Abstaining from sex or ejaculation during sex and any other activity that can lead to release of sperm. I am in my 10th month as we speak. And the experience has been very awesome. I experienced wet dreams initially but my body has adapted. No more wet dreams.
Way to go bro!

Hopefully the good things of life will locate us all..

I'm becoming more patient and tolerant,I guess this is one thing that comes with age.
I still don't know how to sit down and ponder over challenges sha,I take hasty decisions which most times end bad.Im working on it.
Have stopped having random sex, can't remember the last time I slept with another woman and I don't miss that life.
More focused on my grind, have left the luxury and fast life alone, hardly hangout again or keep many friends,my circle is now very small.
My only worry?Building my business,finish!

Move out, spend some years in the USA, save as much as you can.

Come back to Nigeria and set up a business. Not as easy as I made it sound, but achievable.

Currently in Nigeria, you can loose all your money, with no options left.

I left the USA over 10 yrs ago... set up a business in Nigeria.

Absolutely no regrets.
Are you now fully back in Nigeria?

What kind of business are you into if you don't mind sharing?

I don't understand Nigeria..

How can a law permit you to do a kind of business and within the same nation, a part says no.. we don't allow such business here..

So if you are to sue this people now.. which court has more power?? The Sharia court or the supreme court??.. where is the supremacy of the law??

There can't be two separate constitution of two different institutions guilding one nation
This in other words is what you call a wicked problem.

Music/RadioRe: Drake Features Tems On 'Certified Lover Boy' Album by Stricklybidness(m): 9:07am On Sep 03, 2021
festacman:
I am happy for Tems on this Drake collaboration but Tems and her management need to look beyond this girl-of-moment hype. Afterall, Dbanj association with Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music record achieved little. Drake's song with Wizkid did less than his own songs.

Tems' Team needs to urgently draw a plan for building solid organically-grown fan-base back home as well as building her brand for long-term career benefits and sustained income streams from especially high-profile shows and endorsements. United States offers little as a market for her. Nigeria and Africa do and it is tough especially for ladies as Tiwa, Yemi Alade and Teni would testify.

It is all about your own hit materials, faithful fan-base, career longevity and money, baby!
I agree

Firstly, I like to ask you?.....are you financially stable in the marriage?

You see, I sent monthly dues to my sister back home for house upkeep and other utilities and I see how she bombard me with numerous romantic words as gratitude..I have it at the back of my mind, if the flow is disrupted or stops, the gesture from her stops as well, maybe gradually, maybe instantly..."Men are loved by what they have or potential to have, conditional love or respect or submission"

A friend called me on my way to fix an issue with my car, he spent hours with me at the mechanic garage. Afterwards, I took him to a pub so we can chill, drink and have food. He literally told me to give him the money instead to get pampers for his child....I came to understand, it was fire on the mountain from madam that chased him out of home running helter skelter.

I also have a friend that flirt alot, but he is financially buoyant. He first made his current wife a baby mama, when she was craving for him to wife her, he didn't. He wifed anyway when she least expected. She know his sexcapade but won't confront him on that but rather putting blames on us his friends for aiding such. I had to give the guy some distance at one point because of that. Something she knew even before the guy wifed her. Infact, she is a major beneficiary since he finally married her out of 100s. Now, this lady ain't confronting this guy because..He already build and furnish his house before marrying her, his children attend one of the best schools around, he set up her brother in business. His birthday is alway big because his wife always invent new ways to sweep him off his feet.

Now, read my long post gently and figure out where your problem lies.
The day you stop providing, you are a gunner....

Romanoff:
Because preference changes with demographics and time. The demographics you made music for in the past have moved on, so you are faced with a younger demographic than you are use to and their preference is different from what you use to dish out both in lyrics and beats.
You can say that again.

If you start getting the money, friends that won't help your life will start coming, telling you that you have arrived, they will be feeding you with lies that your music is still number one in town, and you will believe them, two years on the line they will still be telling you the same shit. Then financial advisers will come and start taking your time to educate you on how to invest your money etc.

Before you know it, you won't have time to relax and create good music again.

The only way forward is to aspire to be the best, win the awards and have hunger for international fame....not just limit yourself to Nigeria fame...dream to be at the top of the world music, work hard to produce good songs and try as much as you can to be having enough rest and quite times alone...

Never allow the fame and money to get into your head.... And don't envy those non music artists that have made it big!!!

Be yourself, see yourself as still upcoming since you are yet to conquer the world.
These are the kind of people I need around me.

So can we be friends?

My dear, before you travel abroad ask questions. Not all abroad are abroad. I live in Kazakhstan and I thank God I left Nigeria because i know someone here and there was a job waiting for me but the problem is that many Nigerians who are coming here, the so called agents don't tell them the truth that in many countries, you will be shocked at the kind of jobs you will do and your expectations of being a millionaire overnight might not come to pass. So there r many factors that might hindered your Eldorado. So ask better questions oo
Anyways how that side be self?

Car TalkRe: Ever Had Your Car Stolen Before? Advice Others. by Stricklybidness(m): 4:51am On Aug 12, 2021
jpphilips:
i dont want to undermine the guy above who is advertising his tracker but lack of knowledge sells every jargorn in the market.
The present day robbers operating in abuja, lagos and portharort are no longer those ogogoro kinda petit thieves, they are real professionals and graduates who have waiting clients in cotonou for those vehicles,
for every car they wish to steal, the car is placed under surveillance for a long time before the hit is done.
In a place like port harcourt due to poor road network, snatching at gun point is not usually the norm but picking it from where u parked it in nite clubs, joints, supermarkets etc.

The tracker today is equally no threat to this set of sophisticated robbers because most trackers are wired to the BB (brain box) of the vehicle.
By default, all the wires coming out from the BB are usually similar with a cellophane strap round it, firmly secured. Because our tracker installers lack ingenuity, they run a new wire different from the ones used in the BB by default thereby making it easy to identify.
This is the bane of car trackers in Nigeria, the thieves call themselves professionals because each is able to identify the position of the BB of the car in his specialty.

Once the car is snatched, they drive a reasonable distance and pull over, the specialist id's the brain box, hand held battery powered drills and screw drivers are their favorite tools, in less than 2 mins, the tracker is useless and the car is gone.

Insurance on the other hand is the most legal fraud in Nigeria, if you are in doubt, visit any high court in ur jurisdiction and ask for their case files, the second highest on the list is insurance claims after land dispute. The big questions any insurance agent need to answer are these;

1 why do we need to go to court to settle our insurance claims even when our premiums are paid regularly?
2 why do we need insurance brokers to mediate between the client and the insurance company if the insurance guys re not unscrupulous? Or do we need brokers to withdraw money from the bank?
3 when you are signing an insurance agreement in Nigeria, do you see the caveat where they say "Natural disasters" are not covered by comprehensive insurance premiums? Did you see the interpretation of Natural disasters? Well, i don't think so till you have an insurance case, if your insured car is parked close to a building that eventually catches fire and it affects your vehicle, most insurance companies classify it as natural disaster, no claim.

4, no insurance company in Nigeria insures ''mob-action'' and in their agreement, there was no interpretation for that in other words, they can call it anything, eg 4 kids playing football on the street is a mob to the insurance guys cos if they burst your wind shield, you are on ur own with ur comprehensive insurance.

5 If boko haram attacks close to ur residence and the shock wave of the explosion affects your car and it is established that the attackers are more than one, insurance calls it "mob action", therefore no claim.

6 thieves without guns are "Mobs" in the Nigerian insurance books so no claim.

When you use a good broker, the insurance will pay not because of you but to maintain the good will and customer base of the broker, even at that, the criteria is still terrible, for a venture that charges between 8 to 10% of your car's worth annually.

From my experience so far, insurance against theft, devaluation of assets to pay lower claims has never been as reassuring as the most sought reprieve.

I will advise every car owner, even with ur tracker, use steel pedal locks and anti theft alarms, there is a hand held battery powered metal cutter that can cut the locks no doubt but it takes time and very noisy, will easily attract attention and difficult to procure in Nigeria.

The other option is engrave, yea people believe that they can pull out the reg. Number of their vehicle, show case it again and sell after using it for a while, well, the bad news is that the new reg process will give you a kick so engraving is an option now.

Engrave not just the replaceable parts but equally on the chassis boldly, that will deter thieves alot who want to pass it on as "direct Belgium" to the dealers.
How I'm I coming across this for the first time.

Thanks for this wonderful piece.

Production is not always the problem, marketing and selling fast is the major challenge.

Many companies shutdown because of low sales of their manufactured products.

Op, don't rush into any product production if you haven't mastered it by starting it from scratch or as an employee at a factory that produced similar product.
Best advice ever.

Is not about stocking your shop with goods, but how to get buyers for them.

OP do a careful analysis of your strength and weakness, what motivates you. You need to do what makes you happy and also gives you your daily bread, that way you can be able to withstand the difficult days. Having said I will drop my little ideas here, Hope you will find it useful:
Start a mini Factory:
1. Chalk production and refill ink production, both will cost you less than 100k for the local machine and less than 200k if you are going for the foreign ones.
2. Nylon( Santana) production, the machine is BTW 35-70k for manual and 150 -350k for automatic.
3. Sub distributor of toiletries ( you can buy d material n since the machines are above your budget for now) It will b produced n packaged with your branded coy name ( this will cost you from 200k-300k depending on volume n target market n your choice of toiletries ur going into.
4. Start a Telecom Business. Recharge card printing and sell to dealers( Ensure you buy Pin from genuine and registered dealers alone,The dealer must send the IT staff to install n configure d necessary softwares before you make payment.) (*A registered network dealer must b able to login into d network portal*) This will cost you from 25k - to any amt you can afford
5.Set up a Vehicle Tracking and solar Energy consultancy Firm( you don't need to have the technical know-how, u just enter into contract with as many firm as you can, then once you secure a contract you sub contract it out.

This is a public forum I can't drop my contact for further assistance but should you need any further clarification you can Email me on

Did I move to go flex "abroad"? Hell nope.

I only moved so that my generations unborn will start their lives on a better pedestal than mine.

Note that I was aware of all the bills, odd jobs, and horrible climate before I moved since I had a forerunner sibling here. Suffice it to say that I took the bold step out of my willingness to sacrifice now for my kids.

Has it paid off? Somebody epp me shout a big Hallelujah! Aka Chukwu di ya!
