Check that it boots into download mode and recovery mode. What are those? Check how to boot into these mods from the Upgrading guides in the first few pages. This could be caused by an app trolling your battery like Viber or something... Also, might be that your battery is bad and u need a replacement. Check battery usage and post a screenshot, if you are rooted, check with BetterBatteryStats (BBS).

Using a custom ROM? Sounds like a bug. Try to upgrade to the latest stock ROM.

WiFi drivers are usually contained in the kernel, flash a different kernel. A custom kernel like Perseus Kernel. If it doesn't work, Do a FULL WIPE then give your phone ODIN Treatment by Flashing a Stock ROM via ODIN and see if it fixes?
However, I have a feeling that it is a hardware problem. if dat be the case, Triangle Away + Stock Nigerian ROM + Good lie at Samsung center = Successful Warranty Claim

I own a Galaxy S4 and it's the BEST mobile phone in the world currently, initial software releases were not 100% good but S4 has big.LITTLE architecture and this is a MASSIVE MASSIVE plus! Updates are released everytime, if you know how to get them and use them tho... Like the custom ROM i flashed yesterday by my Team (Omega Team) FANTASTIC!
Note 2 has been left behind, S4 performs almost twice as better. However, if Battery Life is what you need, go for the Note 2 or better still, wait for the Note 3 (September - October). ONLY IF BATTERY LIFE is what you need!

S2 is so 2011 mate, TOO OLD! But still has GREAT support. Buy the S4 or S3 if you can afford it. If not settle for S2 as it will even be getting 4.2.2 OFFICIALLY.

This requires FULL Wipe. Did you FULL Wipe? Sounds like you didn't Wipe Data/Factory reset

Check YouTube, u might get something on it. I'm mobile now, will help you better if/when I'm on a PC. Better still try flashing the JB of the region the phone is for.

Sounds like Screen of Death. maybe an app crashing... wat happened before this started? Did you install an app that started causing this? Please uninstall the apps u don't use from your phone, if not still working, backup the files in your internal memory to ur pc. Then reset the phone. Cheers!

Tried a different battery? Maybe you damaged your battery. ALWAYS use recommended Accessories.

connect phone to pc, go into Settings > More networks > Tethering and hotspot then tick USB Tethering.

These are not factory unlocked phones, one of the many reasons i HATE them. Sorry i won't support these phones, i don't even know how to.. Please google ur issue. I'm sure there must be a fix somewhere...

I believe they have the same specs but use different ROMs, please buy international GT-I9100 if you want to buy. Stay away from AT&T, Tmobile, Verizon and so on models to avoid issues like the queries above in this post. There is a reason why they are made only for US and there is a reason why they are sold cheaper also! Plus! You always get FANTASTIC dev support on International versions. Cheers!

Advisable to use ODIN on a pc. but you can also go into

Settings > About phone > Software updates and check for updates. see if you get any...

This is called a boot loop and it can be fixed by booting into recovery and wiping data / factory reset the phone. It will wipe all data on the phone. as long as u didn't flash a wrong kernel or something dats not compatible with ur phone.

Please also say what caused it or how it started.
