Well, just like someone opined, street is like the feeder of academies. I.e we all started from the streets or mostly.

It’s from the streets, break time, closing time, and then we come home, drop bag somewhere and carry ball go play outside. From there, you’d hear about 1 boy going to training at a school field and you join one.

Mushin in Lagos state is a football community, almost every guy played football at one time in one academy of sort. Every public school is a training ground of an academy and we had a lot, FC Robo(currently have a female side in women’s league, oshoala, rashida ajibade, onome ebi all played here)Satech FC(Raheem lawal played here) Super force, divine fa(the guy that keshi invited and gave no10 played here) etc and more just in mushin alone.

Also, there are kids who have never trained before and are 20x better than some of us who train everyday. E.g my classmate in sec. school. Chuckwuma who is insanely good. Apart from break time, closing time and sundays, he don’t play any football as he gotta be at his brothers shop at ladipo market and was far better than all of us(minus me tho)

So there are real Talents out there for real, guys who have never worn a soccer boot before, I swear.
