Remember the game against Spurs last year?
See forget it, it was irritating to see and I will not fault Odegaard. You cant pamper someone forever now You see, subjective feeling towards someone can cloud judgement. But there's a reason Arteta came and spoke defensively on him. It's the manager that sees what a player is worth. People don't like Lokonga, but as someone mentioned here, he is just as Xhaka a couple of years back. Constantly played out of position and yet under heavy criticism. Lokonga when on the ball was brilliant for all I saw on Friday. His errors were mostly when off the ball. These are things that can be learnt and developed with time and chance. When someone is making such sacrifices and yet come under heavy criticism it's hard to take especially when it's from the leader. I know Xhaka will not do what Odegaard did knowing firsthand himself how it feels. A child spills his milk and still gets a beating for it. Should he cry for the spilled milk or for the beating? How will you know his reason for crying if you meet him? The person that beat him have spoiled every chance of getting to know. |
