most people dont even know there is trouble in edo apc as we speak as many oshiomole loyalist are beginning to have a rethink and starting to see oshiomole for whom he his .Obaseki is doing a great job and connecting with the masses .The time for reality is here we are tired of all this white elephant projects these God fathers use to steal state money all this little project obaseki is doing constructing roads here and there streets and all i must give him kudos .I almost miss the way to my inlaws house when i got back to the country cause most roads that have been left untarred for years have been tarred .Another impressive thing is i was arrest by their traffic management officials and i was amused when i was shown the video of how i beat the traffic light and i was ask to pay a fine of 10,000 or my car impounded i went to the bank and paid and to my surprise a few days later i got an sms on my phone acknowledging my payment and i was even given a transaction ID number (to show the money paid went into government coffers) if we continue at this rate we will get there in no time my own opinion

I don't think that is the solution. FYI, what many students go through to pay their fees cannot be described. What you see there could have happened in an expensive university because it boils down to our ideal as a society than the students in isolation.

It can't happen in an expensive school,cause most of the students stay on campus obviously this is a hostel outside campus what is a boy doing in girls hostel .I personally think if the fees are increased it will straighten out alot of things and it will not be a free for all venture .You need to go to a school community and see what goes on there is it the underage males joining cults and losing their lives at the end of the day or dropping out ,or is it the students that want to live a flamboyant life style hence pushing them into online fraud or prostitution .Or is it the students that go there to co habit (married in school single at home ) So here is the logic once the fees are increased it will reduce the crowd now the facility on ground(hostels and all) will be enough for the students that are ready to go to school issues like staying off campus will be totally ruled out then all this excesses can be curbed .Then as a student when you know what your parents are paying for fees it automatically makes you serious ,education is too cheap in this part of the world that is why we have alot of half baked graduates here and there

I personally think education should be made expensive in Nigeria and students of public universities should pay as much as 200k then all this madness on our campuses will stop .Visit any school community in Nigeria cultism,fraudsters,prostitution is the order of the day .But once the fees are increased i believe it is only people that need the education that will there but now that the fees is close to nothing many are unserious. My own opinion though.Just take a look at our leaders of tomorrow if a 300 level school father can behave like this what will happen when this one is through with school

Bros i dont support the activities of yahoo boys but i put it to you most of the yahoo boys out there they are end products of the activities of these our politicians and public office holders .Let me give you a brief summary when do most of these boys start this nefarious activities when they are in the university or when they are seeking admission into the university the parents are mostly senior citizens that dont get pensions or most laid off as a result of the failed system .Look at maina and pension reforms money you have no idea how many senior citizens are paying the price for his actions some might even be dead now.Back to the main issue dont compare a yahoo boy and a politician cause what do this yahoo boys own a benz that is worth 5 million then maybe a small bungalow in his community 15 million naira then little cash in the bank maybe 4 million (this is like 1 in 50 boys) all this totalled up is 24 million .Whereas a politician has about 4 to 5 hilux in his useless convoy each costing close to 30 million for one, prado and land cruisers not inclusive now many many landed properties running into billions in banana island ,abuja and some outside the country so do the maths here how many yahoo boys equals one politician in monetary terms .If the net worth of this 27 boys arrested are calculated it might not even be up to what a common local government chairman is worth .The Efcc are doing a good job but i feel they dont have enough manpower and resources to be going after these little rats when the bigger boys doing and causing these whole mayhem are there to chase my own opinion though .I feel they should focus more on this public office holders and politicians
