Without those information, nobody with a functional brain would believe that there's a crime you're investigating in the first place, let alone having a judge issue you a warrant!

A warrant should have an address where the warrant is applicable to... If in an apartment building it should state the apartment number... A warrant is not a blank cheque...So a warrant for apartment 2 is not applicable to apartment 3 in the same building... They have to go get a warrant from m a judge for appartment 3... And to get a warrant from a judge you have to give evidentiary legal reasons to do so.

If me when no be lawyer, police or court clerk know this why can't people that are trained to be experts in this and payes salaries monthly know this?... Okay it's because Nigeria is full of block heads.

1. Where's the search warrant; when was it issued; who issued it? These have to be verified. As an agency, you have lost public trust!

2. Knock on someone's door by 4:30am and expect the person to open in seconds? In Nigeria of insecurity? Why night? Did you serve warrant during the day, and the person didn't answer you?

3. Who in particular were you looking for that the warrant was issued for? The person must have a name. Does he reside in that apartment? For a warrant to be issued, you must know the person's crime, the amount involved, and the date and time of crime. No judge issues a warrant without these factors. Without these factors proving that actually there's a crime committed by a so so so suspect who resides in this particular apartment of this address and a warrant for the arrest of the suspect, EFCC is committing a crime and must be cautioned!

I try to take responsibility for everything that happens to me. On the issue of the guy am trying to evacuate I might be the problem.

I am a very TIMID person and a people pleaser someone that finds it hard to dominate people and doesn't know how to say no or hurt people's feeling. Actually, it's the woman's nature (not her fault by the way) to subconsciously reject the man when he needs her that subconsciously make the man to want to have other options.
