Agreed. But the older you get the more disadvantaged you become. People generally prefer younger persons, al things being equal. So Tinubu's age should be read out as a disadvantage for him not advantage.

You need the experience and everything that comes with it.

There are age limits to every employment. At 30 you are no longer qualified for NYSC. That is why also people retire once they begin to clock 65-70. That is because even experience has diminishing returns.

What's clear is that Rashford did not touch the ball not attempted to. The only other factor would have been if there was contact between him and Akanji which would have impeded him.
