Awww children are so adorable . Can't wait to get married and have mine My uncle's baby calls me "aunty mobaya" instead of mobola and calls my elder sister "aunty taape" instead of tope lol cracks me up every time and therz the common "i bi tu oh"!! and then she smacks me and i pretend to be crying. She then giggles and has this satisfied grin like she has accomplished something important!! priceless |

Nairaland / General / Re: Your Most Traumatising Experience? by sweeti14(f): 2:07pm On Jul 23, 2011 |
When i was in primary school (can't remember which class) my mum used poisoned avocado pears to kill rats. I remember walking into the kitchen and seeing the dead rat close to the half eaten avocado pear. The sight, smell and everything was just traumatizing for me Till now i can't eat avocado pears because i always remember the rat incident |
Family / Re: Why Cant African Relatives Mind Their Business? by sweeti14(f): 8:27pm On Jul 20, 2011 |
For as long as i can remember African relatives have always been nosy like that and i don't think it's about to change. Why exactly they are like that i don't know .Well from experience i found out that some of them were actually truly concerned but with the way they went about their "concern" it came across to me as being nosy. Ignore the nosy ones and appreciate the ones that truly care about you and are concerned |

Romance / Re: Does Being A Virgin Make One A Good Wife? by sweeti14(f): 7:43pm On Jul 19, 2011 |
@OP not necessarily. The "Goodness" of a wife is in her character and not in her virginity. A virgin wife could have a nasty character and vice versa. |

chi-baby:Lmao @ bolded. . . . i can just imagine someone praying like that @ op well. . . i used to swear at a time i my life. Looking back now i think why i did swear then was because swear words were very good for expressing my anger. . .and i was pretty much angry most of the time . Thankfully i've stopped now . I don't like it either when people swear around me. What i do for my friends who swear is that i smack them whenever they swear. It has really helped them control it and at times we even turn the smacking into a joke. |

Oga "if" you can't cook get someone else who can to teach her or like i said earlier sign her up for cooking lessons. . . [s]or you want to say "what if i can't afford cooking lessons"[/s] |
Food / Re: Can Your Girlfriend Cook? ? ? by sweeti14(f): 12:29pm On Jul 18, 2011 |
sexkillz:@ bolded haba!!! how about teaching her? or signing her up for cooking lessons?. . . . If she is not willing to learn that's another issue. IMO a girl not being able to cook is not enough reason to leave her |

Romance / Re: Will She Kill Me If I Dont Marry Her? 9yrs No Be Beans O! by sweeti14(f): 8:37pm On Jul 17, 2011 |
In fact she should tie you to an electric chair, have a firing squad shoot you and give you a lethal injection while you are being electrocuted . Dang so you stopped loving her all of a sudden for the flimsy reason that she gained weight!! i'm doubting if you really know the meaning of love . Have you tried encouraging her lovingly to loose weight or have you even tried exercising with her? The one that is paining me most is the 9 years of her life that she has given to you and will never get back . 1 Like |
