Cyclogest delays AF. You would have to stop taking it if the test isnt positive.

That kerosene taste might be from pesticide spray or where you bought it from (those women that use kerosene lamps to sell.
I don't think it would hurt since its been boiled above 100degC but no eat am sha. You can cook it for your dh but since you are preggy don't eat it.
How are you preparing for LO? Have you gotten your hospital list stuff?

My dear, the sucking is now aggressive. Once he opens his mouth and breast never enter he starts fighting. I think its the multivitamin he is on that's making him very hungry.
But I can't complain cos its also helping my stomach contrast.

Pls did you switch cos pronatal is better than pregnacare. or was it what was highly recommended for u when u travelled?
I want to switch from pregnacare cos the only place am able to buy it in the US is tru Amazon, but really trying to find out which one is the best supp.

I switched for 2 reasons:
I was traveling and needed to buy 3 packets and that came upto 6,000*3=18,000 (in this buhari economy )
Pronatal was 2100*3=6,300

2. Pronatal is for pre, during and post pregnancy. So im still taking mine after childbirth.

Congrats lastbornop, you narrowly escaped September cos I for fine you.

Initially I was on pregnacare plus and I used to take it at night with a plate of asun or in my eba mould cos of the size and quantity of the drugs.
The last 2months of my pregnancy I switched to pronatal which I found a lot easier to swallow and it has no smell or taste.

My dear, when I understand I go let you know
I still can't see it cos my tummy still big and the place is still covered with something like plaster. But the doctor that examined me 2 days after the surgery said there was not going to be a scar. I don't feel any pain around that region, only a little soreness when I touch my lower tummy. I started walking around the next day after the surgery and I did not feel any pains so I was standing upright...even my hubby was amazed cos when I had myomectomy I couldn't stand upright for almost 5days.

Anyways, I think they might remove the plaster thingy at my post op visit, id let you know what I see

We are doing fine. I was able to get cabbage and it seems to be better now. Slept for more than 3hours for the first time since I gave birth and it feels wonderful!!!

Fearless007 my own answer definitely doesn't resemble the answers other mamas have provided about the girdle.
I was put in a post partum binder the next day after my CS. But the the hospital gave me was too big, so I had to start using the one I bought.
I don't have 'an incision scar' and the belt comes in 3 parts so you can avoid the incision area.
My major aim of using the belt now is cos it provides good back support for me when standing, my tummy is hanging loose so the belt helps me keep everything in place.

Is it engorged? That happened to me while still in d hospital post op, a wonderful nurse helped me with it...

She used a sheet of chilled cabbage placed on my breast, with a bra worn over it, my sister, instant relief. The cabbage got warm quickly so I had to keep replacing. God bless her.

It's engorgement pain o. Iv been massaging them too but pain still persists. Ayomide usually sleeps off once I put him to suck, so emptying them is usually through pumping.
