Helpfromabove1: Oga August is correct
Sept to August is 12month
You are confusing yourself self with sept 17 date not knowing the agreement is saying sept 1 to August 30 now there is a fight over 1- 16th days
Finally check the tenancy agreement you signed that the referee
Note your tenancy does not start counting the day you made payment as people usually assume, the tenancy start counting on the date agreed and written on the receipt and on the tenancy agreement you are wrong because if I make the next payment in August then subsequent payment will be in July and the next will be in June. You are guys are just being unreasonable |

It will be a swap deal same way NNPC has been trading. Therefore there will be no price reduction, unless Dangote produces excess for export that is when FG can see the much needed FX |

Blitzking: . That's true but it's collected back in various ways..govt can't provide job..ppl just need enabling environment..power supply that is stable and affordable...good transport network ...security to move from place to place and a stable monetary system...all these support job creation without the govt being directly involved in job creation. If govt begins creation of manufacturing plants it would become cumbersome to manage and won't help in the long run..ordinary refinery they cannot manage...nigeria air way ls ruined etc It is the responsibility of Government to figure out all these. All the citizens want is a job and a means to feed themselves. It is the function of a responsible government to make it happen. That is why you fire a manager when a team is not performing and not the players. The manager brings in the strategy and the players do their job |

Blitzking: Of course I know govt shouldn't be involved directly in creating jobs..they should just create an enabling environment but since they av also failed in that regard...they should temporarily get involved in job creation since they av the statistics..they know what we are consuming...they know our production limits and what we are able to produce..they have the information. They should create factories scattered all over the country and employ the youths...startimg from where criminals operate and they should monitor it..cos our leaders know how to share things among themselves. Look at what happened to the 700 thousand jobs they shared among themselves months ago. Government is responsible for job creation. Government manages our national assets, it is their duty to provide jobs |

Ofodirinwa: Africans are clowns.
You will continue courting 'FOREIGN INVESTMENT' as if it is a good thing. You will not ask yourself what is good about it. Ok it 'creates jobs', but the minute one kpim happens, they pack up and leave. Imagine creating useless jobs that disappear when the economy is bad. Mind you, when the economy is bad is when you need jobs. So now you have a situation where when an economic problem is supposed to be a 2, it immediately becomes a 10 because you're depending on people who are ready to run when any sign of stress appears.
Please. Let them leave, and let us stop trying to pretend that 'multinationals' are worthwhile assets to ANY economy. Please delete this, it shows you are too shallow |

femi4: It is wrong to keep holding on to power while you are weak. Directing the affairs of a state goes beyond using 'senses' alone, that's why the constitution created the post of a deputy to fill that vacuum.
Unfortunately, in this part of the world, no respect for constitution, our health and well being. Always seeking power for selfish reasons. From Yar adua's wife, now Betty....who's next Even if you want to handover your inner ring will not agree. Imagine you are a nobody and your closest pal becomes the Governor and you are his chief of staff? Now imagine that your pally is sick and wants to handover, bros you no agree. The inner associates knows that the next person will push them away hence they pressure the wife to one corner. Look they might refuse to make any announcement that he is stepping down and cling on as much as possible. For some of Aketi's associates that is the closest they will ever get to the corridors of power. |

Albeit, for clarity sake I’ll like to understand your standpoint on this without mincing words. Are you a proponent of being in a relationship even when the union is detrimental to your overall wellbeing? Definitely people in toxic relationships suffer worse fate, however, we are not comparing people in toxic relationships and lonely people. Furthermore, if we look at the distribution for people in a relationship, those in toxic relationships are at the extreme |
