tchidi:Babe, you need to go to Jabi lake every Saturday and start jogging so you get fit. That small distance na im wan break your leg? Haba mana! |
occam: Detail it very well and pass it on as "fairly used, clean jeep" to unsuspecting buyersYour comment makes no sense. Only cerebral posts are needed here please. |
Nobody seems willing to address my question. In 2009, I was in FESTAC estate after a heavy downpour and I noticed that some compounds were submerged in water. What caught my eye was a clean jeep which was almost totally submerged in one compound. My question is: what do owners of such cars do? Do they throw it away? |
All these people asking me for the permit; can't you read? I am also requesting for the same document. Make una no dey call my name abeg! |
OP is setting himself up to getting defrauded. 1) OP is greedy: you want to make 10% consistent income a month? Not a realistic target for a business greenhorn. You should reduce your expectations to a maximum of 3% a month. It will take you time to master whatever business you get to. 2) Never listen to all these "invest in my business" people. My own experience has shown that you can start with even zero capital and make millions if you know what you are doing and follow a well-structured plan. My advice? Go and understudy a business first. Get knowledge. You do not need all these "partnerships" here. Too many fraudsters. |
OP, Tell your friend to stop deceiving himself and marry his spec. I married my spec and sometimes when I have cause to playback some of our wild love-making sessions in my head, I find myself having hard-ons even at work and have to contain myself. Even now, I am looking forward to tonight with special relish. (make una no jealous me o! ).Can't imagine myself being married to someone I am not physically attracted to. Not possible! |
Buhari-1:First it was your X5. Secondly it was your Honda. Next you will tell us it was your Mercedes. I have passed this place you mentioned and I do not see anything that resembles an auto shop worthy of note. Any good mechanic in a place like Abj will not be lacking customers. |
Here na Europe? ![]() Bring out $2000 and register on Ali Baba as a Gold member. Then you will get serious contacts for your business and no time wasters. You have to spend money to make bigger money. Some kind of financial levels are not obtained for free. |
Workplace romance is a complete no-no for me. Very bad for business and in all ramifications. A guy I know employed one babe strictly for that purpose. While banging her in his office one day, he passed out. Not a small scandal I can tell you. Or what of that police AIG that died on top of a woman ASP that was reported widely last year? |
femmy2010: I have seen same too and the car involved still drive .I wonder o! People's cars get flooded in places like Lagos every year. Do they throw the cars away? And we are talking about water with high salt and iron content too. |
Zagala: You people are bad o!instead of advicing me on what to do,some of you are laughing at me and making unpleasant statement,or is it because it does not concern you? Naija!! Sometimes,i regret being a citizen of this country.walai ta lai! This country is so unkind to manking, even the occupants are not helpful atal.please,if you dont know what advice kindly get out from here.chikina!!metcheeew! Nonses. What do you expect? Instead of solving your problem with them, you are here whining like a little baby. Grow up and solve your problems mister! |
Lexusgs430: Not that type of lagos flood. Hurricane Sandy type !!!!My guy, I have once witnessed a terrible flood that submerged cars right in their houses in Lagos. So what other type of hurricane style flooding are we talking about? |
ameristu: Do not! I repeat!! Do not!!! buy a flooded car. The whole car has been immersed in water. that means you have to change engine and gear oil and might develop electrical fault also because the whole car has been submerged in water. So what happens to those who live in parts of Lagos susceptible to flood and whose cars get immersed in water when it rains so heavily in June/July? Do they throw their cars away? Please educate me. |

kunlekunle: the hospital should be sued for negligenceEven Benjamin Carson has lost conjoined twins he tried to separate in Asia the last time. You want to sue hospital for negligence...see your mouth! ![]() |
Mavrick2012: RIP MAMA.is their any relatnshp btw late dele Giwa n senator florence ita Giwa?Florence Ita-Giwa was Dele Giwa's first wife. Even though they eventually parted ways, the senator retained his surname. She even attended his funeral where she shed loads of tears. I read the interview she gave sometime in 1987 where it was evident that she still had feelings for Dele. She mentioned youthful exuberance and emotional immaturity on their part for the failure of their union. So there is your answer. |
The so-called "traditional" men treat their wives as commodities and not as human beings. My mum and wife are PhD holders and it has not stopped them performing their domestic duties. So I do not know what this "traditional" stuff is all about. |
Easy case to win in court on a legal technicality. There is nowhere in the Nigerian constitution where the First Lady sacks a councillor. That woman had better cross over to Kaduna state and ask Mrs Yakowa whether she had an inkling that she would be First Lady on a Saturday, and wake up on Sunday an ex-First Lady. Of course, she can cross over to Kano and ask Hajia Maryam Abacha how far. The house where her husband died is still under guard here in ABJ. People never learn. |
All this one na story. E no dey happen for Naija! |
This post is one of the most WICKED WICKED WICKED posts I have read in a long while. OP is a down to earth fellow and those are the kind of people I like to associate with. Considering that this is a route I ply a lot, I would like to say well done for making my Sunday as I read it. |
williamsm: 5 hectares @ back of specialist hospital gwagwalada 3MThey did not ask for land to build a house. OP, go to the river basin authority covering the zone you are interested in farming, and lease land from them. You can get up to 2 acres at N3,000 per annum. |
Some years ago in a crowded market at Lagos Island, the driver of the Chairman of one of the banks was trying to reverse in a very tight spot. Despite pleas from everyone for him to stop, he kept going and eventually climbed on my wife's right foot as we were all pressed to the wall trying to evade this guy. Come see temporary insanity on my part that day. I was halfway dragging the driver through the driver's window in preparation for a good beating when his boss came down and apologized. SO I let the guy off with just two slaps. Lucky for him. Someone later told me I took a risk as I could have been attacked by hoodlums if they found out I was not Yoruba. Since then, I avoid situations that will expose my wife that way. |
*solid*:My guy, it is like you do not know what Indian guys are charging. |
Do native doctors mumble incantations quietly? When the Ogboni guys are chanting their "erioooo waaa...." incantation, do they do it quietly? When in church, I pray loudly as everyone does. It is my prayer, my needs and my supplication to God. When at home in my closet, I do not pray so loudly because I have neighbours, but I pray with the force that the situation requires. When in a social gathering and called upon to offer prayers, I do not use a loud voice, but I make myself audible so everyone knows when to say "amen". Do as occasion suits you. But frankly, I cannot be in church or at home and I am praying against the plans of the enemy and I will be quiet. There is a man in my village who has had problems with my family who is forever going to his spiritualists with our names. You ask me to whisper my prayer with such a known adversary when I am praying in church or in my house? NO WAY! |
no dullin: So if you ask questions and you are told that its a special offer just for the x-mas period for a selected few; and you were assured of same quality then after paying for three d/f varieties... you were booted out of the resturant.... u wont request for your money back no dullin: So if you ask questions and you are told that its a special offer just for the x-mas period for a selected few; and you were assured of same quality then after paying for three d/f varieties... you were booted out of the resturant.... u wont request for your money backYou are right. But the issue here is that people do not ask questions, or the right kind of questions. The excitement of the "awoof" clouds their sense of reasoning and judgement. |
no dullin: Mod!!!!Meaning what? Somebody wants to buy iPad for 30k, mini-laptop for 15k, etc. Can't people ask themselves questions? If you enter Sheraton and they tell you plate of rice and chicken is N150, you go chop the food without asking questions? |
He has a Telecom company in Cameroun and several investments. SO he is allowed to indulge, and he still has at least 5 more years of playing time. The coins are too much. |
YoungSalute: Happy New Year..... Thanks and I appreciate your comment. Not an excuse. Your mother is not your wife and has no business coming to your house to tell you how to live your life. |
