autologic: This list is not completed if u don't include Automotive service tech not the kazeem type o . You don't need to acquire any licence to start as obtainable in saner climes however u must be above average intellectually to really blow ( most people don't know this ) . if you good ,nothing stopping u from raking huge ROI and based on huge population of vehicles on our various road ,you sure cannot run out of work . However ,this days the profession is tilting towards sciences , electrical and computer side rather than mechanical in recent time considering the high technological explosion ( nanotech,AI,IT etc) that is happening in the field lately and will require smart educated science to do exploits unlike the period that it is a priofession exclusively reserved for the never- do- well- dropout of the society . To sum it up , late-models cars are literally "computers-on -wheel" if u know what I mean. Are you in the auto business? I did like to ask you some certain question... If you don't mind... |

Offpoint: That's what you get when Nigerians are always fighting an imaginary enemies.
Only in Nigeria: If a trader didn't make sales = There's an enemy behind.
Someone with meagre salary starts a building project without proper estimation and end up not completing the building due to his lack of planning = There's an enemy behind it.
So idiotic husband got caught in the web of drunkiness influence by bad friends and his own decisions = There's an enemy behind it.
A neighbor didn't greed you cuz you had querelled: That person has become the enemy that will be responsible for every misfortune that befalls.
Nigeria is the only country who's not at war, but have more enemies than all the countries that has ever fought war.
These people need to hold on on something, something that can easily blame for their failures, the failures of their government, the failures of their society... so they constantly create an imaginary enemies and so people leverage on this to suck them all dry.
Only a lazy human being with pray for over an hour, what are discussing with God?
is GOD deaf or blind that can hear you, if you tell him your needs for 5-10 minutes?
Religious was supposed to free people from bondage, but what I'm seeing in Nigeria is reverse.
I've constantly let people know that on earth, no forces have power over your life unless you give them access to your life. Without it's light or darkness
If you read your Bible carefully and ponder on it, you'll decode a lot of hidden secrets.
Jesus was going around healing people, he wasn't healing everybody... he was healing those who believed, those who have faith...
What does mean to you? it means those people believe Jesus can heal them, they've given Jesus access to their lives... those who didn't, Jesus has no access to their lives.
The same thing applicable to power of darkness, the moment you believe they can harm you that moment they have access to your life.
Study the blacks and the whites societies and you'll get this message clearer...
Let me stop here: Someday I'll write a book about supernatural and natural. physical and spirituals Can't wait mate... |

egopersonified: My fellow Christians, your Goliath has died on the cross of Calvary. Jesus said it is finished. What are you Fighting for again? Our fight is the fight of faith. Believing we have those things that the bible says are ours. Choose what you want in life, believe it (faith it), and work towards it, and you will see results. Expect the best. Stop thinking there are witches, neighbors, enemies, etc out to get you. Your life is what you make of it.
Some of us wonder why dangote or our friends and neighbors and terrible sinners are richer than them the true christians, it's because Life is guided by laws and principles. They have found how to make money and make money work for them. The fact that you are born again and I am a sinner will not stop you from falling to the ground if we both jump off a mountain, the law of gravity will apply to both of us.
Stop going to night vigils to pray against enemies, pray for your eyes to be open to know what step to take next. Whatsoever are true, whatsoever are pure, whatsoever are just, whatsoever are of good report, if there by virtue, think on these things not the horrible past or enemies. I want someone with this mindset to be my friend...... |

Car Talk › Re: Are China Made Tyres Good? by Stricklybidness(m): 2:05pm On Oct 24, 2019 |
sooperrescue: Every tire has a temperature rating. The type of environment that the tyres is conducive for. In Switzerland, we use two sets of tyres for every car. One is winter and the other is summer. Right now the police are on the road checking tyres because motorists are supposed to remove their summer tyres and fit the winter tyres. If you use winter tyres in summer, you will be penalized. When you use summer tyres in winter, the risk of accidents is 99.9 percent. In the USA, they have a system where you can use just one tyre for the whole year and they call it all season tyres. All season tyres comes in temperatures A, B, C. And most of the tyres are speed restricted. With a temperature A, tyre, it can withstand all weather in Nigeria as it is able to withstand heat above 25 degrees and it is not speed restricted Temperature B tyres are found in most cars that are speed restricted and will not be able to perform well in summer. It is 80 percent winter prone than summer. It is dangerous and it is very popular on our vehicles. Thanks |
Education › Re: My Experience Teaching In Zaria by Stricklybidness(m): 6:44am On Oct 24, 2019 |
ugonology: On all grounds and from every perception...you were wrong! 1)You went overboard in teaching outside the syllabus (although slightly) on a topic that is both socio-culturally and constitutionally illegal in Nigeria.
2) You raped the minds of those kid by exposing them to dark knowledge that they should never have been exposed to at this stage of their lifes. kids always want to try and experiment on new things, they are easily swayed by new concepts and ideologies (its like teaching them about abortion and its benefits or teaching a primary 6 pupil the uses of a condom and how to get one) they are too young and will most likely abuse such information.
3) it's not about religion or region, any responsible parent will be concerned that their young kids are being exposed to such sensitive topics as same sex marriage at a tender and fragile age, it's only important(if necessary) for them to know these things at the senior secondary levels or within the concrete walls of a higher institution.
Lastly, Am Igbo and a Christian, born and breed in Zaria...i will not tolerate such from any teacher myself because this is what has plunged the western world into identity crisis! You find a man telling you he thinks he ought to have been a woman or how his sex organs do not define his sexuality. It all starts from an early intimacy with these dark and absurd ideologies...and in no distant time their minds become impregnated with strange foreign vices! It's awkward and against all our religious and cultural norms and values.
Well, Am running a masters degree in ABU too, zaria is not as extremist as you are painting it. Hit me up, maybe I will show you around, and wash away your zunubi' with a few holy bottles Nice |

But na me dey lekki now comfortably in a nice apartment that i pay the bills. Though I'm not where i want to be yet but things are looking up.. Let me tell u if ur mind is not at rest where ur squatting go home or u will just be wasting time jumping from one odd job to another & before u know time done go. 31 is still young. If u are okay with the guys u squat with then no problem. Just pick one of the job offers ur getting no matter how small the pay & be focused on getting better
Most importantly be prayerful don't underrate this.. its very different from being a church boy and don't listen to the voice in ur head that says u can't do it with ur everyday sins. Just be doing it.... Suicide is never an option bro
