And they tell me there is a global credit crunch and economic downturn. There is something someone is not telling us. GBP1billion war toy amidst economic woes - what else can be more paradoxical. Anywy, lets wait and watch as it unfolds.
this order would have been atleast 70% paid for before the global crisis, so it would have been stupid to neglect the aircraft and loss 700 mill b cos of 300 mill. and by the way military and war spending is a great way to boost economies.

it is cheaper to produce in ghana then get ur products smuggled into nigeria, it's a sad fact due to our able custom. unilever will be the first but not the last. and please don't compare service firms to people that are in real sector, these are the firms that really impact on the economy, not mtn.
Foreign AffairsRe: Africa's King Of Kings by superboi(m): 12:42pm On Feb 09, 2009
i do not see any rational basis for a united state of africa. europe only started to unite after it had attained a high level of internal stability in the member states, and any state that wants to join must fulfill this criteria. while the union was a blessing to european states i do not think it would be for african states.
PoliticsRe: I Don't Believe The Problem With Nigeria Is Their Leaders by superboi(m): 3:18pm On Feb 06, 2009

Foreign AffairsRe: Africa Puts Me To Shame. by superboi(m): 3:05pm On Feb 06, 2009
huxley i think you have no right to attack people for their believe, if they believe in christainity thats their reality, if they believe in islam thats their reality, if in science like you?, well that your reality. and every believe can expalin what they believe in, rationally to ardent of the believe. so if you ask anyone who believe in creationism why kangaroos are only found in aussy land, he will simply tell you it was creation and he explain too. if you ask a scientist he tell you it was evolution and explain using scientific language and both are logically based views in themselves but not totally to each other.
PoliticsRe: I Don't Believe The Problem With Nigeria Is Their Leaders by superboi(m): 10:37am On Feb 06, 2009
anybody that says that the leadership is not the problem, IMHO has a problem of defining who a leader is and his/her role in society. leaders are people who define the direction, the phyche and the values that a society adopt. so if you are saying that the leaders are the product of the society they are from then remember that the society they came from was defined by the leaders whether they are fathers/mothers, perm sec, principals/teachers, gov/ presidents, it all leads to the fact that leaders are responsible for the ills/goodwill of any group including our country.

amaikama you can't use GDP oh! a country ,may have high per capita but have poor Spread of the wealth in reality, e.g. a country like equatorial guinea may have high per capita from oil bacause of its' population but the spread may not be as good as the per capita income figure represent.
PoliticsRe: Real Patriots; Tpia, Luca, I_laugh Or Kobojunkie, Boss, Blackstar? by superboi(m): 9:59am On Feb 04, 2009
na wa!!! all this patriotism sef! am i really patriotic! well i believe as a person that no matter the geographic location one is, he deserves the right to fulfill his dreams, but personally i don,t believe in any geographical contraption(i know they exist, but i do not believe in them), i believe in people. all the country that work, they work because the people believe in themselves(each other) not because they believe in some geographic contraption(like our 923,000 sq km.not really sure of the size because of bakassi borhaha grin). terms like patriotism is political slang for slave for me!
I finished college, university without having to bribe any lecturer, or go through a strike.
blacksta am sure if u skooled in naija u wouldn't have needed to pay any lecturer(it is does that choose to that pay), but the strike nah compulsary   grin

PoliticsRe: An Open Letter To Nuhu Ribadu by superboi(m): 9:37am On Feb 04, 2009
i wonder why people are saying that ribadu was selective, did you expect him to persecute all the criminals at once(or did he persecute innocent people?).even the great edgar hoover of the fbi did not persecute everybody, he did his part and left the rest(the mafia) for his succesors who did not persecute him unlike some people. if u people are looking for a saint to bring justice even jesus christ would pass and becos of ur love for corruption you will not notice but condemn him. otukpo why u dey spoil our name nah! abeg change dat name na only u dey bare town name for dis forum, abeg cahange that name sad

PoliticsRe: What Are The 5 Most Developed Countries On The African Continent by superboi(m): 1:55pm On Feb 03, 2009
well this is the was the issue i was trying to raise yesterday. development is a totally encompassing word and unless african government and people sit down and decide what is their development piorities, they will never be developed. most development you see in africa today hardly impacts on the lives of real africans, because like development of the colonial era it is still mainly focused on extracting resources from the continent. i belife that real development of a person, a group, a region or even a nation is what that unit decide to do that would lead to that unit being really productive to its self first of all then to the larger society(globe) as a whole. in most of this country that are being mentioned the people really feel disenfrachised from the so called development.
