binhozie: I can't blame them, I feel pity for them instead
Remember they didn't go there in search of wealth, they went there in anticipation of healing, however logical or illogical it appears. In a country where poverty is the order of the day, and the health cover/care system is shambolic, I don't blame someone dipping himself in faeces to be healed.
Whether the water heals them or not, I pray God grants them the healing they went in search of.
i feel this comment....

on another note, isnt this an indictment on out pastors, imams and phrophets who rather dine in aso rock while their flock run around seeking for spiritual direction?

SportsRe: 10 Take-aways From The Nigeria-italy Match by sucess001(m): 9:53am On Nov 20, 2013
nice analysis.

however, this is my take.

1. i dont know where everyone got the impressiononazi had a spectacular game. admitedly, he was comfortable on the ball and seem a nice back up for Mikel but dont forget, he was caught in posession countless times and was at fault for italy's equaliser. he also seemed selfish and willing to hug the limelight when he could have passed the ball to better placed teamates to score in the closing stages of the game. In summary he is a decent midfieder but needs to be more disciplined tactically.

2.Ideye should be moved to the midfield or wings. his finishing is too poor for a striker but his powerplay can unsettle defenses hence he ll have more presence in the midfield or wings. we actually need one more winger as a back up to moses and musa.

3. our central defenders are too sticff and lack football intelligence @ times.

4.we we need defensive midfielders with a defensive midset. mikel; and onazi dont fit this and exposes the diffence all too often.

5. the Eagles need to work a lot on their ball control.

6. we shd start pairing emenike and ameobi more often to get them to gell in time. they shouldnt be used exclusively. ameobi can lead d line but never runs after 50-50 balls. emenike could complement him on this.

then after watching south africa play a disciplined game to beat spain...i tink its about time the eagles inculcate more tactical discipline in their game.

Dont get me wrong. they deserve the honor but you have to look at the big picture.

Students are on strike...the average man on the street licves below a dollar a day and you send 5 ministers, senate president and 2 governors to the final...? do u realise that each of these offices will go with their aides and advisers? do u know the estacde they will be paid?

Malachy27: bro have u had any mentally deranged person in ur family? If so, had ur family allowed her to go and see d doctor by her self? On d issue of nt talking like an insane person, i have seen a medical doctor who ran mad and was accusing his colleagues in d hospital of bed mating all d sick patients in d wards with a well structured grammar. I guess d gov can't marry a woman who can nt speak or write. So out of her condition she may speak or write. Have u gone 2d psychiatric hospital? Go and see those on chain and tell me whether they are happy because they are chained. It is a saying in our land that a mad man never feels ashamed of himself rather it is his kinsmen and that proves why his movements should be restricted. Besides if u have gone 2a prison yard u would know have known ugly situation of that word 'jail'
i fear the day that a law will be promulgated allowing spouses jail each other on the 'suspicion' of having a mental condition.

meanwhile, did Chime show a medical repot at the press conference to show the lady has a mental condition?

or are we to just belive that she is mentally unstable only because the governor says so?

Malachy27: pls are u married and if how comes this statement 4rm u. The governor owes u no explanation on hw he runs his family or have u gone 2him 2relate 2him urs? Wish ur wife could be mad 4few hrs and lets see if u would let her wander up and down as it pleases her. If it was stage managed as u think, would u think her own brother would live 2see these happen 2her? I ones felt for her but this explanations made me think twice. I now pray 4her recovery if it pleases God.
Bro...getting an independent doctor's advice is to confirmhis story. and going to see a doctor cant be said to be 'walking around the streets'

besides, does the words spoken by the lady show she has any mental issue? the governor has all aparatus in his hands including coercing the first lady's brothers. why else do u think she initially first refused to back the governor.

meanwhile, does having a mental challenge now mean the governor has the right to 'jail' her..think bro..think!

davodyguy: The quite a long time, Clara could not speak, prompting her husband and brother, Mr Tony Igwe, to persuade her to speak.

At a point, her brother took her to an adjacent room where they spent some minutes after which Igwe assured the people that she was willing to talk.

After some long silence, Clara said: “You (the governor) and my doctor can speak on my behalf.”

The governor replied: “Yes, I’m your husband and should ordinarily do so but you know I’m the one being accused of detaining you. This way, I’ve lost that privilege to speak for you, at least on this case.

“The story out there also is that your doctor is probably scared of me and gives you all kinds of drugs, sometimes against your wish.”

The governor’s wife then said: “My doctor and I don’t have any problem.”

She also corroborated an earlier message she sent to her husband’s telephone that she had not met Falana or engaged him to seek her release from a purported unlawful custody.

She rather admitted that she wrote a letter to her doctor, (Dr Agumuo)and another doctor overseas whom she was introduced to and wondered how the letter leaked to the public.

She also admitted that she was once confined to a room without access to her telephone and laptop, saying: “that was when I had a serious crisis.”

On the current situation, Clara said she had the key to her room and controlled her entry and exit.

She said, however, that her grouse was that she had not been allowed to leave the premises except on Sundays to attend mass.

Every of the words in bold confirm that the press conference was just stage managed. if indeed he wants to be clean, let him release his wife for an independent doctor's assessment then we ll know he is clean.

Please weep for yourself man, should you ridicule or subject yourself like animal people will tray you that way. , You talk of "Oyinbo" they don't behave or cross road without Green man lighter designated crossing area, because they knows the consequence. In Oyinbo country pedestrian, motorist know their right and obey the traffic by laws, in this case I think our man deserve the harsh treatment he got.

Hbuyosh: This was a safety tip on how to survive an attack by a single lion, not a whole pack. Because if they confront u in a group... Divine internship will be the only way out.
They use psychological war strategy to subdue giant creatures like elephants, which are several times their size!
The strategy includes encircling the animal, biting and scratching it while letting it charge at them occasionaly but they run for just a short distance, while the rest scratch and bite. Occasionaly they let it break loose from their seige, give it a light chase and then surround it again and the tussle for survival continues. This can go on the whole day till the poor creature gets exhausted and gives up the fight, thereafter becoming a meal!
If they can do that to the mighty elephant, can this small creature called human realy vanquish them?
the differnce btw us and an elephant is that we ve got brains.

and one of the use of it is to note these tins outlined here...

on anoda note...lions hardly ever attack adult elephants except @ nite when the elephants vision is blurred.
