I see everybody got their d*cks out tonight. It's wanking time. |
joshboo:I want to believe that the Clippers can scale through even when my mind tells me that this team is not to be believed. This is the last year I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. My patience is running dry. |
Playoffs don come o. I'm tempted to go dark like LeBron does. I see you Clippers ![]() Nets in 4 Sixers in 6 Knicks in 7 Bucks in 6 Clippers in 6 Blazers in 6 Jazz in 5 Lakers in 7 |
Just one more year. ![]()
|
SmooshCHN:This one na okpata you dey yarn o ![]() |
Omo, Twitter loves tragedy. Small thing den don comot bazooka ![]() |
joshboo:They didn't even give LeBron a pass when he injured his groin in 2018. So we won't rest today. |
If they had to draft "7" players from the G-league to play with Curry then blame your GM for getting it wrong with the salaries. You have Steph on 42m, Wiggins on 30m, Dray on 25m. Of course the rest of the roster would be sh*t. |
SmooshCHN:He missed the playoffs, that's all we need to know ![]() |
Who the hell are these guys? ![]() And I don't need to bring out the ones Bron took to the finals in 2007 and 2018.
|
Memberclub:At basketball. |
One thing is certain: there won't be play-in games next season. |
SmooshCHN:He choked that's what it is. He's good. |
Now watch how the talking point on all sports shows in the coming days would be: "did Adam Silver get it right with the play-in? Is it a bad idea?" Instead of praising Ja Morant for willing his team past the Warriors. |
The name is JA MORANT. Say his name ![]() |
So Steph Curry and Draymond Green are finalists for MVP and DPOY respectively. Damn. I wish my team had such luxury. |
Russell Westbrook though ![]()
|
Honestly though. We've heard over a million times how Harden choked against Curry
|
birdman:If that was a game 1 of a series, that was the type of game the Lakers would have lost and be looking to bounce back in game 2. We were there for the taking. Bron and AD shot badly, plus stellar D from Wiggins and Dray. Even Looney had 13 rebounds in 20 mins. The Warriors wanted that game more than the Lakers, but somehow LeBron showed up when it mattered. |
birdman:The facts are just the facts. Wiggins was drafted 1st place for a reason. Some thought he was trash because he was playing losing basketball in a lottery team. That's the same way they fail to give guys like Towns and Beal their respect. Give those guys a reason to play for and you'll see what they're made of. Memphis should be a cakewalk. The Jazz series would be an interesting one to watch. They can match the Warriors in 3pt shooting. They have some good interior D too. It might come down to who wants it the most. |
Afromentalist:They could have the upper hand quite alright, but when you go into a series with by far the best player in the series then you have a good shot. Beating teams like the Jazz that succeed by committee is much more easier than beating teams with 2 or 3 clear superstars. Especially when they face a very good defence like that of GS. |
I just found out that Toscano-Anderson was the Mexican league MVP is 2018. Omo, that guy dey ball abeg. I knew there was something about that guy.
|
Anyway, I see the Jazz/Warriors going 7 games. Who will win I don't know. If D Mitch isn't playing then it's a no-brainer. |
An average team cannot be 5th in defensive ratings. It's impossible. I see the Warriors as the Knicks. Not a lot of big name but guys who really know how to ball on both ends of the floor. The Knicks are not even as talented as the Warriors and yet they're 4th. Steph and Wiggins combined for 50 points per game this season. Bron and AD combined for 47. Wiggins is likely to make an all defensive team this year. Same with Draymond. So y'all can deny the facts all you want, but the Warriors are far above average. |
Blueelf:Lol. This one pain you o ![]() |
ovoP:And yet you're the one who ran here to reply me ![]() The truth is always bitter, I know. |
You can say what you want about Steph's supporting cast but the Warriors weren't 5th in defensive rating for nothing. You could clearly see why. See the work Wiggins did on LeBron. Add that to the fact that he can drop 20 a night. See what Dray did on AD. Then what about the other 3 and D guys you have? Toscano-Anderson, Bazemore, Mulder. Those guys will knock down shots if you give them the ball. That is a good team and they actually have a shot against the Jazz. |
Lol. People are here talking about the Draymond Charge call but somehow won't talk about about his non flagrant call on LeBron. Abegi. |
Nice game though. I said it here that right now is the best time for anybody to beat the Lakers, not in two or three weeks time. LeBron is obviously still struggling from that ankle injury. Not to talk of AD missing 30+ games through injury. Schroder just returned from COVID. Chemistry is still an issue. By and large, LeBron came up clutch once more. That's why he's a big game player. Showing up when it matters. Steph last scored a field goal at the 3:08 mark. He made just 2 free throws from that point till the end of the game. That has been the difference between LeBron and Steph throughout their careers and that's why one is the GOAT and the other is a phoney. |
Referees una well done o. E remain for Golden State to carry cutlass enter court. Sotey Draymond wan comot my boy eye but na only common foul una give. Well done o |
LeBron just aggravated his ankle. That's it for the season.
|
benji93:For taking that decent team to the 8th place? One game above Ja Morant? Your team is 5th in defensive efficiency o, and it's not because of Curry. I've seen guys not nearly as talented as him do better with less help. |
