Most likely Multiple Sclerosis. Familial Dysautonomia cannot explain symptoms like the cognitive impairment (forgetfulness, mental dullness, and the rest), brain fogs, and blurry vision. Other symptoms you may have include frequent muscle twitches at different parts of the body, tinnitus (like crickets singing in your ears), poor sleep, sudden hot or cold flushes on one or both legs, and others. The alternating diarrhea and constipation you described may also be associated with too much gas and abdominal distension (bloating). I think you might be suffering from multiple sclerosis. Nigerian doctors don't often consider it in their differential diagnosis.
