The op sought for an advice and I gave mine, so why not give yours and mind your business. I didn't force the op nor anyone to accept my advice I only gave it base on what I believed has worked for me, so it now behoves on the op to either accept it or not. So why taking paracetamol over semebody else's headache. I will defend what I believe in any day any time irrespective of whatever any one believes in. So you guys should seize quoting people unnecessary.
This is my own advice, I didn't force the op to pray, I only advice. In as much as I am concern, nothing I will give without mentioning my God who is the giver of children and the protector of them.
Children are the gift from God and the fruits of the womb his is reward to the sons of men. Since we are talking about a child here and knowing fully well, that my God loves children and will always attend to their needs, hence my advicing the op to pray to God but if you are not comfortable with my advice or opinion, the best you should have done is to pass, instead of telling me not to bring religion here. Don't worry your child will definitely grow out of it. From experience, just ensure your therapist is a good one and make sure you confides in the class teacher so that they can gently follow him up in class and also to avoid harsh reactions towards him as a result of him not coping faster like his mate in class. Remove sugar from his meal and follow up with folic acid. But most importantly, call upon our God who alone can correct every anomalies in our system and I believe he will heal your child and make him whole in Jesus Name amen!
Do not be afraid, encourage him, get him a lesson teacher also from the school. Surround your house with educational materials, so as to enable him constantly see them and memorise them gradually.

The money is not saveable. You talked as if you don't live in Nigeria. There's inflation everywhere. They pay house rent, transport fare and feed themselves. N30K is N1000 daily. They didn't even give them a breathing space to do other things. Head teachers and principals wouldn't even allow N-Teach beneficiaries to rest. If they failed to come to work, they would report them immediately. I would have agreed with you if the money was given in bulk to them.
