Guerilla warfare just like the UGM are using is hard to stop because they employ element of surprise and not force to win their encounters. The side-effect is that the security forces will be on high alert and end up killing civilians that show unusual behaviour at checkpoints. Imagine being shot at because you did not come out of your car on time or being rained bullets because you have four male friends in your car.

This is one the reasons US police officers are the most brutal against civilians because they have lost a lot of officer to sudden attacks by mafias and drug trafficker. Once they say hands up and you move an inch you might be dead in seconds.

I don't understand where this is coming from! I had asked for a BEP20 USDT address to transfer $40 to which was provided. I tried to withdraw the $40 to the address and it indicates the minimum USDT withdrawal was $50 and you just barge in that I should stop saying what I dont know!

I have received the money, Thank you so much. Sorry for the delay in indicating that I got it na sleep carry me. May the pocket from where it came from never run dry. Thanks once again.

I just realized that the minimum withdrawal from Binance is $50 hence was unable to send $40.

Any work around? I don't mind doing a Naira equivalent transfer to your account if OK with you.

No. Your public address is just like your bank account number you can give to anybody you wish. That you have my accoun number doesn't prove that you own the account number, same way as public address. You need to prove you own the public address by providing the seed phrase/private keys/keystore file. This private keys/seed phrase are just like your mobile banking passwords/OTP.

So if I know your account number and know your mobile banking password it simply means I own the bank account.

Public address = Bank account number - Anybody can have it.
Private key/seed phrase = Mobile banking password/OTP/Verification code - Only the owner knows it.

You are right, I can view but I am unable to send out the BNB from the wallet. I resorted to using the Address option after the attempt to use the Seed phrase had failed.

First challenge for me was on how to extract the THETA wallet private key and secondly I was skeptical following that route as my THETA wallet hold appreciable units of THETA and Tfuel that I am staking and did not want to put the holding at risk.

Since you have a lot in the thetawallet it is good to leave the bnb in the wallet since it is not lost until when you are through with the staking. Whenever you wish to proceed just let me know I will be able to guide you on how to extract your private key from the seed phrase to be able to use the bnb in it.
You did not reply on whether I should send the bep20 usdt address over the erc20 own to save gas fee or I should go ahead and send the erc20 usdt.

I have recovered my 'small' fund. Not because you asked for but as token of my appreciation, pls drop a USDT address so I can send $40 for lunch abeg. Much appreciated and remain blessed.

I just tried to do same recovery via address like you did, but it only works for watch address. You can only monitor the wallet but can't send out coins from it. Try to send out the bnb from it to confirm it is possible, that way we know it was successful.

But I wonder when etherum gas fee get this high, I just tried to send same amount and they are demanding $100+ as gas fee, like WTF.

I am happy you got your funds back and intact too. Based on suggestions here it will consume less gas fee if you send the usdt via bep20 or trc20 considering that ethereum gas fee for usdt is high. Will it be more convenient for you instead?

I erroneously pasted my ThetaWallet address instead of the BNB address in my TrustWallet and sent BNB to my ThetaWallet (which can only receive Theta and Tfuel. I need help in recovering the BNB. I have tried suggested steps found online to no avail. Folks pls any help I can get will be much appreciated.

I slept by 5am this morning trying different tricks, I even opened a Thetawallet and sent some smartchain to it to see if I can recover it. I was able to recover the smartchain after so many trial and error, it took me 7 trials to get it right.

I just realised that the private key to your thetawallet is what you need and the seed phrase wont work unless you convert it to a Bsc/eth compatible private key. I was able to recover it via Safepal wallet.
Try the first idea I gave you if it doesn't work then we will try the one I used, but it is expected that you change the wallet once we use it.

I learnt a lot putting myself in your shoe yesterday.

Yea I did the BNB withdrawal from my Binance account and will contact their support team for assistance. I had earlier sent mail to the Thetawallet support team for assistance but they are yet to respond.

You need to import your Thetawallet into trustwallet via seed phrase or private key to your Thetawallet. Read the instructions below on how to recover it over and over until you understand, do not allow someone to do it for you because your assets is at risk.

1 Get the seed phrase/private key to your Thetawallet, those keys/words you were told to write down the day you created your thetawallet.

2 Go to your trustwallet application, open the settings and click on wallets, there is a ''+'' sign at the top.

3 Click on that ''+'' sign and it will ask you to create a new wallet or import an existing wallet. Click on import an existing wallet.

4 It will bring up a list of various wallet types choose ''BNB'' if it is Smartchain choose ''Smartchain''. Look at the top of the screen and choose an authentication mode seed phrase or private key.

5 Choose a name to remember the wallet with and enter the seed phrase/private key and if correct it will give you a success message.

6 Exit the settings menu and your BNB should be there for you.

Hope it works for you. I don type tire, no forget to pay tithe when you recover it. grin

It is similar to what happens when a tiger generator is malfunctioning and I believe it has to be an issue with the frequency measured in ''Hz''. When it happened with our generator voltage was low but any charger you plug in gets blown up in 5 minutes, but fans have no issues.
