Spoke to my firm about it today. They are willing to pay me 7M per annum to stay.


Does anyone have an idea of what to expect from NNPC as a GT?

Should i ditch the APL or ditch the 7M?

For those coming here to insinuate that EH recruitment is on hold or cancelled, and claiming from a reliable source, listen up. Both GTs and EHs will be contacted the same time. Stop giving false information. Whatever politics involved had been settled long ago and COC issued by FCC. Cheers

The day I got wind about this state ish was when I started to take my mind off APL (though I still come here for updates).



I hail from Ondo State, for those who know what that means coupled with it been an oil-producing state. See ehn, I knew one way or the other my chances of getting APL to rest solely on God.

The other day, someone mentioned a guy with over four years experience coupled with mouth-watering qualifications that did apply for GT also. Guess what, he's a Òndó state indigene

Clown. I have told you no ones knows the time it's coming out. That's if it ever does cos people are entering nnpc week in week out. APL is not coming out in January Feb March or April. Although sellers will still come hawk closer dates

NNPC will definitely try to expend/accrue as much of the money earmarked for this recruitment as they can from the 2019 budget in order not to lose it. The only way they can do this is to conclude the process before the 31st of December, 2019 to justify the accruals. My thoughts though.

A friend of mine just finished an interview and he said he was told "congratulations" by the chairman of the panel at the end of the interview...he is asking if same happened in the NNPC interview..what does the word "congratulations" at the end of an interview translate into?

Guy, under NDCF we have a an hod res like payback period; while under DCF we have an internal rate of return, net present value etc. Those are the tools that tell you whether the project is viable or not. I'm talking about methods here. Profitability index is encompassing!

I remember when I attended the interview in 2011 as a GT applicant then. I was asked about ways that can be used to make investment decision between two mutually exclusive projects? I could only recollect the methods ( discounted cash flow method and non-discounted cash flow method) immediately I stepped out of the room! I even made jest of one of the panel members that once worked in an auditing firm I worked with briefly after graduating ( based on my CV).

My advise please use
1. Use a PC to do so to avoid your hand touching the decline button
2. If you must use phone, make sure ur screen is good to avoid stories that touch.
