Shoot any holding the biafran flag. Kill only the protesters and not the innocent ones who go about their daily business.

In the army, there's a term called "SCUTTLING". You destroy your heavy equipments when threats of being overrun is evident or when retreating in a disorderly manner. A brigadier General should be very well aware of this.

It is either negligence of duty, connivance with BH, sabotage of Army operations, Lack of tactical decisiveness or plain COWARDICE.

They didn't wanna call him the latter because it would raise sympathies from ethnic and tribal quarters in the Army.
