Well, I won't claim what I cannot do. I can comfortably handle any inland delivery of petroleum products, but I have to strongly emphasize something here so I do not have to start dealing with some of the crazy requests I receive regularly from people here (like several people obviously from the same source asking me to take 99,000 litres of PMS to a particular location without any contract or agreement signed and no payment guarantees, crazy!).

Any of such requests must be accompanied by a BANK GUARANTEE from the buyer's bank, cashable on day of delivery, or the buyer must be prepared to come to the PH refinery to meet me there with his full cash (the preferred and the most acceptable option for us dealers over there) and have his product need fulfilled.

No one should call me to start bringing products to the location, that I will be paid before discharge, or I will be given a post-dated cheque, or some other stupid stuff.

So if you are serious about this deal, then you can reach me for inland product supply only, on the above terms.

I can make the payment for you with any of my card payment options. You pay me a service charge of N2,500, and then the $50 payment you want to make in the dollar form.

Already discussed severally on this forum. Primary thing is you need up to N15 milion to at least start the process. Another N20m to N30 million to construct after all approvals have been obtained. Holla me on 08027601655 for more info.

What are u using to "check the product" at the discharge point? With which instruments? With which equipment?

It doesn't take much to see fakes when they present themselves.

2) Where is the take-off and destination point for the cargo?

Lexio, there are no stories here. To register with a major marketer, you need at least 20 trucks. To work as an independent guy, you can start with one truck. I can get your truck registered. You need a driver who has to be a NUPENG member (existing or new). N120,000 is my fee to get u thru. Covers my consultancy, the registrations and logistics.
