You've answered my question on my Fiancee filing for me but I read through where you told someone that d fiancee must provide proof of may be 3 years income tax, emails, etc.

My concern is that my own fiancee just started working last month cos she graduated in July. Also, we don't send mails but we chat often on facebook and make a lots of calls.

My question is, as a citizen is she qualify to file for me as she just started work last month? Can we print out d fcbk chat in place of emails? And also print out the call logs?
She intends to file for me early next year.

We have decent photographs together; our parents too has met together and have d photographs too (all her parents are based there).

Pls kindly advice if to go ahead or still need to get some other things done.

OlamiB: Tithes was never paid in money, its not God's intention to use money as tithe. Read your bible very well, even when jesus talked about it in new testament, he said 'u pay tithe of RUE and MINT' these things are plants and not money! God said his standard will not change forever, only God himself knows why pastors turn farm produce to money. Happy sunday

Pls its often observed that all churches preach that tithe MUST be 10% of one's income as stated in the bible. If someone decides that he/she would be sacrificing some certain amount of his/her income as tithe every month (thou not upto the 10% - i.e 5k out of 80k monthly salary), it is tagged to be disobedience; but if someone decides to be paying 20% of his/her income (I.e 16k out of 80k monthly salary) its not seen as disobedience? Pls what's your take on this; is the two not disobedience?

Well, my own believe is that buka stew/soup is always sweet cos mostly, they mixed all sort of meat like intestines, beef, goat meat, fish, ponmo, etc in one soup; so couple with d person's skills-- there's no way such soup won't be sweet o... I think OP should have said it this way that if you have a good job here which pays you like 250k and above, then its better for u to remain here and possibly just go to US for vacation (cos there are instances of pple with well paying jobs here quiting their jobs for US and only to get there to know that their certificates and experiences aren't relevant there).
As for Afam4ever's point, I can CATEGORICALLY tell that he's right. Its better to be an husler there and get $10/hr without any certificate rather than being a graduate here and earn 80k per month... I work in Oil & Gas industry and my wife is there (I can't quit my job and stay there permanently).

Pls my fiancé who is a US citizen will be filing for me next month. We have know each other before she left the country and recently reconnected back online. She was home (i.e in naija) recently and we took different photographs. Her parents too has met with mine and we also all took group photograph. I am currently employ and my salary is 122k. I have a savings account which I saved part of my salary into monthly and I have up to 350k plus in it.

She wanna file a fiancée visa for me so we would wed in Georgia Atlanta. Please am I qualify and I hope I wont have any challenge at the interview as regards my salary and the amount in my savings (I am a graduate). My fiancée too is currently working there.

Please I applied for a student visa in 2007 and used another name with my finger prints. I was refused based on that I didn't use original waec certificate and didn't specify how many persons my sponsor is responsible to. I didn't re-apply since then. Now I've gotten a good job here and my company is planing to send me to a training in UK early next year ... My question is that is true that Uk embassy usually delete unsuccessful applications from their data-base every 5 yrs Pls is it possible for me to apply with my real names now via my company with my finger prints... I was refused based on financial ground but didn't appeal nor re-apply since then. I've gotten a job and no interest in it anymore... My fiance is a citizen of US and we will be getting married dis December. My questions now is that if my fiance file for me after marriage with my real names and my new passport with my real names, is it gonna appear on US embassy that I've applied in UK before?
