I don't mean the staff of the office of the Surveyor General, I meant the estate company.

Na old brain cos my brother did this around 2007 but if you have the survey and you are in Lagos just go to Alausa I thing Surveyor General office and they will chart it for you. For us it was about 10k tip for 2 plots. In 2 different locations.

Often times the fraud is committed at the survey stage so make sure this is really correct for the plot you are buying.

Most times their survey plan cannot be trusted, they can fly coordinates (manipulate the coordinates )

Ask the estate company what title do they have on the land

Around 200k depending on size and location of the land

With the rate of building materials price increase, it will be cheaper to buy a house than building a house, but how many can afford it? Mortgage is an option though.

If you want to survey both in one... You'll pay and start afresh....

If it's same name on both, then just do a fresh one if cost isn't an issue but if cost is... Then do the other survey perhaps using your son's name or mum's name or wife's etc

When you want to do a survey, do it in the name you provided for the land receipt and deed of assignment, if not, you might have to do the survey again. 08069018449

I am in a dilemma. I bought two plots of land recently, one already surveyed and the other not. My question now is, can I survey both of them as one and or I should just survey the other land.

Or is it best to just survey the remaining land?

You can do the survey of the 2 plots provided you bought the 2 plots from the same person or family, but if not, it is best you do the survey separately, the reason being that, by the time you want to perfect your title or when you want to do c of O, one of the requirements is the land receipt and deed of assignment, if you bought the land from the Same source, you can easily get receipt for the two plots, but if not, it will be difficult if not impossible to get a receipts for 2plots when the seller sold one plot.
