Jodera: What spy isn't always factoring mostly is priority. If we have one rich sugar daddy doling out money anyhow, if we like let's spend 100m on an u-23 player, I no go send, but wen we have a limited budget and then we blow it on the least scale of preference while leaving the major ones unattended to, words like "is it your money" is the last thing one should expect. We've spent €138m and €80m out of the €138m is what we blew on what we ordinarily wouldn't have if we scale our priority properly.
Even to sell players off na wahala, yet they'll tell us to trust the process. Which process wen kolasinac is looking like someone that will get back into the team and Chambers is still Manning Rb. Ordinary 20m plus bellerin oo
The edu don tire person I swear You are right about priority and I am not oblivious to it. Haven't you seen me say 'if Arteta can pay 50m for a CB I don't expect money to be a problem getting a 60m AM'? But then the TW is still on. Let's wait for him and Edu to fail before criticism. So far we've done well in getting decent backups and an AM in Odegaard. What's next is a RB and probably another CM. After today we will conclude our judgement. As long as we get the players forget the fee. PSG signed Messi for free mind you. |

ObaIgwe1: Every serious organisation has what we call hierarchical structure. I am certain Arsenal has one. The authority down the ladder is meant to be respected from bottom up without question, yes the respect is binding, and no, it is not only when it is earned. The coach is damm high on the ladder than the players. Any attempt to encourage those at the bottom of the ladder to disrespect those on top of the ladder is a call for Anarchy.... A total break down of law and order. Business/Football Organisational management is not a military arrangement, but it is not a democracy either or a lawless Banana Republic. If you cannot abide by an organisation rules and order, you simply resign and leave. Even a voluntary organisation has rules of engagement and disengagement that must be followed by members.
Does that mean everyone on top hierarchy is good and qualified to be there? NO. Most organisation have ways of getting feedback and performance rating of their managers. It is even so easy to get in an organisation like Arsenal. The results are out every week. Also every organisation has channels of addressing grievances.... call for Anarchy is not one of them.
We must learn to separate Arteta's character and competence from the position he occupies. Yes he appears incompetent and has character problem... but as long as he occupies that office, no player should disrespect him or publicly criticize him, it is unprofessional. Even Arteta's employer will not do that.
So how can Arteta be checked and questioned? The board that employs him who are higher in authority can receive complaints about him, query him and sack him when necessary.
This is the way management works...and this is elementary management theory. My brother I don't think anyone disagrees with this your point, and definitely not Roland. But I also believe you will agree that despite the unwritten rule of respect and professionalism, every individual leader also has a role to play to earn (or to deserve) the respect. Based on the feedbacks we are getting, Arteta needs to do more than he is doing right now. Perhaps the squad is too big and low in quality, which makes selection criteria difficult to maintain. However, we hope that as the squad is gradually trimmed down, such processes will be clear to all and sundry. So that all the constant bickering will stop. |

BlueRayDick: Spy360 na very emotional and passionate fan and it's affecting his sense of judgement of the current situation we are in presently.
We sold Emi Martinez for 20m and a year after we are buying a replacement for 30m..... that’s bad business if u ask me. I’m one of the people who believe Martinez sale was out of our hands since we have two good keepers who would not sit on the bench for each other , but then the replacement cost just doesn’t make any sense .
The 50million spent on Ben white is a huge chunk of the 128m we have spent this transfer season. Whoever sanctioned that deal needs to be investigated for money laundering .
While everybody was talking about AM , CM and other obvious aspects of our game that has visible deficiency , i was here preaching the gospel of getting a decent RB in place of “jack-of-all-trade-master-of-none” chambers and “washed” bellerin..... Now the chicken has come home to roost. Even if a RB is signed today we all know we will be getting a scrap that would most likely be a backup and not a big game player.
If Edu or whoever is handling our business side of the game want to prove themselves then they need to get rid of players like Kolasinac, Elneny, Xhaka , Bellerin, etc and get decent fee for them ..... it is only then we can think of rebuilding for real My brother, I agree I may be emotional and passionate, but I am very objective in my reasoning and judgement and if I see a superior reasoning I will concur to it. I need superior reasoning, which no one has put forth. |

Jodera: Lol... Na exactly this kinda talk put barca for the big financial mess dem dey now. How can we be crying sign sign and when they sign we say it's too expensive? With our current situation, we CANNOT sign Maddison or any elite player. PSG got Messi for free, but even if we pay 100m Messi won't join us. That's the situation we are in. We are not in CL for Fks sake, and clubs are ready to cash in on our plan to rebuild and get back. So if we see a fairly decent player we should be willing to sacrifice and hope things work out and stop whining about the fee. |

kodded: yes, we needed a £30m back up goal keeper and a £50m defender who is not better than mavro and saliba over the likes of bissouma, maddison or sterling.

Jodera: On the contrary, if we have a good transfer window, it would make us better than we are presently. Even if it doesn't, next coach will/might use the good players effectively. We spent the 80m and even fans aren't too happy about the two signings, that should tell you how far My brother, if a cook is bad it does not matter the type of ingredients he uses, the food won't be good. It happen to Chelsea with Lampard, it's the same thing we are seeing. Arteta is tactically inept, and so he struggles. Despite all the excuses of injuries and illnesses, he had Elneny to cover that midfield with Xhaka. This would have prevented the clown from getting a red. Remember, how I made the mistake of adding Lokonga to his line up, as this was unimaginable. However, it's a good thing Xhaka is off the list for at least three matches. I hope he doesn't get back. Let's have Partey-Lokonga. |

BlueRayDick: Xhaka is worse than Sanwoolu when it comes to pointing hands and doing absolutely nothing
He will write motivational quotes on social media, talk about a whole lot of things we’ve never seen him do on the pitch like does them everyday .... smh .
When he was busy forming captain Swiss at the euros I knew he is still shiiit and will soon serve us breakfast as soon as the season starts . 3 games gone and here we are At this point I won't blame Xhaka. Everyone knows he is slow and can't turn faster than a tipper. Yet, Arteta chose to play him as a lone midfielder. Who does that? |

Jodera: Back up keeper? Yes Another Cb? No
This is exactly what I said earlier,, we'll loan our good Cb then turn around to say we don't have any Cb. If Saliba had played preseason and flop, then we can say he's justified. We have Saliba, we have Dino. Let's try these guys out, it's not as if they're some 16 or 17yr old guys.
As for the 30m, I still feel it's excessive for a back up. Matt Ryan was an efficient back up that we would have gotten for cheap. Now, I'm not saying Ramsdale himself is a bad keeper, but I think 30m esp as he's coming from championship, to bring him in is excessive.
No matter how we wanna look at it, that's 80m not well spent at all That still doesn't negate your point that our coach is still bad tactically sha Exactly what I am saying. No matter the kind of transfer business we did, our coach is bad. So even if we sign 10AMs, it won't make us better. So the only way to have assessed our transfer is if we had a tactically good manager which we don't. |

kodded: More reason why arteta needs to go, he has failed the board already because I cannot understand why a coach will see how much we needed a creative attacking minded player but yet had the gut to spend over £80m on ramsdale and ben white The fact is that we needed a backup keeper and a defender apart from the CM and AM which we have all signed. So that's not the issue. The issue is Arteta. Bad coach. Simple. |

Fkhalifa: There's one thing about Xhaka that makes him look like he is the main engine of the team, The way he carries himself, his looks, with his finger pointing and leadership aura, coupled with how he gets the ball and launch a long pass to the flanks, you'll just want to have that body on the field.
But those who critically analyse football will know he's a just a scam/fraudster. When I see fans on Arsenal page on Instagram and other platforms hailing him, I just SMH. Xhaka is a natural leader but he just cannot translate that into actual performance. |

BlueRayDick: This Ur assertion would've been believable of the 36 year old was not Ronaldo who still was still the highest goal scorer last season in the serie A, highest goal scorer in the Euros less than 2 months ago and has more Balon d'or than all the best players in Ben White's country from inception till date.
Guy no talk this thing for outside o. Ibrahimovic that wasn't even at the GOAT level was still a gem for utd when he played there in old age, now u talk of Ronaldo being a bad contract cos he's old and will get huge salary. There's nothing Ben white with his 50m price tag will do that will March up with what Ronaldo can offer Utd if he remains fit and uninjured. Know this and know peace That's what I am saying na. If not that it's Ronaldo, it's a poor business. Age is against him, but he takes good care of himself. That's Ronaldo. If it's another player, it will end in lamentations. Imagine we signing a player like Ozil at 36years. Even when he was 10 he won't run not to talk of. |

Who did my Beloved Arsenal this strong thing?
Afraid to meet Chelsea, Man-city, Liverpool and now Man-U cos of Penaldo,
No room in top 4, no UCL dream for next season, meaning we will not still be able to attract top players...
We pray our young talents grow up to become world best, it is our only hope....But I doubt seriously if Arteta can help us. Take away the shirt sales, 25m for a 36yo is a poor business decision. Such players move on free transfers as they carry huge salaries and will not guarantee 90mins every match. That's not saying we didn't over spend for White. |
