Christianity EtcDon’t Let Religion Dictate Your Votes - Deeper Life Church by stevewale(op): 11:05am On Dec 17, 2014
Deeper Life Bible Church has advised Nigerians not to vote politicians in 2015 based on religious sentiments because it has failed the nation.

It also warned the Independent National Electoral Commission against rigging and subversion of the people’s will.

The Ekiti State Overseer of the Church, Pastor Jacob Asubiojo, gave the advice in Ado Ekiti on Tuesday during a press conference on the visit of the Church’s General Superintendent, Pastor Williams Kumuyi, to the State for a three-day crusade.

Asubiojo said the programme, tagged, “Extraordinary encounter with God of miracles,” which would hold between December 24 to 26, was primarily organised for Nigerians to seek God’s face to overcome the challenges facing the country.

Reeling out the virtues of a leader voters must watch out for, he said Nigerians must look out for a God-fearing leader with genuine interest of the people at heart.

He said, “Nigeria has so many religions but these have not met the needs of the people.

“But with this programme, many Nigerians would have their lives changed and transformed for better, because for a society to produce good leaders that can transform a whole nation, such person must first be transformed.

“What we believe in is prayer as weapons that can transform the lives of the people and not religion that had failed us as a nation. Our people must not continue in wretchedness and backwardness. Enough of satanic victimization and oppression.

“We need to liberate the entire nation from devil that is holding the people by the jugular. Permit me to say that it is a great disservice to humanity and God will query us if we refuse to publicize this God-sent crusade of liberation,” Asubiojo stressed.

In spite of insecurity in the nation, the church predicted that peace would soon reign in the country, urging the citizens to embrace prayers as most veritable weapons.

The cleric advised INEC to be fair and keep to the rules that governs election by ensuring fairness, openness and transparency, adding that politicians too must obey the rules.

“They must not heat up the polity over election if truly they are desirous of serving the people,” he added.

Romance5 Signs You’re TOTALLY Wasting Your Time On That Guy by stevewale(op): 4:49pm On Dec 15, 2014
5 Signs You’re TOTALLY Wasting Your Time On That Guy

Do you see your relationship in the following scenarios?

Are you wasting your time in a “no-win relationship” that wears away at your mental and emotional state? Do you feel like you’re more emotionally invested in the relationship? If your love interest is unwilling to put significant effort into a real commitment to you and making the relationship go forward, it’s time to bail from this sinking ship before you drown in heartache.

5 Warning Signs In A Relationship:

1. You Cannot Ask Them For Help: If you feel more comfortable asking a friend for help than your significant other, this is a huge red flag! For example, if you feel funny asking your partner for help with simple projects like putting up a Christmas tree or assisting with a car emergency, then this person may not be the “right one.”

2. Never Has Time For You: If your partner continually demonstrates they don’t have time for you but seems to make time for everyone and anything else, then they are sending you a very strong message! Pay attention because you are clearly not at the top of their priority list. Remember, people make time for the things that are important to them.

3. Avoids Meeting Friends And Family: If your partner avoids meeting your friends and family or is never interested in introducing you to theirs, then beware. Even though, it is not uncommon for couples to want to be one-on-one in the early stages of the relationship, they should eventually want to meet the important people in each other’s lives.

4. The Relationship Is Mostly Physical: If you find that your number one connection is mostly physical, chances are this person can become easily bored and move on to someone new because there was no depth in the relationship. Remember, lasting relationships are founded on friendship, love and intimacy.

5. Still Dating Other People: If your partner is still interested in dating other people, but you are looking for a more meaningful relationship, then there is obviously a huge discrepancy about the way you feel towards each other. Clearly, if you have dated for a significant period of time you should be on the same wavelength. Understand that this person may never be emotionally available to you.
Remember, it takes two to make a relationship work. You cannot do all the work alone and achieve a healthy, happy and loving partnership. If you are not receiving those feelings from the person you are with, do not waste another precious moment of your life being hurt. Somebody is out there that will provide you with the kind of love and attention you are looking for. The most important thing you need to take away from this is that you deserve to be loved and appreciated!

Christianity EtcRe: Eight People Who Give Offering In Churches by stevewale(m): 9:17am On Dec 14, 2014
Offering is a personal understanding between man and God.
I don't think its something we should debate about.
For instance, I do hide my offering while putting it into d envelope irrespective of what amount I'm putting in it. I don't personally like showing off my offering cos its not those around me who see the amount would reward me but my reward/harvest comes from God.

PoliticsHalliburton Buys Bakerhughes In $34.6 Billion Deal (see Full Details Of The Deal by stevewale(op): 9:20am On Nov 18, 2014
Two U.S. oil-drilling giants became one on Monday, when Houston-based companies Halliburton and Baker Hughes agreed to a $34.6 billion merger.

The deal came soon after talks between the two competitors broke down and Halliburton indicated the possibility of a hostile takeover of Baker Hughes, the New York Times reported.

Halliburton, controversial for its role in the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosions, will retain its name in the new combined entity, and its chief executive and chairman David J. Lesar will take the helm.

The combination of the two companies’ resources, including operations and research and development, will save over $2 billion in costs and help them compete with industry leader Schlumberger.

TravelRe: U.S. Immigration Questions: Ask A U.S. Consular Officer by stevewale(m): 4:29pm On Nov 07, 2014
nalacandi:
Dear CO Officer,

I would like to ask a question about my husband's interview on November 5, 2014. My husband had applied for a visitor visa to the U.S. in 2010 and during this interview he misrepresented that he had a child that actually belongs to his prior spouse. She had this child from another relationship prior to his marriage to her. So when my husband went in for his interview 2 days ago they asked him has he talked with me since our marriage and he said yes, but they only asked to see call logs from him and not call logs from me as the petitioner. The officer wouldn't take the call logs from me. The officer asked if we had emails he said yes and provided a few from the evidence binder I mailed to my husband. Then they asked him some questions about the pictures of my husband and his parents, but didn't look at any pictures of us together. Then the CO Officer asked him about the child and rather than clearing up that he lied the first time he told them the child is deceased. That is true the child is deceased, but it is not my husband biological child. The officer gave him a form to complete with my phone number and name and my husbands home address and business address and gave him a 221g form and said we are put in AP Processing pending further review. I sent an email to the embassy explaining this situation and received an email back thanking me for the information stating they understand my concerns and will be in touch and stated it takes time for a response. We asked for a 2nd interview so that he could return and clear this particular matter up. He is wholeheartedly sorry for doing this. I knew about his former deceased spouse and I knew about the deceased child, but will admit that my husband didn't brief me on the matter of his misrep in the first interview. It came about I discovered when this interview commenced. I am just wondering what they could be thinking about all of this and we are hoping and praying that this can be resolved. We are truly in a bona fide relationship, this was not some relationship we engaged in for him to receive a visa. My husband is a very honest, caring, loving, and extremely supportive to him. This entire process has placed a huge hardship on us and we have been waiting for 16 months just for this interview. Now we are limbo. Any advice, information on what this really means, the possibility of us getting an approval after this, and any information on what we should or are able to do next would be greatly appreciated.
Dear VO, once again, welldone for this selfless service rendering on this forum. In respect to the above bolded area, can you please confirm that it is true you don't accept call logs details from the petitioner? This is because I am planning to bring along my fiancé's call log (Boss Revolution) which I actually printed them out online from here during my own K1 interview hopefully soonest ... It's pretty cheap for us buying card there and she making the calls while its kinda difficult getting call logs from most naija network provider here...

Many thanks ma

PoliticsDogs Help Arrest Nigerian Man Who Jumped White House Fence by stevewale(op): 1:01pm On Oct 24, 2014
A suspect who climbed over the White House fence Wednesday was nabbed by Secret Service agents and dogs, a spokesman for the elite agency said.

“At approximately 7:16 pm (1116 GMT), an individual climbed the north fence line of the White House,” the spokesman said.

“The individual was immediately taken into custody on the north lawn of the White House by Secret Service Uniformed Division K-9 teams and Uniformed Division Officers.”

The fence climber was identified as 23-year-old Dominic Adesanya from Marlyand, near the US capital, the spokesman said.

“Charges are pending. Adesanya was unarmed at the time of his arrest.”

Video on local media appeared to show a man being intercepted by officers before he had a chance to reach the White House.

“The subject is being transported to a local hospital for evaluation,” the Secret Service spokesman added.
Adesanya’s father later told ABC 2 that his son had been arrested at the White House before and that he wanted to speak to the president about how people were out to get him. The father said that the family had tried to get him help.

Adesanya’s last post to Instagram on Tuesday showed an I Voted sticker captioned ‘Voted for this B #ImpeachObama.’
Other photos show him in action for Stevenson University in track and field, or showing off his physique in shirtless selfies.

It was reported that Adesanya also seemed to have an obsession with the Rothschild family, in particular Nathaniel Philip Rothschild, the British-born Swiss financier.

On a LinkedIn page with zero connections, in place of a job title, he describes himself as an ‘American Slave’ and rants about the Rothschild banking family.

“Still waiting for Nathaniel Philip Rothschild and his father; Nathaniel Charles Jacob Rothschild-4th Baron Rothschild to let me go,” his profile states.

On September 19, another man, Omar Gonzalez, jumped the White House fence and allegedly sprinted across the lawn and entered the building with a knife in his pocket.

Gonzalez has been indicted on two counts of “assaulting, resisting, or impeding” US Secret Service agents.

In jail since his arrest, Gonzalez is an Iraq veteran reportedly suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.

He is accused of entering the main door of the White House after sprinting across the presidential mansion’s lawn. The president and his family had left the White House only a short time before.

This and other security lapses sparked withering criticism of the Secret Service and led to the resignation of the head of the elite presidential protection agency.

Romance20 Epic Marriage Advice by stevewale(op):
A Divorced Man Wrote These 20 Epic Marriage Advice He Wished He Could Have Had. A Must Read.

Below are 20 wise marriage tips from a man that was recently divorced. You wouldn’t normally think that a divorced man would give good advice on being a husband, but this man has been through enough hardship to know what is worth fighting for:

MARRIAGE ADVICE I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD:

Obviously, I’m not a relationship expert. But there’s something about my divorce being finalized this week that gives me perspective of things I wish I would have done different: After losing a woman that I loved, and a marriage of almost 16 years, here’s the advice I wish I would have had…
- Gerald Rogers

1. NEVER STOP COURTING. NEVER STOP DATING.
NEVER EVER take that woman for granted. When you asked her to marry you, you promised to be that man that would OWN HER HEART and to fiercely protect it. This is the most important and sacred treasure you will ever be entrusted with. SHE CHOSE YOU. Never forget that, and NEVER GET LAZY in your love.

2. PROTECT YOUR OWN HEART.
Just as you committed to being the protector of her heart, you must guard your own with the same vigilance. Love yourself fully, love the world openly, but there is a special place in your heart where no one must enter except for your wife. Keep that space always ready to receive her and invite her in, and refuse to let anyone or anything else enter there.

3. FALL IN LOVE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
You will constantly change. You’re not the same people you were when you got married, and in five years you will not be the same person you are today. Change will come, and in that you have to re-choose each other everyday.

4. SHE DOESN’T HAVE TO STAY WITH YOU, and if you don’t take care of her heart, she may give that heart to someone else or seal you out completely, and you may never be able to get it back. Always fight to win her love just as you did when you were courting her.

5.ALWAYS SEE THE BEST IN HER.
Focus only on what you love. What you focus on will expand. If you focus on what bugs you, all you will see is reasons to be bugged. If you focus on what you love, you can’t help but be consumed by love. Focus to the point where you can no longer see anything but love, and you know without a doubt that you are the luckiest man on earth to be have this woman as your wife.

6. IT’S NOT YOUR JOB TO CHANGE OR FIX HER.
Your job is to love her as she is with no expectation of her ever changing. And if she changes, love what she becomes, whether it’s what you wanted or not.

7. TAKE FULL ACCOUNTABILITY.
Take full accountability for your own emotions. It’s not your wife’s job to make you happy, and she CAN’T make you sad. You are responsible for finding your own happiness, and through that your joy will spill over into your relationship and your love.

8. NEVER BLAME HER IF YOU GET ANGRY.
NEVER BLAME your wife If YOU get frustrated or angry at her, it is only because it is triggering something inside of YOU. They are YOUR emotions, and your responsibility. When you feel those feelings take time to get present and to look within and understand what it is inside of YOU that is asking to be healed. You were attracted to this woman because she was the person best suited to trigger all of your childhood wounds in the most painful way so that you could heal them: when you heal yourself, you will no longer be triggered by her, and you will wonder why you ever were.

9. ALLOW YOUR WOMAN TO JUST BE.
When she’s sad or upset, it’s not your job to fix it, it’s your job to HOLD HER and let her know it’s ok. Let her know that you hear her, and that she’s important and that you are that pillar on which she can always lean. The feminine spirit is about change and emotion and like a storm her emotions will roll in and out, and as you remain strong and unjudging she will trust you and open her soul to you:

10. DON’T RUN-AWAY WHEN SHE’S UPSET. Stand present and strong and let her know you aren’t going anywhere. Listen to what she is really saying behind the words and emotion.

11. BE SILLY
Don’t take yourself so damn seriously. Laugh. And make her laugh. Laughter makes everything else easier.

12. FILL HER SOUL EVERYDAY:
Learn her love languages and the specific ways that she feels important and validated and CHERISHED. Ask her to create a list of 10 THINGS that make her feel loved and memorize those things and make it a priority everyday to make her feel like a queen.

13. BE PRESENT.
Give her not only your time, but your focus, your attention and your soul. Do whatever it takes to clear your head so that when you are with her you are fully WITH HER. Treat her as you would your most valuable client. She is.

14. BE WILLING TO TAKE HER SEXUALLY.
To carry her away in the power of your masculine presence, to consume her and devour her with your strength, and to penetrate her to the deepest levels of her soul. Let her melt into her feminine softness as she knows she can trust you fully.

15. DON’T BE AN IDIOT.
Don’t be an idiot and don’t be afraid of being one either. You will make mistakes and so will she. Try not to make too big of mistakes, and learn from the ones you do make. You’re not supposed to be perfect, just try to not be too stupid.

16. GIVE HER SPACE.
The woman is so good at giving and giving, and sometimes she will need to be reminded to take time to nurture herself. Sometimes she will need to fly from your branches to go and find what feeds her soul, and if you give her that space she will come back with new songs to sing:. (okay, getting a little too poetic here, but you get the point. Tell her to take time for herself, ESPECIALLY after you have kids. She needs that space to renew and get re-centered, and to find herself after she gets lost in serving you, the kids and the world.)

17. BE VULNERABLE.
You don’t have to have it all together. Be willing to share your fears and feelings, and quick to acknowledge your mistakes.

18. BE FULLY TRANSPARENT.
If you want to have trust you must be willing to share EVERYTHING: Especially those things you don’t want to share. It takes courage to fully love, to fully open your heart and let her in when you don’t know i she will like what she finds… Part of that courage is allowing her to love you completely, your darkness as well as your light. DROP THE MASK: If you feel like you need to wear a mask around her, and show up perfect all the time, you will never experience the full dimension of what love can be.

19. NEVER STOP GROWING TOGETHER.
The stagnant pond breeds malaria, the flowing stream is always fresh and cool. Atrophy is the natural process when you stop working a muscle, just as it is if you stop working on your relationship. Find common goals, dreams and visions to work towards.

20. DON’T WORRY ABOUT MONEY.
Money is a game, find ways to work together as a team to win it. It never helps when teammates fight. Figure out ways to leverage both persons strength to win.

FORGIVE IMMEDIATELY.
Forgive immediately and focus on the future rather than carrying weight from the past. Don’t let your history hold you hostage. Holding onto past mistakes that either you or she makes, is like a heavy anchor to your marriage and will hold you back. FORGIVENESS IS FREEDOM. Cut the anchor loose and always choose love.

ALWAYS CHOOSE LOVE. ALWAYS CHOOSE LOVE…
In the end, this is the only advice you need. If this is the guiding principle through which all your choices is governed, there is nothing that will threaten the happiness of your marriage. Love will always endure.

VisaOfficer: This is an area where Nigerian law and U.S. law don't dovetail neatly. Traditional marriages in Nigeria do count as marriages and make people ineligible for K visas -- and if your fiance gives the bride price, that's a marriage under customary law. But because such marriages are often undocumented, the Nigerian spouse can't benefit from the IR1 or CR1 petition, because there's no piece of paper to submit to NVC. So people who have had traditional or customary marriages, but not a registry or religious marriage*, are stuck, unable to get either a fiance or a spouse visa.

The obvious solution is to go ahead and do the registry marriage in Nigeria, then apply for a spouse petition. The only reason that takes longer than a fiance petition is that you can file a fiance petition any time, but you can't file a spouse petition until after the marriage.

We do like to hear that people have met each other's parents... but if we know you've had an introduction ceremony, we'll be very curious about whether it was actually a traditional marriage, or just an introduction. Whatever the case, tell the truth, and you'll end up with the visa you qualify for.

(* Religious marriages are recognized for spouse petitions if there's a certificate from an established religious institution involved.)
Dear VO, This your response, I must confess, weakening my heart cos I await my own petition approval too at NVC too and meanwhile, I have met with my fiancée's parents which I stated in the letter of how we met and even included a pic of our meeting with the parents but which was NEVER a traditional marriage or introduction but just both parents meeting to know eachother.

Now I am beginning to feel bad already that u guys might do otherwise and make my fiancée and I be apart again for another period cos I am already anxious to be together with her.

Thanks

The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos is ready to begin final processing of your approved K1 visa petition. Kindly request your fiance/fiancee (the applicant) to visit any branch of Guaranty Trust Bank PLC in Nigeria to pay the K1 visa processing fee of $240; and after that, follow the instructions for fiance/fiancee visa applicants attached to this email. (Note: You can find the form at http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visa_forms.html )

Please note that no applicant will be allowed into the Consulate Visa Hall without the confirmation (Barcode) page of Form DS-160 completed online and a valid medical examination report.

If you or your fiancee encounters any problems accessing or using the online appointment system (http://www.ustraveldocs.com), please contact: support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com or +234-9-460-1748 for assistance.

Info about medical paperwork and the documents you'll need are in the pdf mentioned above. You will need an official NPC birth certificate, not a photocopy, so please obtain a replacement for the lost original.

Your fiancee cannot join you for the interview -- we don't have the space to accommodate all the petitioners.

Good luck!
Actually I am not the OP of this question, but I wanna confirm in readiness for my own I129F too, that I tot the $240 is usually payable at the Embassy in Lagos and interview is usually scheduled by the beneficiary him/her self online (that is fixing his own convenient available dates) ... Please correct me if otherwise ... My case is still under "Initial Review" thou ...lolz

PoliticsFayose Vows Not To Recognise 19 New Lcdas by stevewale(op): 12:40pm On Aug 13, 2014
Ekiti State governor-elect, Mr. Ayo Fayose, has vowed not to recognise the 19 newly created Local Council Development Areas, LCDAs, by the outgoing Kayode Fayemi’s administration.

Ekiti state Governor Elect, Mr Ayodele Fayose addressing the press over his victory at the poll, Sunday.
This came as he promised not to probe the Fayemi’s administration when he took over the affairs of the state on October 16, despite perceived intense pressure

Fayose who spoke at a media forum in Ado-Ekiti, said as a governor, he would swear to protect the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and he would not do anything to breach same.

According to him, “since the new council areas are not known to law, it will be criminal of me to start using monthly federal allocation meant for constitutionally-recognised local governments to finance the 19 additional LCDAS newly created.

The Constitution of Nigeria currently recognises only 774 local governments and until there is a contrary development by order of National Assembly, there is no how I can be hoodwinked into using money meant for any of them to finance those not recognised by law. As far as I am concerned, I do not believe Fayemi has created any new local government. I still hold the view that his intention was misconstrued by those who think LCDA is the same as local government.”

He said he was not ready to probe Fayemi’s administration to avoid distraction on the developmental stride he intended to pursue.

According to him, he was being pressurised to probe Fayemi by those he claimed were stunned by alleged huge debt profile of the state, declaring however that probing the outgoing government would do no good.

He contended that his major preoccupation was to develop the state and make life better for the people who voted him into power, saying he was too much in a hurry to justify people’s confidence in him than engaging in distractions.

The governor-elect said he had already started working on how to usher in massive turn-around of the state, saying deplorable roads in Ado-Ekiti, the State capital would be rehabilitated within the first 100 days in office, while construction of fly-overs would follow thereafter.

On how he intends to work with the All Progressives Congress, APC-dominated lawmakers in the House of Assembly, Fayose said he had developed strategies for a cordial working relationship with them.

The State House of Assembly is currently dominated byAPC, with 25 members against one PDP member.
Meanwhile, President of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employee, NULGE, Ekiti State chapter, Mr. Bunmi Ajimoko, has defended a recent directive to members to shun postings to the newly created councils.
Ajimoko, along with his officials were at the plenary sitting of the House in Ado-Ekiti yesterday following the invitation by the House to make certain clarification on the issue.

The House had summoned the union leader following a statement credited to him, that the Assembly had rushed the processes of the creation of the 19 LCDAs.

Ajimoko said the union’s decision to stop their members from reporting at their duty posts at the councils was to protect them.

“Our union has never play partisan politics with current issue bothering on the creation of new LCDAs in the state. The welfare and safety of our members has been our paramount agitation,” Ajimoko said.

Three of the nation’s 23 banks effected cuts in staff pay last year while four others increased the average pay package of its staff, according to a report compiled by Thaddeus Investment Advisors & Research Ltd.

According to the investment firm, “We recently completed a proprietary analysis that reveals banks that are getting it right in terms of managing their workforce and those that are not.

It said that First Bank decreased its average salary per head in 2013 by 12 per cent and improved its employee value added ranking by 5 spots relative to 2012, moving from 9th place to 4th place. In addition, its employees scored four more points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added. Its employees also increased their productivity by three per cent despite the decreasein average salary.

GT Bank according to Thaddeus Investment, the toast of African fund managers decreasedits average salary per head in 2013 by 26 per cent while increasing employee count by 24 per cent and also improved its employee value added ranking by 2 spots moving from third place to first place.

In addition, its employees scored seven more points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added. Its employees also increased their productivity by 14 per cent despite the 26 per cent decreasein average salary.

The report said that Sterling Bank, with the best dividend yield in the banking industry in 2013, maintained its last position for the second year in a row as the least paying bank in the industry on average.

The bank increased salaries on average by seven per cent, little less than average inflation in 2013 and its employees responded as the bank improved its employee value added ranking by 3 spots.

In addition, its employees scored twomore points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added. Its employees also increased their productivity by 14 per cent despite being the lowest paid in the industry and this was achieved with a seven per cent increasein average salary.

You can imagine what its employees can do with just a little bit more of motivation.

Access Bank on the other handincreasedits average employee salary by 34 per cent (despite decreasing employee count by 19 per cent and turning over most of its executive management in the same year its first CEO let go of the reins at the helms of the bank.

Access Bank lowered its employee value added ranking by five spots relative to 2012 moving from fifth to 10th place. In addition, its employees scored five less points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added. Its employees also decreased their productivity by eight per cent despite the 34 per centincrease in average salary.

Zenith Bank, another toast of Africa fund managers, increased its average salary per head by 29 per centand also lowered its employee value added ranking by fourspots relative to 2012 moving from second place to sixth place. In addition, its employees scored five less points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added.

Its employees also decreased their productivity by 10 per cent despite the 29 per cent increasein average salary. The bank’s CEO during the period is now Governor of the Central Bank while its founding CEO is now back at the helms of the board of the bank as chairman.

According to Thaddeus, “Fidelity Bank increasedits average salary per head by 12 per cent without reducing employee count which we deem commendable and lowered its employee value added ranking by onespot relative to 2012 moving from 10th to 11th place. In addition, its employees scored four less points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added. Its employees also decreased their productivity by 63 per cent despite the 12 per cent increasein average salary.

Wema Bank increasedits average salary per head by 32 per cent and reduced its employee count by 14 per cent simultaneously and lowered its employee value added ranking by onespot relative to 2012 moving from 12th to 13th place.

This was the highest spike in average salary per head in the Nigerian banking industry in 2013 and was overdue depending on whom you talk to. In addition, its employees scored four less points than the 2012 fiscal year when it came to value-added.

Its employees did increase their productivity level by a whopping 135 per cent as a result of the 32 per cent increase in average disposable income power. It needs to strive to bring in higher quality people relative to the overall employee head count and we see much better days ahead for the bank. Its employees are working a lot harder as the numbers reveal.

According to the investment firm, “The overall rankings for staff-value addednot productivity is as follow, GT Bank;UBA ; Sterling Bank; First Bank; Skye Bank; Zenith Bank; FCMB; ETI and Diamond. Others are Access Bank; Fidelity Bank; Unity Bank; Wema Bank; Stanbic Bank and Union Bank

The firm noted thatNigeria’s most illiquid bank, trading perspective, Stanbic IBTC’s stock pricehas risen 37 per cent this year thus far and 94 per cent in 2013 after a share reconstruction in the last quarter of 2012. It has the most expensive employees on average in the Nigerian banking industry though the gap between first and second has reduced from 32 to 30 per cent. Access Bank has dethroned Union Bank from the second spot.

This is a bank that on many occasions trades less than $50,000 per dayand is now Nigeria’s fourthmost capitalised bank. Its brokerage arm pretty much has a stronghold on the leader board of trading transaction value on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

I keep following this thread with keen interest as I marveled at these selfless human services you are rendering here ... All I can say is thanks and may God bless you for it awesomely.

Ma, as I await my turn for K1-Fiance Visa interview (thou we just got NOA1; await NOA2 of approval), I read from visajourney site where someone said atleast 50 pictures must be made available for proof of relationship and meeting in person.

I am not a pic freak person but we have like 8 pics all in all which include that of where our parents met (i.e. a mini introduction).

My question is can this be a shortfall or stop my chances of getting visa?

Thanks for your honest response.
