Money making business

This man like women he will marry again
Maybe the next bride is still 7 years old now
He just buying time.

The story will be a bit length please pardon me.


5 years ago after I had my first child things became so bad for my husband to a point that we could not afford food.

Before I took inn I was doing business but later we had to use the money for my present condition.


After I put to bed I started thinking of a better and a more profitable business to start
But capital was a major challenge

So I called a very close friend who was like an elder sister to me
And told her about my plans and also plead for her financial support.


She is a wealthy woman that amount was never a problem to her, what I needed then was 100k but if I could get half I won't mind
My concern is to just start.


After talking to her she promised to help me but I need to come and collect the money in Abuja
At that time I had no transport it was December period
And the cost of traveling was very high
But she insisted that I must come before she can help me.

I went and borrowed 35k which I spent about 20k on transport and bought few stuffs for my baby .

I got to Abuja with my one year old baby very late in the night she welcomed me.


I was thinking is something that I will get the money and start coming back to Lagos immediately
But this woman kept me for more than two weeks
With no explanation
I had no money , my baby's pampas was finished ,her food was also finished infact the whole thing looks like a dream to me.

I was confused and scared over the transport borrowed cos I need to pay back that money
And the person I came to see is not saying anything to me and I don't want to remind her cos she asked me to come.


But later I realized that she never wanted to help me
She only wanted to humiliate me

So I had to speak with her younger sister about it

And i told her I never wanted to come but I came because her sister promised to help me
I borrowed money to come down here I need to Go
Back ,I need to buy food and pampas for my baby.

The younger sister now called her on phone
I don't know what they discuss and how she interpreted our discussion to her

I observe her attitude towards me changed completely
She was always frowning her face.
I became uncomfortable in the house
I became confused cos I don't know what I did wrong.

At that point the knew she was never going to help me
She only wanted to laugh at my condition.

Immediately I took my phone and started looking for who will buy it so I can just get transport back to Lagos

Unfortunately I was not able to get a buyer
So I build confidence and went to meet her ,
I told her I want to return to Lagos the next day

She said ok this woman removed 19k and gave me to go back with no explanation.

Tears dropped from my eyes
Where do I begin from ?
How will I pay back the 35k ?

Why will she ask me to come knowing well she will not help me?
If at all she doesn't have this money I will understand
But she has more than enough leaving in a mansion with fleet of cars but what can I do
To many questions with no answers.


I had to be strong think well and replan on what to do next.
I called her younger sister again told her I was given 19k to go back the younger sister told me not to be angry if I Go back I can go and start selling pure water
It was like the ground should just open and swallow me.

The following Day I went to the park and paid for a bus
The next morning I headed back to Lagos.

I told myself I will not sell pure water
I may not be the best academically but I have a very good business sense am also not a lazy Person
I don't depend on people
Infect seeking for help from people is always my last option is not my thing.


When I came back I started this online business
Gradually it started paying thou it was not easy from the start but I kept pushing believing that something good will come from there


Gradually people started knowing me and started giving me jobs ,some even recommend me to others
That was how it started
Big contract started coming in

There was this contract I got in Abuja
I had to go there, the deal was very lucrative
And I thank God for that

Back to when I was leaving her house

The day I was leaving her house I cried to God and said
He should never bring back to this house looking
Hungry if I will ever come back here for any reason let this woman knowsl that God is capable of blessings anybody.


Fast forward to my Abuja deal

I want to do my job
The people who hired me paid for my flight , accomodation and assigned me a driver.


After I finish what brought me I went to her house

When she saw me she was disappointed
The person she use to know is not longer that person
Everything has changed
But she was too ashamed to apologize for her actions

for me I was happy she treated me that way cos the pained made me discover my purpose , and made me to understand never to depend on anyone my help can not Come from a man except God.

I greeted her and family and went back to my hotel room

But when I went to greet her I did not buy anything for her children
Not because I had no money but because their mother sent me to depression
I almost lost my life.


After I returned to Lagos her sister called me
And told me that her sister said I came to work in Abuja but I didn't bring anything for her children.
And since then she has been carrying it in her mind
Cos 3 different people have told me .


Please did I do anything wrong?

And someone will tell me that NIGERIA will ever get better and I will foolishly believe.

Look at their kids and look at yourself

You shad blood to keep their parents in power so that their children can drive this .

Tell me how do you feel watching this photos ?


Check twitter and see how youths waste their entire Time fighting for some useless politicians and political parties.

See poverty everywhere in NIGERIA poor people are dying everyday yet our youths won't stop voting and killing for some old recircled fools.


I weep for NIGERIA

Look at this kids non of them has ever worked for anything in life they only see the word POVERTY in dictionaries in reality they are far from it.

NIGERIAN youths wake up and say no to intimation

This money na everybody get am
Not just the politicians.

Stop selling your right collecting peanut from them during campaign when you are also entitle to what they are enjoying.

I wish there can be unity among our youths In respective of tribe , religion or political party.

Keep your personal issues to yourself no good advice can come from social media everyone is battling with their own challenges instead meet elderly people who have been married for years or get a counsellor.

No matter how good an artist is a record label that want to fight him will silent him completely in the game.
Their first step is blocking the artist shows
Using his manager against him .

Desperation has made many your talents sign a record deal that end up killing them instead of helping them.

Every right thinking Music artist Will hustle well and hire the services of a good manager instead of being tie to a record label that will try to destroy you when your contract is over .

Look carefully, how many Music Artists in Nigeria who left their record label are still doing well in the industry? Most of them are struggling with their careers, some we don't even hear of them again.

When I see some upcoming Artist hustling a record label up and down I laugh at them.

Bros ask your senior colleagues sure they have gist for you.

Record labels agreement in NIGERIA is CAPITAL slavery monkey dey work bamboo dey chop.


Record label will make you and break you mostly when your contract is over and you don't have a peaceful separation.

When they start blocking your shows you will know that you just entered one chance.

Cynthia Morgan may have have own short comings
But Nigerian contract are not always flexible.


Have you thought of why why Nigerian artist don't like renewing their contracts ?

Cos the contract is to rigid

Some of them if given a chance can sign a contract with no royalty all they want is fame
Forgetting that you can have the fame and still be broke,
Some upcoming Music Artists don't even know the difference between a record label and management,
Most of them don't know the importance of having a good manager with a good music business knowledge, desperation has pushed many to sign some stupid contract which in the end swallowed their fame. what Cynthia think when she allowed Jude had right over her name , Instagram handle ,or any other social media account.


It was a contract she can agree to some and disagree to some terms.


I guess she was too excited to read the contract carefully.
