In one video posted to several Twitter accounts, Miller can be seen being hurriedly escorted backward by officers in the lobby through a metal detector, which nearly comes crashing down. Miller falls backward.

This confirms what we have bn saying about Nairaland being tribal is d stories it pushes to d front page. From what d story says , if d op was innocent, won't all these evidences he said he has be enough to prove that he didn't do it? D judge that sentenced him even did so ,so as to make sure he dies in d prison so he doesn't do such thing again , seeing him as dangerous to the society.

Dear Nairalanders,

First I will like you to know that I am ardent user of this media web and many of the old timers will remember me if I had use my original username,however I chose not to for security reasons and also concerns about the nature of the issue at hand.

More so many of you have read about me online and on all gossips and news website,I also read about it and see various comments from critical people and many ignorant folks.

Secondly,I am presently in prison serving 3 life sentences + 76 years for a crime I do not know anything about and infact my phone GPS showed that I was at different location at the same time of the crime and you will agree with me that it is totally impossible to be at 2 seperate locations ,wearing 2 different type of cloth at the same time.

This is a case of mistaken of identification,the police was aware of this but because I just arrived the country at the time ( Ignorant of the law and constitutional rights ) i was accussed and framed by the corrupt and racist Douglas county police department officers.

Furthermore I have evidences that could proof my actual innocence like ( DNA,GPS,SURVEILLANCE VIDEO,POLICE TESTIMONIES AND ALIBI) but without any serious help ,I may definitely be stucked with all my evidences.

I have gone through 3 difference attornies since my arrest and I currently have the 4th attorney, I have spent roughly $150,000 in legal fees,but i realized it is not just about money, if the good people does not speak out and demand for due process little or nothing may change in my situation.

I have written many independent organisations,few have put me on their priority list but it may take years to reach my turn and some others clearly replied that because I am not American I do not meet up with the requirement.

Nigeria Embassy showed little or no interest,Former Consular Okoliko visited me in jail and he even attended some of my pre-trial proceeding however I believe he had left the embassy or re-assigned.

I recently spoke with Mrs. Okonta ( Secretary/Phone Operator),she has never succeeded in putting me through to any of the consular,it is either they are busy or in a meeting or they have left for the day.

I have no other option than to reach out to the good people on this forum maybe if my story goes viral,somebody may step up to review the evidences.

I have more to say about all the evidences in my possession ( including DNA result) but I will wait to see how this is going before I reveal more or post any of the evidences.

After the long read I am disapointed that the story has no story, background nor why you ended up in jail. Please add it because many users will read and pass. Secondly since you are an old-timer like you said it would be better if you seek help with that particular username, remember you are already down and have nothing to lose at this point. It will gain you more credibility and trust for people to help out.

IPOB declaring that there is no election and sit at home on election day will pave way for a third party. A better way is for them to unite and vote for a governor that is an IPOB member.

Good morning happy people of nairaland. I will try to be brief as possible. During the lock down my elder brother was seriously ill, we all thought it normal malaria and typhoid but getting to the hospital he was diagnosed of kidney diseases at it last stage(CKD).we all brace up and gave him all the support needed during the stage from one dialysis section to another something thrice a week. It became worse and no improvement at sight, I literally do all thing for him, from bathing to feeding and carry him around the hospital but he faith he will come out of it. During the process he used all of his life saving to the extend of collecting and seeking financial assistance from people because the doctor advice to undergo kidney transplants. On 2 April 2021 we went from dialysis, nurses were complaining that I allow him to drink a lot of water because at that stage he have a daily water intake and also needed blood. He did the blood transfusion and the dialysis but he had a breathing issue, the nurse place him on breathing machine the oxygen got exhausted and he was normal. We went home by 12am, on getting home we ask for water, I told him to wait because I can even hear noise of water around his thoracic cavity. He was having difficult I had to call one of his friend so that we can take him back to the hospital but he gave up the ghost and we bury him that the same day because that was his wish. Due to his name , I was confused and angry at myself and everyone that we lost him due to 5 million needed for the transplant. Months later I was able to get over his death a bit and went back to school,wrote the exam and graduated with first class even though the examination I didn't prepared much due to what happened. It was just God hand at work ( It only a fool that say there is no God). Now the problem is that I can't sleep and remember my brother death that I should have done more. His death is like 5 month from now but it still fresh in my memory recently. My brother play a vital role in my education from paying my fee and monthly allowance and advice. I was thinking of using drugs so that I can sleep at time but talk me out of it. Pls how can I re again myself and also am an introvert I don't have people to talk to and I hardly go out

If sleeping is hard for you then do the opposite of sleeping ''try being awake''. It might sound weird but it works like magic, I personally its been almost 3 years I went to bed with intention to sleep, just like people say I want to sleep and next thing they are snoring. I work online and mostly pray to stay awake till morning, now here is the twist, I will be working on my tablet from 10pm to around 2pm and voom I will wake up in the morning with my tablet on my chest. So I battle sleep but what I need is sleep . What do you do for a living? Can you be a freelancer? You need something that will create a conflicting goal with sleeping at night not drugs.

Secondly you mentioned you are not afraid of his brother because you are more street smart, in situations like this the element of surprise becomes the greatest weapon, do not underestimate what a brother can do for a sister. Please do not do such again, it is easier for people to be sympathetic to her because she is a woman and the burden of proof will be shifted to you. @op just tell your wife to visit her own bank branch tell the customer care personel what happened he will demand an affidavit from a court. The customer care agent will place a lien on his BVN and communicate same to all bank account he own now and in the future. Once he makes any deposit into the accounts linked to his BVN the money will be non withdrawable until the bank pays off his debts.
